Located far from city. U will get valley look. With out any facilities around the room.

The scenic view. It was amazing. Waking up facing the mountain view was amazing. Staff response was good . The lawn restaurant was excellent. Good ambience and great for couple photoshoot.

Breakfast is fine but lunch and dinner taste can be improved a bit.

definitely it’s location and view and staff behaviour was also good
* Foul smell as soon as we entered the room
* Curtain were very dirty, not sure about the cleaning and hygiene maintenance
* Constant power cuts
* They don’t give glasses, if you ask they will provide you plastic glasses
* Service is very slow, unresponsive and takes more than an hour to serve food.
* Food quantity and quality is very bad. and little expensive for the taste and quantity provided
* This place charges rs 50 for empty plate for food you get it from outside restaurant but later after talking to reception they didn’t charge. As I have not seen hotel charging for empty plates
* also cats was licking empty plates kept outside the room

Liked the room and ambience. Nice view from the balcony.
Children play area was nice and beautiful.
Overall my stay of 2 night was quite comfortable and relaxing.
I felt the room service and restaurant was not as expected, need improvements.

Hotel has good mountain view..went with my wife and kid..kids play area and recreation was good. Spacious rooms with balcony.. overall very much satisfied

The place offers an extraordinary view, with a wide open window and balcony u can never miss a chance to enjoy a cup of Tea at the balcony.
Love this place . They also gave a complimentary campfire. (Grills provided with special prices) . Drinks can be bought from outside if you wish to have (you may need that was the weather chilling).
Breakfast was complimentary although I found it a little bit restricted, everything tasted best but spread could have been improved . U will not regret staying here, they have best service.
I personally wish the breakfast had more options and spread, like choice of eggs, sausage more salads and fruit cuts. Also some partas for North indian flavors too. Rest everything was best.

Rooms are spacious and view from the balcony is good. Even though it’s not a massive property they have incorporated some spaces for outdoor dining with well maintained lawn and plants. There are lot of flowers everywhere which means a lot of colors which will make us feel good.
it’s located 6.5 km before reaching Kodai and road to the property is too narrow and risky. that’s one thing which has forced us to reach the hotel before sunset. Food is pricey and no alternative available as it’s far from town.
