Fantastisches Frühstück, überaus herzliche Gastgeber, schönes Ambiente mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und eine sehr gute Lage nicht weit entfernt vom Gardasee.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Frühstück durch "Wunschzettel" am Vortag individuell auszusuchen (für jeden was dabei) und wird dann im großen Frühstücksraum, eine Art Wintergarten, frisch aufgetischt. Nette freundliche Gastgeber.
Ca. 5 Autominuten von Lazise entfernt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden.
Jedes Erdgeschoßzimmer mit eigener Zugangstüre von Außen erreichbar (kein Treppenhaus).
Keine negativen Eindrücke im Le Betulle beim 2-tägigen Aufenthalt.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere Gardaland e dintorni. Camera essenziale, pulita, confortevole e materassi/cuscini comodi.
La titolare è gentilissima e disponibile. Ritornerò sicuramente quando sarò in zona.
Sinceramente mi è piaciuto tutto, colazione compresa.... bottigliette di acqua a disposizione in camera e a colazione... quindi ottimo trattamento

Wie waren nun das dritte Mal in dieser Pension und werden wiederkommen! Wieder einmal hat uns Katia und ihre lieben Eltern einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert. Es sind so wunderbare und herzliche Menschen. Das Zimmer ist tipptopp, immer sauber, das Frühstück hervorragend, der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück….was will man mehr? Für uns gibt es keine andere Unterkunft, wenn wir am Gardasee sind !!
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Im Großen und Ganzen war das Frühstück in Ordnung.
Man musste am Vortag ankreuzen, was man gerne frühstücken möchte.
Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, es gab nur eine Sorte Brötchen und kleine abgepackte "Billig-Marmelade" ohne Geschmack.
Auf der Website waren Bilder der reichlich gedeckten Frühstückstheke mit abwechslungsreichem Gebäck u.s.w.. Das war leider so nicht vorhanden.
Ansonsten sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Una bella e nuova struttura, molto curata anche nei piccoli dettagli, sia esterni che interni. La stanza era arredata con stile, molto funzionale, il bagno ampio e bello. A colazione, scelta la sera prima, abbiamo trovato ottimi prodotti e un servizio gentile ed attento. Peccato aver passato una sola notte.

Accommodation with a family and very friendly approach. Modern look rooms with a corresponding terrace on a private large plot. Ideal location for Garda South (Gardaland, Movieland...). Rich and quality breakfast and thank you once again for 100% service! Daily clean room.

This place is excellent for a family that wants to travel and visit North Italy, especially Lake Garda and its surroundings. The place and the owner and rest of staff are lovely, just lovely, making you feel at home or even better!

Amazing hospitality and friendliness from the staff. The facility is totally new and the rooms are very clean and while a bit small - unless you plan to spend a lot of time at the room, then this is really a great choice.
The location is slightly isolated from restaurants, so would not really be walking distance to e.g. Lazise, but in case you have a car - it's a great choice.

The hosts are amazing. The food was excellent, the room extremely clean and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into the details. Amazing return for the price.

Breakfast was great and very big, be careful when order:). Location is just perfect, quiet and easy to find. Good resto Buffalo is 5 minutes walk. Small bar nearby offers drinks at reasonable prices. All attractions as Gardaland, Aquardens, etc are 10-20min by car.

Wonderfull hotel and wonderfull people. Everything super clean, super bathroom. Every detail is well planned. I stayed 2 nights and the room was made after the first night and new towels were there. A good surprise. But you must know wenn you arrive there is no shampoo in the room. Breakfast was very good.

We had an amazing stay. It is not in a busy neighborhood, but we liked that. When we arrived, we got a café. The comfort of the room is superb. Everything was perfectly clean. The hosts (while not proficient in English) were extremely kind and polite. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty. The surroundings are green and well kept.
The rooms are not extremely big, but spacious enough.

In short - everything was perfect. Brand new facility, modern and well equipped, with a beautiful garden and perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable rooms. The owners are great, so hospitable and polite. Obviously they do their business with love. We liked the breakfast - so fresh and tasty. The location is also really good. If you want to go to Gardaland, this is a great place to stay.
