Amazing place. So close to the T, green line C. We had a Trader Joe's a couple of blocks away so we could buy water and food if needed. Lots of restaurants, CVS close by. Very safe place, and very quiet. It felt like your own place, and it was extremely clean. I opened the bathroom and you can smell clean!! What a great feeling knowing that everything was spick and span.

The TV cable really didn't work. It was always telling us that connection was lost but we just didn't watch TV.

Location was perfect

Towels were too small. Extra sheets did not fit on the sofa "bed" There were sharp nail heads poking up out of the floor

Keyless access. Virtual check-in and check-out. Price was decent. The location was great; close to Harvard St with variety of restaurants to choose from, and the train to reach the heart of Boston.

Was looking for my missing earring and checked under the sofa bed, which was dusty and had a large dried up food crumb. It was also dusty behind the cushions. Good news was that I found my earring.
