Very nice panorama from the large terrace, many colourful bushes around the patio, fully equipped apartman (with washing maschine), very nice host, who picked up us in the port.

The apartment is a bit uphill, but no more than 5 minutes walk up from the main square and the sea. Otherwise everything is closeby.

Great location, terracce with view over the bay and town. All needed equipment in the flat and kitchen. Great wifi. Washinmachine, Washing machine was great. Was met when the boat came in and the host drove me to the place. She also came with a car and took me to the port when I was leaving.

Our room had a large terrace - perfect for sitting on and relaxing - and drying clothes (the apartment also had a washing machine - a welcome bonus!). Room cleaned every day.

Accomodations were great - wonderful big balcony with a view of the mountains and sea. Note that this is at the top of a hill so getting there with luggage seemed daunting but someone from Nikos picked me up which was much appreciated. Everything was clean and today, perfect for a short stay. Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, restaurants around 5 mins away!

Everything was excellent. The owner is very friendly. She picked us up from the harbour. The apartment was very nice furnished and spacy. In the appartment was everything what is needed. Internet worked perfectly. Excellent service with daily cleaning. The apartment has a beautiful big terrasse with sea view and an extra bed outside. We are very thankful that we could stay until the afternoon in the apartment at the last as our ferry came in the late afternoon. The owner offered us to bring us to the ferry. We had a great stay at the apartment and we would always come again.

Aircon was unreliable, electricity would trip out if we use washing machine and aircon at same time.

I was met by the owners at the port and driven to the accommodation which was first class - clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Well equipped - TV in the living room, AC in both bedrooms, washing machine, upright fridge/freezer, proper cooker with oven & hob. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great location - quiet area about 10mins walk from Livadia & the port (quite a steep climb to the accommodation which might be difficult to negotiate for the less able bodied). The owners offer a grocery delivery service from their supermarket in Livadia.

There's very little to dislike about this property. Minor gripes are that the 2 balconies are too small to be used comfortably. In the bathroom, there's an ugly hole in the wall, exposing a plumbing manifold. There's only one bin (in the bathroom and the peddle didn't work).

The room was quite big and there was a washing machine.

The bathroom needs some mantainace. We had the room in the garden with no view.

The position is ideal , and peaceful

The view from the balcony was beautiful.

To get at the studio was a very long hill, very hard to walk with the heat. The bathroom was a disaster, as for shower...

Everything was great. We were picked up early from the port and had everything we needed in our apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. Tilos is a great island for hiking.

Lovely studio, stunning view across the bay and friendly staff. Tilos is a gem. We are walkers and did several routes from Livadia. The paths are well-marked and there are interesting things to see like the abandoned villages of Gera and Mikro Horio. There is also a regular and reliable bus service. I would recommend Tilos to ramblers.

The location was superb with a stunning view, I had a small balcony really nice. And I spent time in the big balcony to see the views. The appartment has a washing machine!
