2 étages, 5 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain, 2 cuisines complètes, 2 salons complets. Le mur avant de l’étage est complètement en verre avec une belle vue dégagée sur le fleuve Columbia avec un grand balcon pour se détendre. Un demi-acre avec des zones d'herbe pour se détendre ou jouer! Concept ouvert avec des appareils haut de gamme. Le centre commercial et les restaurants sont à seulement un kilomètre! Parking à l'étage et en bas des escaliers pour voitures, camping-car ou pour garer un bateau. La rampe de mise à l'eau à la rivière se trouve à 1,6 km. Idéal pour les réceptions, la famille, mais aussi haut de gamme!

We were in town for the World Horseshoe Tournament and this place was perfect for our needs. There were 5 of us that really enjoyed the open living space and kitchen area, as well as the view from the balcony. It was so much better than what any hotel could offer.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, had all the accommodations we needed. Great view and our host was super attentive. My only complaint is our stay was too short. I would have loved to have stayed longer.

It is a very nice place for family gaterings.
Very clean and bedrooms are spacious and easy to get around in. Location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. You can see the Columbia river but it's not easy to walk to the river, but losts of places nearby to go by the river.
One of the best places we have stayed in, in years!!
We usually stay in an VRBO or ABNB twice a year.

Family came for wedding and this home was perfect. Great location minutes from everything we needed. View of river was always in our sights. The fireworks displays were spectacular across the entire horizon for days. Comfy beds.

Stayed here with my softball team and couldn't have picked a better house if I tried. Only thing I could say is the downstairs was really cold and we couldn't adjust the temp. Great house!

By far the very best VRBO I’ve ever rented! Picrures don’t do it justice-we were completely gobsmacked at just how fab the place was! The pride of ownership shines with this property-everything worked, no issues with anything! The host was fantastic-left us some extra folding tables for the celebration of life we were having fir my grandmother…checked in with us on that day to make sure everything was going ok for our special day. Flow of house super for the 11 we had actually staying there. TWO FULL KITCHENS! Backyard like a park oasis, just beautiful! We are already planning our next reunion at this property. Thank you Kelly-we had a magnificent time together as a family!

The lodging was everything we needed to accommodate 9 adults in our group. Plenty of beds and parking available. It was also nice having two kitchens when preparing meals. I highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for us in this lovely home. We were two adult couples and each had our own space when needed and great together time in the kitchen/dining area and deck! Everything we needed was there and completely enjoyed the home and the great view of the Columbia. Plus, were were there for the wineries and they were never ending!! What fun!

Nicely redone house on a lovely lot. Mixed quality neighborhood, but Kelly was fantastic.
Home was very comfortable, neighborhood quiet, lots of parking, lovely view, beautiful doublet backyard. Recommend.
Check in 4 star because we needed to ask for the check-in information but Kelly responded immediately and allowed us to drop some things off before check-in.

The house was nice. The views were good. The yard was good for the kids. Owner was nice to work with (although suggest calling or texting directly as that had a faster response rate than VRBO messaging).

We had the best visit. The house was exactly what we needed, and it was conveniently located to everything. The view of the river from the deck was wonderful. Owner was very prompt in answering any questions and we would definitely stay here again.

House was as described. It fit our large family of 10-comfortable, clean, stocked kitchen with all amenities, a/c really helped a lot with heat outside over 100+. Amazing view of the lake.

We gathered here in Kennewick from 5 states to celebrate the life of my father. Kelly was such an accommodating host, we felt as welcomed as if we were visiting family. There is some remodeling in progress that is fantastic! Brand new kitchen upstairs! The beds are comfortable, all the pillows blankets and towels you could ever want! Kelly had all of the basics for toiletries and kitchen staples there for us. I could go on and on, the yard, the view, convenient shopping for last minute needs.
Kelly does not disappoint!
