We have rented in Phoenix for 10 years. This was the best stocked property. Lots of towels, bedding and great pots and pans for cooking. She even left fresh ground coffee in the freezer! There was a box of toiletries in case one was forgotten. Shyann responded quickly to any concerns we raised. We hope to stay here again next year.

This property is likely one of the best VRBO rentals I've stayed in. The home was clean, updated, and comfortable. You can tell Shyann takes great pride and effort to make sure our stay was a 5 star experience. The home had many amenities and extras we weren't expecting. It was also very centrally located to shops and restaurants. We used the pool several times and the patio was very comfortable to hang out in. A wonderful home and great host!

We were in town for a family reunion, and we were looking for a place that was close to where we would all be getting together, but still have our own space and privacy. The house on Mossman was just what we were hoping for. Everything was working and the owners had a ready supply of most of the basics that are needed, including an outstanding selection of already ground high-end coffee. As the afternoons were in the high 90's, we found that morning coffee out by to pool watching the birds and listening to the pool rock waterfall was a GREAT way to start each day. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. Greg & Eileen

We loved our stay at Shyann’s house! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was very convenient with shopping and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the sparkling pool most of all!

The house was in the perfect location for all of the activities Phoenix has to offer. Clean, stylish, and amazing backyard/pool area. Host was super friendly and responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Couldn’t ask for anything more in a VRBO.

Perfect house for a golf trip.

We rented this home due to it's proximity to the JW Marriott and a business conference we were attending. I wanted to be able to bring my sales team along for the trip and save costs of having everyone get hotel rooms for 4 nights at the JW. It is a perfect location as it is literally a few minutes drive to the JW Marriott, & the golf courses we played while there and the District Restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for my group, it was too cold to swim without heating the pool but we enjoyed playing corn hole and sitting by the fire out back. Check in was a breeze thanks to instructions sent to me by Shyann. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and the table top video game was a fun trip back in time and I would definitely stay there again for business or with the family on vacation or a golf trip long weekend with the guys or if you needed overflow for an event at the JW. Thanks Shyann for hosting us!

Wonderful property. House, location, and amenities were as advertised. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meal for our group. Host was great about communication.

Everything was great - the cleanliness, the house, the patio/pool, the location, the supplies, the communication. An added bonus was the classic video game machine. We had a great stay and would stay again in the future.

This house was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Shyann was easy to communicate and work with. The house was perfect for our little group to just relax and enjoy our stay. My husband had to work while we were there and the den/bedroom worked perfect for him to work in while we played at the pool and in the rest of the house. Every detail has been thought of--pool toys, bikes, arcade game as well as the necessities of day to day. We loved it and would love to stay there again!

This was an excellent location for my family and me while we were in Phoenix. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and gathered in the back yard (bring bug spray, there are mosquitos). The kids and kids at heart enjoyed the arcade, and we made great use of the kitchen. It was a lovely place for a family gathering.

There was really nothing unexpected that took place. The property was clean and hospitable more than ample towels and sheets and kitchen supplies etc. if you’re looking for an alternative place to stay sort of out of the fray in chaos of Phoenix this is it

This home is the prefect size and closely located to shopping and great dining options. We were very happy with this home, the pool and the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood seemed safe.

This was the perfect setting for a gathering of 8 older women who have been friends for 40+ years. We were all able to sleep under one roof instead of 3 or 4 hotel rooms. We had a private pool and the kitchen was big enough for several women at a time. The house was beautiful and furnished with everything we could want.
