This property is beautiful and just what my mom and I needed after a challenging period of time. The location, view, amenities, and overall vibe of the property is absolutely spectacular. As we approached the property and saw the drive and view, we were amazed. Opening the door to the cottage was one of the best parts of the trip as it is total perfection! So cozy and comfortable with a beautiful front porch for sunset viewing and a screened porch for enjoying morning coffee. I can't recommend it enough! 10 stars!

Always enjoy staying at this cottage which is so accommodating for Seniors with easy access to enter, comfortable recliner(s), comfortable K. bed(s), and easily accessible shower with handicap chair. Nice screen back porch and rocking chair(s) front porch with a beautiful view!

This cottage was everything advertised and more. It was super clean and so comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect- beautiful views, quiet area and close to restaurants and shops. The screened porch was our favorite spot. It was private and felt like you were one with nature with all the greenery around. We would definitely stay there the next time. We highly recommend it!

This was the absolute best place to stay!! We watched the gorgeous sunset from the front porch. It was a short easy walk into town. The house was super clean and cozy! We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back porch.

Moonflower Cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. My friend and I booked this cottage a few weeks before our trip. Mr Ben, the owner messaged me via VRBO to inquire about our trip and if we had visited the area before. We both were familiar with Mentone and looked forward to returning. The location of this little cottage has some of the best views on the brow. This time of year the weather was breezy and cool in the morning and evenings but warmed up nicely during the day. We walked around the neighborhood, sat in the rocking chairs and enjoyed the view, ate dinner on the screened in back porch and watched the squirrels play and listened to the birds sing. It was peaceful and perfect. The cottage was clean to perfection. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you need is provided, right down to snacks and coffee. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. And if you’re luckily you may get to meet the owner on the way out. Mr Ben is a kind man who takes pride in his property and wants his guests to have a wonderful stay.

Always feels like home. Can’t wait for fall trip. Coffee on front porch listening to birds and watching squirrel do his amazing jumps before sunrise priceless.

This is our second visit to Moonflower Cottage. Although it’s been 3 1/2 years…everything looked in the exact great condition that it was when we were first there. We took the owner’s advice and went to Elevation Bistro and drove up to Rising Fawn, Georgia to The Canyon Grill. Both were wonderful dining experiences. Again we had beautiful sunsets sitting on the front porch and nice evenings sitting on the back screen porch! ( it was still a little cool for morning coffee out there ). We hiked in DeSoto State Park and also Cloudland Canyon!! This is a great location for hiking. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return again soon!

Perfect place to stay in Brow Park. This is such a quaint little town with beautiful accommodations and a gorgeous view. The Wildflower Cafe was excellent.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and so very clean. We loved the screened in porch on the back. The personal touches were wonderful as well.

This cottage was just perfect for the two of us to hang out with each other and catch up on life! The front porch was wonderful for sunset watching and the screen porch in back was great for hanging out when the sun was blazing. The den was cozy and the fireplace added to the ambiance in the evening. Kitchen is pretty well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed. Decor was delightful. The parks nearby are top notch hiking locations, especially Cloudland Canyon. I hope was can return next year!

This makes the 9th visit to Moonflower Cottage so it is obvious that we think it is truly the best! The cottage itself it always warm & inviting & the owners always go out of their way to make sure everything is just perfect. We love the location, the comfortable furniture, the homey little extras that make this our happy place. Being close to the center of town allows us to walk so many places and this time we even visited the local library. Another first was a trip a short distance into Georgia to the Menlo Restaurant for a delicious lunch. We love Mentone & are already checking our calendars so we can come back!

As usual, we had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for us. Everything is clean, quiet and peaceful. We love the fireplace, the close proximity to town, the goodies left for us, and the view. A home away from home. We’ve already booked our next trip!

The location was amazing, there is nothing I would change about the house and the view is to die for. This was my first time to Mentone and this house, but it will definitely not be my last.

Breathtaking views, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, layout perfect and plenty of room for two couples, cozy, clean, best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Owners were wonderful and quick to respond. We were there during the week when most restaurants were closed but there are restaurants nearby within 10-15 min drive. Kitchen is fully stocked for those of us who enjoy cooking. Visit the art gallery, will definitely be back!

Quiet neighborhood, great sunset views, 2 masters great for 2 couples, friendly attentive owner/host. Our 2nd time there with friends. This is our go to in Mentone and will be back again.

Moonflower cottage is wonderfully cozy with a beautiful mountain view. Upon entering the cottage, you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare a meal. The bedrooms are plenty big with comfortable beds. The screened in porch is lovely and a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. This was our 2nd visit to Moonflower Cottage and we will definitely be back for a 3rd visit!

The BEST hours we have ever rented on VRBO. Exceeded our expectations! Loved the house, loved Mentone, will definitely return & rent this house.

The space was very charming and comfortable and the view was spectacular. The Episcopal church down the road is really lovely and the De Soto Falls hike was nice. We missed our dogs, though, and will unfortunately be looking for a new place that allows pets if we come back, but it was a great location and a VERY lovely getaway!
