Everything was just perfect! The view is amazing and the flat is equipped very well and tasteful. The Location is perfect if you want to be close but not inside the rather overcrowded Kotor. 100% recommendable!

The apartment is just perfect, next to the bay, the views from the balcony are crazy, especially at sunset. Everything is new, clean and well-thought. Would definitely come back again 🧡

The apartment was modern and nicely decorated and had a lovely view of the bay and mountains. The kitchen was stocked with basic items. The shower was very powerful. The bed was comfortable and there were several pillows. The tv was large and modern. There is a great restaurant a 10 min walk away, it's just called "Family Restaurant" on google maps. It's a family-run oyster farm and restaurant, where you get the choice of oysters, mussels, and fried fish. All were absolutely delicious and it was one of the best meals of our trip. Go here if you get a chance (but bring euros)! It was nice staying out of the tourist crowds of Kotor. You also get a much better view. We thought about staying in Perast, but every restaurant looked like a tourist trap. This is a good balance of view plus great local food.

There was a lot of road noise, even on the top floor. It made the balcony less relaxing, and you need earplugs to sleep in the morning. The bathroom was very cramped. There were several property management issues - Getting to the property was a bit stressful. The road is narrow and busy, and since there's usually no sidewalk, people are just walking in the road. I found the location in Google Maps beforehand - Vacanza Apartments - but they gave a pin to a slightly different location nearby, so we put that address into our phone for directions. This was not the correct location. We then passed the actual apartments, which I recognized from the photos. This was where I originally thought they were, the Vacanza Apartments location in Google Maps. So we park in front, someone was supposed to meet us there. Mind you, we have no data and must pay a lot for texts and calls. After about 5 minutes and I finally resolve to spend money on the call, the host comes out with a friend and says she didn't hear us get in. She shows us to the room and says we still need to pay. I have no idea whether we need to pay, so I get onto the wifi and look it up to make sure. Turns out, we already paid. We then need a refund. She then rudely blames me for not knowing whether I paid. Doesn't she have the booking information? I had no internet until a minute prior - how was I supposed to look this up before that? I was given one phone number upon booking to message when I was 30 minutes away, but never got any replies from this number, so I have no idea if it actually worked. We were trying to find an ATM for dinner, so it was time-sensitive, and could not get any reply from this number. I then found another number and finally got a reply. The guestbook was filled with unhelpful information, such as "The nearest ATM is 2km away" without any location information. The nearest ATM was actually 7km away. We barely made it to the restaurant in time with all the confusion.

very modern, elegant room, well equipped kitchen, close to the sea. nice views. Water is cleaner than in Kotor and no floating algeas (which is typical in Kotor).

lamps are modern but a bit too bright for comfy. Road noise, but manageable.

I recommend staying in the apartment, I must say that the apartment was very clean and it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort. The apartment looks much better than on the photos and has fantastic view 🤩 We stayed on the top floor and really enjoyed it.

Love this apartment! Location Very cool location on the seacost, at the end of Ljuta village. 200 m from famous fine fining restaurant Stari Mlini (too expensive for everyday meal, but worth to visit and enjoy the romantic dinner). 300 m to small shop with some fruits, vegetables and other things. And 10 m walk to Cogimar, popular supermarket with fresh fish and delicatessen. It located on the second line from the sea, which does not affect the view. But the road near the building is quite active and if you want complete silence - it’s better to choose the first line of buildings. Every morning we went on a run on the beautiful embarkment and every evening spent time on one of beautiful places near the sea. The water is crystal clean, by the way! Building Perfectly located in modern house with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides to enjoy breathtaking view both on the sea and mountains 24/7. There’re a lot of trees and singing birds. Apartment You have modern equipped kitchen with everything you might need - even juice squeezer and blender (except oven), modern awesome bathroom (but no washing machine). The bed is VERY comfortable, and you can enjoy the seaview from it. There’re good AC, but you rarely need it, as you can open all windows and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The most important - AWESOME WIFI! We both worked every day, had video calls - everything was great!

All markets are rather far from apartment, just one restaurant near is Stari Mliny, but don’t recommend it, so expansive and quality of food is disgusting.

Everything. It was modern, clean and beautifully done. Situated in the breathtaking Bay of Kotor, it combines the best of a serene location on the bay with access to a great restaurant and better views.
