Letto comodissimo e camera molto pulita anche se l' arredamento è un po' antiquato. La signora che gestisce la struttura è molto disponibile e piacevole. Bagno con ampia vasca idromassaggio. Nel ristorante della struttura di mangia molto bene.

The water leeks from under the bath after you take shower.

The location was lovely, near the lake. It was in the nature, with silence, the room was big, comfortable, the staff was always ready to help, some of them spoke English. The food in the restaurant was very good, we had a nice holiday here. There are plenty to see in the surroundings of Kazanlak if you are interested in the history (Thrachian tombs are famous), roses (in May-June), Roman ruins (Hissarya) or trips in the mountains (the Valley of the Thracian Kings).

The internet in the upper floors should be improved. It worked well only at ground level.

The location is great. The dam is absolutely amazing. Wonderful options for long walks. The rooms were very big and both balconies were larger than expected, comfortable and offering a nice view. There were not many people in the hotel so it was quiet and easy to find a table in the restaurant. The food was O.K. and the service at the restaurant was excellent. The lady at the reception was kind.

Only one of the lights in the bathroom was working so it was quite dark. The radiator in the bathroom was not working so it was quite cold. There are snacks and drinks at the reception but late in the evening when you need them most, there is no one at the reception so no way to get these. A vending machine would be a lot more useful. There were no additional pillows and blankets but those would be convenient.

Spacious rooms, lovely view from balcony, good restaurant below, the female receptionist was very helpful. The jacuzzi bath was a bonus!

Nothing really, a little far from any local shops, so bring beers with you.

Huge lovely room, wonderful views of the lake with amazing birdlife. Really delicious food at the restaurant, I will be back!

The room and the terrace were very spacious. The service and the food at the restaurant were great as well, especially the fresh fish. Very close to all the sights in the region and still in a very quiet place.

The restaurant is not open for breakfast.

Location was perfect, right on the lake with great views from our balcony. The staff were very friendly, they spoke a small amount of English and had a card of translations to help with our questions. Great value for money
