We loved the staff at this property! If it wasn’t for Edo we would’ve not stayed at the property. He made every effort to upgrade our room and made sure we are well taking care of!!! He is a fantastic host and a wonderful person to make your stay a memorable one! We will miss him:( Thank you Edo🙏

Location. Edo the local host was outstanding, warm, helpful.

That was very little hot water especially in the afternoon's and evenings. Very little space for storage and layout of toiletries, etc.

Groundfloor room was a little noisy in the morning and a bit dark. Minor flaws however, we loved it!

This is a centrally located modern apartment with a sunroom - not a balcony as we’d expected. There are water glimpses and easy access from the ferry. The breakfast was magnificent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had expected tea and coffee making facilities but there were none.

A wonderful location. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and LARGE! The ground floor apartment has a patio. It's only 1 minute from the beach and the main promenade along the water.

We had a wonderful stay ! Location was perfect in the heart of the old town, while being very silent at night which was much appreciated. The bedroom was of a modern elegance, respecting the style of this ancient beautiful building. The bed was very comfortable. Toma was super helpful and welcoming, he even arranged a transfer for us from the ferry arrival. Breakfast was outstanding : served in the bedroom, with a great variety of products and delicious coffee. To summarize : we highly recommend Zuviteo Residence !

Great location. New decor/ bathrooms . Comfy bed , nice little outdoor patio in the old town .

Suite at the top had sloped roof & sofa unusable as a result . Felt pokey. Awkward shower( sloped and concrete) and need to watch head by the bed as roof sloped . Hot water ran out during shower. Property Lacked warmth & felt v concrete/wood like no tiles in bathroom . Not easy to hang towels (which weren’t fluffy) or clothes etc so lived out of case . Staff were very good and helpful but the place lacked facilities and was not manned all the time. Breakfast was cold buffet style served in room , nice spread but not what we would choose for breakfast ( salmon/ anchovies/olives/ very hard boiled eggs cold) and coffee not good although they did get us a nice cappuccino when we asked . Unf would not return as on the higher end cost wise and did t feel luxurious or worth the $

We had a lovely time in this beautiful newly renovated historical residence in the heart of the town . Our host was truly amazing and very kind and gave us some really good advice on where to go for food and beaches. On top of that, the breakfast was extraordinary! Rooms were very clean and beautifully designed.

The price was to high

The Location was great. The breakfast great. However there was not good place to have breakfast. The breakfast room was tiny and dark. So we had breakfast in the room. The room was dark and due to its fabulous location noisy at night.

Great location in old town Korcula, walking distance to all restaurants, etc. Clean and comfortable rooms, recently renovated with some of the original stone work left exposed.

Not much of a service but the place is set up more as room rentals rather than a hotel. Breakfast at nearby hotel subpar with limited options.
