This is our second stay here. The host is very responsive, the property clean and quiet, and the location was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed the layout of this house and how convenient it is to the foothills and specifically Sabino Canyon that you can just walk to just 1/2 mile up the road. The drawback to the location is that the house is right on Sabino Canyon Road, which does have a lot of traffic, which brings noise along with that. There is a privacy wall so that is not an issue and it just becomes background noise if you're used to that. Communication with Linda was great! There is a neighborhood pool that looks very nice, although we never used it. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The kitchen is VERY well equipped, bed is very comfy and the towels are plentiful and nice and fluffy. Depending on the renter, just know that both showers are tub showers and the master bath is a deep soaker tub shower so can be harder to get in and out, although there is a grab bar. Also for both toilets they are the standard height toilets so if you're used to comfort height if you have mobility/knee issues that can be more challenging. We loved having a washer and dryer since we were there for 4 weeks. Just for information sake for others, the washer and dryer are located in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, well maintained home with easy access to Sabino Canyon. Street noise from Sabino Canyon Road made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space but was not a problem inside the property.

This house is just down the street from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. The views from the back windows and yard are of beautiful mountains.

This is a really comfortable home, stocked with everything you need. We were even able to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner without much trouble in the well equipped kitchen.
We really enjoyed the proximity to Sabino Canyon.
Other than a small hitch getting our entry code, which the owner more than made up for, we had a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved this home. It fit our needs, 3 rooms for 4 people. The space was plenty for movement and spending time together. We had meals at the home and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The convenience and location was perfect for what we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again! Wonderful amenities and communication.

This was our first vacation rental experience and I must say, we were a bit nervous, but I can tell you now that this is definitely the way to go! Linda, our host, couldn’t have been more kind, generous and responsive! The location is very close to nature, shopping and restaurants. Our rental was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Linda!!

We looked for months for the perfect house to rent when we went to Az to visit our son in the airforce. Linda’s home was PERFECT! the location was only 20-25 from the base! We went walking at Sabino Canyon twice, drove up amount Lemmon, went to TopGolf, and even drove to the Grand Canyon and back Thru Sedona! (Had to stay in hotel that one night) loved having a home To come back to! Our son had to work a few days but he was able to drive over and have lunch or dinner and spend a few nights! Can’t wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!

Great stay!
Beautiful home well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Home was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Great communication by host and she also provided a binder and books with lots of information including recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
Enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the morning sunshine with a view of the mountains and smelling the orange blossoms. Walked over to Sabino Canyon for daily hikes. Close to great restaurants and Bashas grocery store. Thank you Linda for sharing your lovely home with us!

Lovely Home
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at at this lovely home. It is evident the owners put a lot of TLC into it. Looks to be newly remodeled. Very clean and well appointed. It was easy to feel right at home.

wonderful home
This is a LOVELY property. We have stayed at many VRBOs in Tucson.....this home was top of the line, particularly in terms of the dining room and the well-stocked kitchen. We were able to easily have several meals with our daughter and grandkids....lots of glasses, plates, silverware, equipment, condiments, foil, baggies, everything! The bed was very comfortable, the master bathroom is large, the furnishings were lovely but practical, and Linda couldn't have been more accommodating (she made sure we had enough wine glasses to celebrate the holiday!). The weather was lovely for our visit, but I think in the heat of summer, the garage would be even more welcome. No complaints! Oh, and we went to Sabino Canyon 3 times in 4 days.......try to catch the twilight lighting!

Our visit was perfect. The house was exactly as advertised. My interactions with the owner (Linda) were very warm and friendly. Linda made her expectations well known so there were no unexpected items or confusion. We were so pleased with this house. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable first stay in Tucson
I give Linda six out of five stars for her communication and helpfulness. I gave the cleaners four stars for missing a few things but it should be 4.5 stars.
We were disappointed that a table for outdoor dining wasn't available but the property photos didn't include one, so we should have known. The weather was delightful and proximity to Sabino Canyon was excellent. Nice view of the mountains from the backyard. We enjoyed the birds and we were delighted to see a roadrunner on the back wall.
Unfortunately, the filter for the community pool was off for four days of our stay so the pool became dirtier each of those days.

Walking distance to Sabino Canyon
This was a beautiful property practically across the street from the entrance to Sabino Canyon. We had a wonderful stay spent hiking in the Canyon in the mornings and exploring Tucson and visiting with my daughter who is a student at U of A. The house was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you could possible need in the kitchen. Lovely extras such as plentiful thick towels, Keurig PODs, and guidebooks and maps show Linda’s care as a host. She was Immediately responsive to any questions and great to work with. Highly recommend! Will miss all those beautiful views and sunsets.

Beautiful & comfortable stay in Catalina Foothills
This home was a perfect fit for our family. Clean, very comfortable beds, nice safe area close to hiking. It was easy to walk to Sabino Canyon for a short or long hike. Many restaurants in the area or a close drive away. There is a small pool for the neighborhood, but it was not heated, so we were not able to use it on our stay. The backyard is cozy with beautiful mountain views. We also love the Pima Air & Space Museum, and enjoyed meals at Korea House & Rosa’s Mexican Restaurant.

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Home, Wonderful Host!
Super close to everything that's great in Tucson including walking distance to Sabino Canyon, this home is not only really well equipped, but super clean on arrival as well as super comfortable! On top of all of that, the host/homeowner is fantastic and was super responsive to the couple of questions we had during our stay. Highly recommended if you are headed to Tucson!

Your place and its location was great for us; and Sabino Canyon was fun and less than a 10 min walk from your place. The information you provided about restaurants, places to visit, etc were used extensively by us. Enjoyed!

Beautiful home
We had a wonderful stay. Linda was very helpful during the whole process, and went far and above when she provided a "pack and play" and a high chair for our 1 year old grandson that was staying with us. The Sabino Canyon rec area was right across the street for early morning walks, and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. We would return in a heart beat.
