Great location for the arena in Glendale. Room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was very good, loads of choice

Shower toiletries were great but would have been nice to have a body lotion or similar

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Loved the proximity to Westgate and other entertainment. Breakfast was enjoyed by all in our family, especially the waffles. Room was just right and beds were so comfortable.

We liked that it was close to State Farm Stadium. We liked that. It was close to a lot of bars and restaurants. We thought there was ample parking. The room was spacious. And for the most part it was pretty clean.

We paid a lot for the room because it was also during baseball training season. So there was a lot of activity in the area so the cost of the rooms were high. It seemed to be an older hotel. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The desk chair squeaks, and made a lot of noise when you sat in it. The linens on the bed were not hotel quality they were paper thin. The showerhead could use to be replaced with some thing that’s a little bit nicer. For the price that we paid per night, I would’ve expected higher end accommodations.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Even in passing in the hallways. The location was very clean, I was very happy that the lights in the parking lot were all active. I loved the little store at the front desk, it made getting necessities very simple and easy. The breakfast provided was delicious and fresh! The cost was extremely reasonable for the stay!

Neighbor noise, very active stomping/movement around me, which I suppose the walls were thinner than I imagined. The toilet was not re-filling and I had to readjust it several times, no plumbing issues, the plug just wouldn't reset after flushing. The shower also left puddles on the floor so I had to use a towel to prevent any damage to the floor. I had changed the room to heat on the thermostat and it didn't seem to make a difference until I took a shower then it was very humid in the room. Aside from that, not the a complaint about the hotel but there was very unfriendly visitors, I felt very uncomfortable going into community spaces because of the side eyes and unfriendliness from the other visitors. Also, the bedding is made with a Poly-mix and it was a very sweaty sleep.

Some of the guest in the room next to us were loud. No fault of the hotel.
