My husband and I stayed 20 days at the property and had a fabulous stay! The unit was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the view and breeze off the ocean. It was our first time to Anguilla and we were pleased to have found this property. We explored the entire island and the beaches are phenomenal! Having a grocery store and best liquor store within a mile was super convenient! Joyce was great, super helpful and friendly! We would not hesitate to stay at the property again if we return to Anguilla!

The property is a lot larger than I expected. I loved the layout. I was able to grab groceries from the local Best Buy grocery store to cook breakfast each morning in the full kitchen equipped with all the pots and pans I needed, as well as other items. The condo is situated along a beach I could walk to and there was a nice size pool available right off the balcony. I felt it was a home away from home and I adored the Tiffany blue throughout the rooms. The manager, Joyce, was especially helpful in making sure I was well accommodated.

We just spent two weeks at the apartment in Sandy Hill. The check in was a breeze, Joycelyn was waiting for us even though we were a bit late, the ferry being full, we had to wait for the next one. She is very friendly, checking the next day if we needed anything. The pictures are very accurate, the place is actually roomier than the photos indicate. When at home we spent most of our time on the terrace, the day bed is perfect for reading. There is always a nice breeze, so the mosquitoes are mostly not a problem. The only thing I would add is a sun protection since the morning sun is very intense and we couldn’t really stay there for breakfast. A fan would be great! There are fans in the inside rooms, so we never needed A/C. The kitchen is well equipped, I even baked some buns and pizza using the toaster oven. The bed is a bit small, only because we’re used to sleeping in a king size at home. The shower is amazing, very spacious. A huge bonus is the swimming pool. 25 m and mostly empty. If you like swimming, bring goggles. I find the water too chlorinated. Anguilla is a great island, the beaches are amazing. Car is a must, there are a number of renting agencies right by the harbour. We used Andy. Lots of stores, Best Buy 5 mins away. Lots of restaurants, the taxes are a killer! You will have to buy drinking water or bring a portable filter. This is our third time and we will be back.

My stay was very good. We celebrated my sons mother in law, living text door in Villa Carita. For me the location was excellent! Many thanks to Joyce, who took care of Blue 2. Because of the hurricane Tammy we run out of electricity and water. Which was sad but no damage was caused.

The condo interior is exactly as pictured. It’s perfect for two people. The view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing. We even saw whales on our last day there. It is very quiet which we like. The road into the condo is really rough as was mentioned in the other reviews. Restaurants and beaches are anywhere from a 10 to 30 minute drive. You will need a car. Joyce met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Joyce and Joseph responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We had an awesome trip.

From the start this was a great experience. Joyce greeted us at the property and allowed us to check in early as we arrived sooner than expected. Joyce ensured that the space was comfortable and added some personal touches like flowers. She was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was perfect for the 2 of us. Amazing ocean view, direct sunrise view from the patio every morning , a very well equipped kitchen and the pool was a nice bonus. Also we liked the location on the quiet side of the island. We will definetly be back.

From the start Joyce was friendly and helpful. The view was magnificent. The condo is well appointed and served as the perfect home base for our second Anguilla trip. Stay here. You won't be sorry.

Very spacious apartment, beautifully designed and eguipped in a quiet environment. The view is fantastic, the swimming pool is big and very clean. The host is very kind, communication is very smooth. You will definitely need a car to move around.

Sandy Hill Club is a great location on Anguilla to visit all the beach locations we explored…Shoal Bay, Island Harbor, Sandy Ground, Rendezvous Bay and Meads Bay.The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed.. even sunscreen was provided! Joyce, the caretaker of Villa Blue was extremely nice and helpful. Knowing that we liked to garden at home in Tennessee, she won our hearts by bringing us some homegrown tomatoes!! I just wish we had made a reservation for 2 weeks instead of one! Next time we will!!

Property had an awesome view! Villa was very clean with a beautiful grotto-like shower. The location is a bit far to most of the restaurants so a rental car is a must, but be careful - -the road to the villa needs a bit of work & must be taken slowly due to ruts and potholes. The residence has great internet & TV service, but phone service is impossible. We were told that a WhatsAp?? was necessary to communicate but we were not users of this service. In the listing, it would have been nice to know that the water was not potable so we could have been more prepared. All in all, we had a wonderful quiet and restful stay, away from all the resorts on the western side of the island.

This property was exactly what we were looking for to get married on Anguilla. Joyce the property manager was extremely helpful and gracious. She contacted me immediately after my booking and arranged our transportation as well with Bernard our driver. She went so far above and beyond knowing we were getting married. Joyce picked a bouquet from her own garden for my wife and had a bottle of bubbly in the fridge chilling. Even arranged rose petals in shape of heart on the bed and the day before wedding brought us a cake. She was also gracious enough to become witness to our wedding along with Bernard, our taxi driver. We were so honored. Bernard was always there on time and on our beckoning call. I cannot stress what an awesome experience this was. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you would need from cooking utensils to making coffee and the bath and shower was outstanding. Everything you would possible need in a villa was there. The entire grounds and place was quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool was very clean and had to ourselves. We loved it and will be going back and would recommend this unit to anyone interested in staying on Anguilla and want a more private area to stay. If you are considering Anguilla as a wedding destination I would also highly recommend it, especially when compared to St. Maarten, hands down. A special thank you to Joyce and Bernard for making our stay so special.

This villa was just the right size for the two of us. It contained everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Joyce was so accommodating and very knowledgeable about Anguilla. She was readily available. We stayed the month of March and the breeze was sufficient to keep the a/c off the whole time. We fell in love with Anguilla. It is very safe, has stunning beaches, great live music, great food and above all the people are incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was great - from the warm greeting by Joyce and her attention to every detail to the final day of my stay I had a relaxing time with a wonderful of the northeastern area of the island. Swimming and snorkeling were possible from the bay just a 5 minute walk away and the pool was very clean and refreshing. TV, A/C and a well equipped kitchen were good to have. The espresso machine with complimentary coffee was a pleasant touch. The grocery store and gas station are 3 minutes away by car and driving around Anguilla is quite easy to do. Gas is expensive but the rental is not and it is a small but beautiful place to explore. I appreciated the easy accessibility of both Joseph, my host and Joyce, the site manager. Thank you very much!!!

The location is great, on a quieter more secluded side of the island. The view is of the ocean on a part with large waves (great sound to fall asleep to) and a coral edge, but it's just a short walk from Sandy Hill Bay beach which had great snorkeling. The property owner Joseph/Pep and manager Joyce were extremely kind, communicative, and helpful from the time we booked until the time we returned. The inside was clean and quaint, and everything we needed for our week-long stay. Would definitely recommend it!

What a sweet little apartment! Very clean and well appointed. Soothing modern Caribbean decor. A short walk to a small beach for walking and a quick dunk. Clean, well kept pool and grounds. Quiet and private even though it’s in a condo complex. The sound of the waves lulls you to sleep if you turn off the air conditioner and open the windows. A keeper

After 10yrs away we enjoyed a terrific stay at this property. Comfortable, clean and livable. Geographic Location is great (quiet end of the island) and the apt is great being in a small development, safe and cozy. Nice neighbors and renters. The pool is a fabulous plus and of course beach access a short walk down the way. Thank you, we will be back!

Beautiful well kept property with a fantastic salt water swimming pool. Spacious apartment for 1-2 people. I will be back soon. The road is a little rough getting to the complex but take it slow and there are no problems .

Villa Blue was a perfect property for our trip to Anguilla. The views from the deck were breathtaking. Pep was very responsive with and questions that we had prior to our visit and Joyce was so kind and helpful during the check in and out process. The condo itself was clean and updated and had everything that we needed for our stay. I would recommend Villa Blue to anybody wanting a quiet relaxing place to stay.
