Clean… rooms enough for famiy

The house was beautiful. Everything you needed for a week at beautiful Brigantine. Location was perfect with gorgeous bay views. John was great .and extremely responsive to any and all needs.

Stayed at this home the week of the 4th of July holiday. Loved the house, the location, and the Host John was extremely communicative, helpful, and available anytime you needed. Some additional details if you are looking for a great spot in Brigantine and other pros to the house and the host: Primary bedroom is on the first floor, great for parents and anyone not looking to climb stairs. 1st floor fun for bad weather days - our 1st day rained all day but we had so much fun in the 1st floor garage playing on the high end ping pong table, darts, poker table area, couches, and TV. 3 car drive way parking. Across the street from the bay - not alot of bugs and you can still see the AC skyline and fireworks. Kitchen fully stocked, 2 refridgerators - one in the kitchen and one in the laundry room. Plenty of space for all your food and drinks. Weber grill on the back deck, the cooking grates were spotless. Cool area to build a fire and hangout. Bonus - another TV on the back deck as well! Loved the check in gift basket, full of snacks, playing cards, coffee, and band aids (which went to good use!). We used our own linens but they were on site if you needed them, the owner just asks that you wash them before you leave. (washer and dryer on site and easy to use). Bonus: 6 beach tags when you arrive, for those not familiar with NJ, you need to buy a tag to go on the beach. Having them on site to use saves you money and a trip to the beach tag office.

Nice owners that respond very quickly to anything you ask. This is great place and neighborhood. Lots of room to relax after a whole day at the beach. Comfortable couches. It was clean and had everything you need. And more. They had beach chairs towels sand toys a cart to drag everything to the beach and beach tags. Full size washer/dryer. Sheets even dishwasher pods. TV outside and in LR and in 2 bedrooms which was great. The only thing lacking was a DVD player for my nephew. Beds in kids room was uncomfortable and it’s a room best for only kids because there isn’t a bed to accommodate parents . Master upstairs had the most comfortable bed. Master downstairs bed was Ok but the TV helped me relax after a ling day. All the bathrooms were beautifully done with great showers. And a tub for kiddies. All very clean. No outside shower but we used the hose esp on the kids. It was a great place to stay. Would request a dvd player lol. Maybe bed toppers for matching the comfort of the upstairs master. Very very happy with this rental. Would definitely rent again next year! And hope to get that availability. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful week in Brigantine, the house was perfect for both families, a lot of space for every one. We had everything we needed. Thanks for everything.

Our stay at John's place was great. Everything we needed was provided. Sitting on front deck in am drinking our coffee was a great way to start the day. Place was clean and comfortable. Only wish they had an outside shower and brush to clean grill. Only negative I had was that people drive way to fast past house, but it was that way all over island. Our 2 dogs loved going to the beach with us and going in ocean! We would definetly like to rent there again next year. Thanks John for a wonderful stay!!

Awesome place, John was easy to communicate with, easy access to beach and Uber rides to AC. Only recommendation is to either get rid of circular gravel backyard area or add fire pit with all those beach chairs around it. Got to see the new hatched baby birds...Great time, hope to see you next July, thanks John and also for the suggestion to eat at Mexico 😊
