This property exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grocery store wasn’t far away at all. All of the beds were comfortable. With a small temperature drop expected for our week away, Karen messaged to ask if we wanted the pool heated. It was well worth the minimal fee! What a refreshing way to end the day! I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and we will certainly book again.

Another amazing stay at Tiki Time! This is truly our family’s happy place. This house is the best we have ever stayed at on any trip and we will never stay anywhere else. Already looking into scheduling our next trip!

Beautiful home with a pool to enjoy. We were a family of nine and we had plenty of space. The beach is just a few minutes walking distance. The amenities were superb. The home was very clean. Karen, our host was wonderful. We would totally stay at Tiki Time again for our next family vacation.

This is our second stay at Tiki Time and it was just as amazing as the first stay! We have fallen in love with the area and will never stay anywhere else other then Tiki Time. The house is spotless, the backyard is paradise with the pool, and the golf cart is a huge bonus! It’s so nice to jump in for a quick ride to the beach or playground. Karen is a wonderful host and always available to answer any questions. We are already planning our 2024 stay. Thank you sharing this home with us!

The home was beautiful, it offered everything you need to have an exciting, relaxing trip. The community from what we explored looked great. The bed were super comfy, the private pool and tiki area was super relaxing to spend time in. Our whole family enjoyed the time we spent, and can't wait to come back for longer next time and get to explore more of the area and the other things Myrtle Beach has to offer! Thanks for making our 1st experience in Myrtle Beach a great one!

Wonderful vacation in this beautiful home, very clean, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, lots of space. We loved the pool and pool area, golf cart was very handy. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The property was overall great. Easy walk to beach. Golf cart helped as well. Property was up to date and had plenty of activities for the rainy times. Pool was a little small for 3 boys the age (9-11) to play, but there was plenty of space by the pools for the adults to enjoy themselves.

Could not get hold of the manager when our door code could not open. Extra key box would not easily open! Cheap furniture on decks! Noisy construction on house beside us! Manager has an attitude!

Our family had the BEST vacation staying at Tiki Time! When I started planning this vacation, I looked at a ton of houses but kept coming back to this one. We obviously made the best choice! The house was immaculately clean and beautiful. We loved the pool and the golf cart was an awesome bonus for quick trips around the neighborhood. Karen was absolutely amazing, she was so responsive and accommodating to our every need and questions. She thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. We completely fell in love with Surfside Beach and cannot wait to come back to Tiki Time for years to come. Thank you Karen!

The only problem we ran into was getting the Internet connection. We were told it was in a guidebook which had been sent to us, but it was not in there. When we arrived, we had no Internet, and we had no way of phoning since we are from Canada and we did not have any phone working on our way down.
I had to go to a grocery store and use their Internet to get in touch with Karen. I think the Internet connection should be available in the house when people arrive.

This home is perfect for families. It has a fantastic outdoor pool area, large living room, and an air hockey table. It is close to everything in Surfside Beach.

Our family typically stays in Sea Pines Plantation in Hilton Head. We couldn't find a reasonable place that would fit 10 this season, so we decided to try Surfside Beach. We've never been to the Myrtle Beach area at all, so we're definitely newbies. We can't say enough good things about TikiTime! Karen was so responsive and was quick to answer even the smallest question. I took an 8 mile walk on the beach and determined that this beach location (15th Ave S) is THE BEST in terms of being wide, clean and less-crowded. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The golf cart was so useful and fun. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay with my husband, adult son and daughter, daughter-in-law, three grandkids and pet dog. Karen was great to deal with and was quick to respond when I realized that I had accidentally deleted the emails containing the golf cart and pet agreements. She had additional copies sent to me right away. The use of the golf cart saved us money and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Better Together
House was great ! Clean and very accommodating to our whole family and grand pup ! We also had my niece and boyfriend over for dinner and my grandsons girlfriend came still plenty of room, golf cart worked great never ran down , pool big enough to keep my grandkids happy!!
We do cook a lot grill works great!
Back off from the beach but even if you don’t use the golf cart it’s a short walk .

The house was exactly what we were looking for, and the hosts sent useful and timely information to us before both check-in and check-out. We didn't need anything from them during our stay, but based on their other communications I am sure they would have been attentive. We'd gladly stay here again.

September Vacation
Cleanliness is the most important selling factor to me in booking a property and this home definitely did not disappoint in that aspect. You can smell the cleanliness as you walk through the door.
There were a few things that was aggravating during our stay the dishwasher did not work, I notified the property owner of that but a response to that issue was not given (however I did state that we didn't mind hand washing dishes when I notified her, so maybe that was on me). We had also paid for the pool heat which was not cut on but the owner did come out and fix that issue.
Overall we did have a great vacation, the house is a great size for large gatherings, and close enough to walk to the beach.

Fantastic fall break with family
This house was perfect to meet our needs. We met family there we had not seen in a while. It was super clean, and we were happy to get to bring our dog. The house did not smell like a pet friendly rental. The pool was great and worth the extra money to heat it. We felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves, as the location is residential. We saw many starfish on the beach! Multiple great food places nearby, some of which were accessible by the golf cart that was included in our stay. We had plenty of towels and plenty of room for all of us. Communication with owner was prompt. Will certainly be staying again sometime!

The property was clean and well kept. The rooms were roomy and the furniture was adequate. There was plenty of kitchenware and cooking pots, pans and utensils for eating in, and the pool was fantastic. Overall a great time had by all.

Everything needed in beach house
We had a wonderful stay and are looking to book next year. This property definitely has everything you need for your beach stay even lots of toys for beach play. House was immaculate and very spacious. Pool was wonderful. Also the beach is so close rarely needed the golf cart. Highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway
The property was extremely well maintained and very clean. It was close to the ocean and also had a great pool for the area. As far as the site it was awesome from start to finish. My only complaint was with the management person I dealt with. She was extremely condescending in her communication.. I was sent an email with the instructions supposedly attached to it. The hyperlink did not work and we had to make several calls to her to gain access. I would love to use the house and facilities again, am just reluctant to work with someone who is so rude. I work with computers, email, etc. for a living so I am very familiar with programming - being told "did you bother to look in your junk mail" was just unacceptable. Poor PR as far as I was concerned.

Surfside Beach House
House was very accommodating for a family group of 7. The interior was very homey with fresh beach vibes. We enjoyed the outside porch for morning and evening chitchat and the pool area was nice for grilling, games and music after the beach! The golf cart was an added plus for loading everything for a day at the beach. We would recommend this location to others!

Nice place/location . . . Definitely recommend
The property was very nice, and mostly as pictured. Mattresses were ok, but could definitely use replacing. Kitchen was well stocked but could use some younger kid plates and utensils. It also could use some small covered containers with lids for leftovers. Other than those couple of recommendations, the place was perfect for our family. The pool was great for the two younger children we had with us, as the ocean was a little too turbulent for them. The golf cart was a nice bonus, and it was nice to have the provided beach chairs for the adults, and the toys for the kids.

Everything was great!
From check in to check out everything was amazing. I highly suggest the heated pool since it was worth it and used more because of it. Great amount of room for family, blocks from the beach & the golf cart came in handy! Really no complaints just that we didn’t want to leave!
