Bienvenue au Beachfront Studio & Rothbar Puppy Park et à la magnifique Crescent City, en Californie.
Magnifiquement meublé pour votre confort et le style de l'océan Pacifique à l'esprit, Beachfront Studio comprend une chambre, un studio avec salle de bain avec un lit queen-size confortable, un futon / lit double tout aussi relaxant, un grand canapé et un salon ouvert -concept salon / cuisine / salle à manger / solarium avec TV Direct et accès Internet sans fil.
L'appartement dispose d'une grande cuisine entièrement équipée. La salle de bain a une douche / baignoire et vous avez accès à la buanderie. La propriété est située sur Pebble Beach Drive, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis la propriété ou vous pouvez vous diriger vers la plage - à seulement un demi-pâté de maisons!
Le meilleur de tous est la vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique. Directement en face de vous se trouve une zone herbeuse avec table et bancs pour profiter des couchers de soleil majestueux, des miles et des miles de l'océan bleu profond et des piles de la mer où vous pouvez souvent voir des baleines en migration et des surfeurs aventureux.
Directement derrière notre arrière-cour, nous possédons une autre propriété que nous appelons le Rothbar Puppy Park. Le parc à chiots est d'environ 1/2 acre entièrement clôturé, avec un petit jardin et beaucoup d'herbe et de textures pour vos chiots à explorer et à apprécier. Dans le parc à chiots se trouve un spa pour chiots de 10 x 12 pieds avec de l'eau chaude et de l'électricité pour baigner et sécher vos amis à 4 pattes après une gambade sur la plage.
En plus de ces magnifiques logements, mon studio d'art jouxte l'appartement. J'utilise ce studio pour des cours d'art et pour créer divers arts qui incluent la peinture sur soie, le verre fondu et les mosaïques. Vous pouvez prendre des dispositions pour participer à une variété de cours d'art pour une somme modique.

Even better than the pictures. Rande was the perfect host. My dog loved the large grass play area and miles and miles of uncrowded beaches to run on. I loved the beautiful ocean view from my room and the house was very bright and open.

What an amazing stay at such a beautiful location. The hosts were beyond friendly and helpful our entire stay. The dog park for our Lab was amazing as well as the short walk to the beach. We will surely be back in the future and would recommend this to anyone visiting crescent city!

Randi and Samuel's place is very special, especially if you are traveling with your dog. It's on a bluff with a spectacular view of the coastline, outfitted with a full kitchen and has an adjacent piece of property that is enclosed and very nicely landscaped so your pups can run around and play. Wonderful hosts!

This was a weekend getaway with my husband for my birthday. We wanted close to the water (even though we ended up having almost non-stop rain) and this was literally across the street from the ocean. Property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and more. Rande (the host) was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Crescent City.

My partner and I stayed with Rande and Samuel for two nights in Crescent City, and we're already trying to find a date for a return trip! This location is ideal, situated perfectly between the Jedediah Smith State Park and the Redwoods State & National Parks! The space was beautiful and comfortable, with a smart TV logged into several streaming services, and a cozy bed to boot! Rande and Samuel even offered to let our pup out to pee during the day, if we were interested in pursuing a hike that wasn't dog-friendly! They were very generous with their time, showing us around the place and chatting with us without ever feeling imposing, and their little pup park across the alley is both adorable and excellent for a little late night or morning fetch! We really loved this space, and look forward to returning again someday.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful VRBO for four nights. The suite was very well appointed with a huge LED TV, a excellent kitchen (we found the drip coffee maker!) and a comfy bed. The suite was spotless. We met both Rande and Samuel, both great people. The location is great-across the street and down the stairs to the Pacific-and quiet!! If you’re coming to Crescent City, stay here!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was artfully decorated with very cool mosaic pieces and the owner was very kind and helpful. The location is the best! You can see the ocean from the bedroom window AND you can walk across the street to the amazing lookout over the ocean. Located close to everything- beaches/food/redwoods! Would definitely recommend! Clean and space for dogs - didn’t bring ours for this trip but there was perfect space for dogs.

This was possibly the nicest VRBO rental so far. Nice studio apartment with comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. We cooked a lot and were able to do most of what we wanted with the things they had in their kitchen.
Beds were comfy, couch was comfy. TV was huge and we were able to login with our Hulu and HBO accounts and stream. Internet was solid.
Dog yard was nice, and we felt welcome.

We stayed here for a few days while hiking through Jedediah Smith and floating the Smith River. The place is excellently cared for, perfect for pets, and has an incredible view. To add even more positives, Rande and Samuel are some of the most hospitable folks we've ever met. They had suggestions for things to do, spent time chatting with us, and were authentically kind and welcoming. If you have the chance, stay here! I know that we will be back.

Samuel, the owner, communicated well and was very friendly. He made our stay very enjoyable. Beautiful Ocean view and landscaping. Place was well-equipped. Lots of great hikes around the area and great sunsets. Good seafood restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay for Northern California! Clean, modern, wonderful bed, easy access, no steps, lovely couple. What a delight! Refrigerator had assortment of condiments, laundry room had supplies, brochures and maps to get around, and a walk to the beach outside the front door! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Fantastic Stay in Crescent City
My family of three and two dogs very much enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location with the ocean right out the window. Our hosts Rande and Sam were wonderful and very welcoming, our pups had so much fun playing with their pups. All the amenities you could hope for. Property was clean, well supplied and neat. The puppy park was great. Lots of sights to see and things to do. Highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful oceanfront house perfect for dogs
We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs. The hosts were so kind and the property was absolutely gorgeous right across from the ocean. There's an adorable dog park directly behind the house that they created for all neighborhood dogs to play. Our chihuahuas were pretty barky at other dogs and they were so sweet about it. I highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay, with lots to do in the area.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay with our dog. The redwoods are a short drive from the house. We were in awe each evening while we watched the sunset from the house. The puppy park was a really great bonus! We felt so comfortable here.

Beautiful location and grounds. VERY dog friendly. Absolutely cool/fun beach/coast access out the front door. Comfortable accommodations. I loved the tile/stonework in the shower! Private dog-park is super nice. Didn't stay long enough to even soak it all up. Perfect for couples/small families (1-2 smaller children). Thanks for the great stay at your home!

Crescent CIty - Redwoods
We had a wonderful time at this property. We never met Rande personally, but we did meet her husband and he was very kind and helpful.
The lodging was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the tv was wonderful. The location of this place was beautiful. I wasn't really aware that the ocean was across the street when I made the reservations. I am not sure how I missed that. It was a pleasant surprise.
We had a wonderful time visiting the Jeremiah Smith Park on Howland Road. The Redwoods are not to be missed.
I would recommend this vrbo to anyone visiting the Crescent City area.

BEACH Getaway

This week in Crescent City was everything I could have wanted. The property is in a great location and was exactly as described. The hosts were helpful and friendly, while the area was quiet and relaxing. Kitchen is well-stocked and there was more space than I would have anticipated, especially for someone travelling alone.

Happy Kids, Happy Dog, Happy Parents
We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing - beautiful views, quick access to a great beach, and a dog park (which the kids also loved for playing baseball). Even with just one bedroom, there was plenty of room for the family and the dog. Kids also enjoyed joining Rande's art class and playing with the new puppies. We hope to get back some day and would love to stay again.
