Smelt a bit musty on entry but this went after opening window. Had to take own towels. Litter in the access area.

Location and its proximity to the beach. It is surrounded by good amount of parking space and u can for 2.50 full day which was a great to have.

The Complete experience was very bad and we had to move out from the premise after day 1 out of 3 day holidays . When search in booking.com, it was never mentioned properly for prepaid meter to be paid through 1 pound coin for electricity. In the property it has a coin meter which u need to top up by a pound coin. All equipment including heating, hot water, kitchen cooking plate runs on electricity. I have to wake up in the night to top up. Never thought in a holiday have to do all this. This is wrong where they didn't put it on the ad properly but a small disclaimer at the end of the ad where 99% people don't go and read

Had a few issues with the room which where soon dealt with put the censor Light on the.hotel wall was a problem going on off all night

The property was over all comfy but is in need of some decoration as was showing signs of wear. Overall was clean and pleasant to stay in.

The sofa bed wasn't overly comfortable but we put the mattress on the floor and then it was fine. The staff at the reception were really helpful and the buffet lunch was reasonable and tasty. The room was reasonably big for the price and two tv's which was handy. Thanks for a lovely stay. Su, Jon, Hannah and Riley.

The flat was lovely and spacious, it was very clean and organised too. The entire building it very inviting and value for money is amazing! We loved our little studio flat and would definitely recommend it to others :)

Perfect location, close both to the beach, buses and rail. Tesco is quite near. Had an issue with the boiler, they fixed it in no time.

Large, light and airy flat 2 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk from the town centre. The flat is equipped with everything you need to make breakfasts, light meals, etc.

Taps and showers work well, but are old-fashioned (not mixer taps and low water pressure from shower) and need renewing.

A four day stay, met all expectations, cosy one bed flat with sofa-bed. The way around the electric meter issue is only to have it on for 30 mins b4 you need it, then switch off. We only used £5. Nice kitchen area with necessary equipment. A nice touch were the complimentary tea, sugar, coffee and milk on arrival, together with washing up liquid, sponges etc and towels. Staff at the Hotel next door were extremely nice and helpful. Best of all was the location, beach 3 mins walk, high St shops ten min walk, so all on your doorstep. Beachy Head walk to Belle Tout lighthouse is breathtaking. The Birling Gap and the walk from The Meads along the prom all the way to the accommodation is all easily accessible. Wd recommend the Eastbourne Sightseeing bus to above places of interest. All in all a great time so much so that we've booked to return!

A cheese grater would have been nice.
