There's no door for privacy in the shower. The door to the toilet is a barn sliding door with no air extractor.

The bed was a bit firm.

Staff was great. Facility was amazing and the room was perfect. We needed to leave our home due to our air conditioning going out on the hottest day of the year.

My only concern was that they charged $150 for my six pound yorkie to be there one night. That seemed extreme to me. That was more than the cost of the room.

The hotel and amenities were up to date, pool table, pool, games, really modern but man it was dirty and a staff member really dropped the ball. Got there on Monday and the pool was closed til Thursday. Asked for room service and they only do every other day so I asked for trash to be taken out and fresh towels, never happened. Sink was clogged and stunk and the maintenance man, who was really nice, pulled a glob of hair out and then flushed it down the toilet. I thought it might get cleaned then, nope and that’s after he used a plunger on the bathroom sink🤢 Stood at front desk for over 5 minutes to ask for towels and trash and had to call in order to get help. She was in a back room, said she would get towels and trash emptied but didn’t. Then upon checking out, a day early, that same manager was too busy in the back to check me out so I never received an email or receipt for checkout. The hotel is fantastic just neglected by staff. The trash cans outside every day were overflowing.

Evrrything good. Super clean, super comfy Has nice big smell good shampoo n conditioner. Staff super nice

Furniture in my room was stained/soiled and my room and the entire floor had a strange smell. Several fixtures in the room were loose or broken.
