Ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bain est fraîchement décoré avec une nouvelle cuisine luxueusement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. La salle de bains principale et la salle de bains pour invités ont également été modernisées avec de nouvelles vanités en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Le salon, ainsi que les trois chambres, disposent d'une télévision à écran plat avec câble gratuit. Il y a beaucoup de place dans le grand salon / salle à manger, avec des canapés confortables et une grande table de salle à manger.
La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit King size confortable et mène au balcon privé. La deuxième chambre a deux lits Queen size, et la troisième chambre a son propre lit Queen. Beaucoup d'espace pour les invités, et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre.

Could have used more T-paper, bath towels and paper towels. Needed overall deep cleaning, showers, sinks and floors.
We would stay again for sure.

Overall this condo is wonderful. Beautiful views from the balcony, plenty of room for 4+ people to sit and enjoy. Amenities were great. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc... Even had wine and beer glasses! Washer and dryer in unit is awesome to keep up with washing bath & beach towels, and also allows for bringing less clothing (smaller luggage). Communication with owners and accessing the unit was super easy and all electronic allowing for no keys. Two parking spots included in rental was great as we had guests visit one day.
The only "knock" against the property (which I read in reviews before I went) was that the floors will leave your bare feet black after a bit of walking on them. Now that's not to say the unit was dirty, as it looked and smelled clean upon entering. I just think that the cleaning crew runs a quick mop on the floors between guests (probably not changing the water repeatedly). This gets the big stuff up and erases any dirty areas, however, there is almost a very fine layer of sand on the floor, some of which is black. I even had a brand new pair of slippers for the trip with white bottoms, that were very sandy and black after a couple of days (as I would wear them inside the unit after showering). Again, this is not the biggest deal in the world, and I did not feel as if the floors were dirty. But maybe a very details cleaning of the floors once per month during the busy seasons would go a long way to eliminate the issue.

Excellent beach location. The unit was not as clean as other VRBO places I had stayed in and was missing some basic necessities. We had to go purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and a couple of kitchen towels.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and I loved the screened windows and walkout to the balcony from the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the fact that there were 2 bathrooms that adjoined to two of the 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and thankfully it wasn’t very hot during our stay but ceiling fans would be a great addition.

This place worked perfectly for our family's Spring Break. Perfect location! Could walk to everything! My only complaint was the slow elevator but that's not the fault of the owner. Will come back!

Location is excellent. The property is a short walk to John’s Pass. Beautiful views of the gulf. Everything else was very disappointing. We arrived to a filthy condo. Our feet were black immediately upon removing our shoes. The tub wasn’t usable because it kept kicking up filth into the water. The trim and walls are dirty and stained. The couch and chairs are stained and appeared dirty. We went to Walmart to buy sheets to cover all the furniture the first night. We also bought cleaning supplies and re cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. The patio floor is filthy and needs power washing. It had some nasty gum or candy stuck to the floor. Patio furniture 4 old chairs pieced together and a crappy side table. No breakfasts on the porch for us. Here’s the best part- the first morning after staying the night my husband woke up saying he thought he smelled urine all night. We pulled back the linens on his bed to find urine stains on the sheets that reaked of pee. I guess the linen wasn’t washed upon our arrival. The property manager was responsive via text. They sent the cleaning crew back but no amount of cleaning would’ve redeemed this place. We also re washed all the bedding which took away a day. They told us they would refund the cleaning fee and have still not done so. Bummer all around. Don’t do it. The owner clearly couldn’t give a crap about keeping a nice place considering what they charge. On the plus side there’s a washer and dryer in the unit that function fine.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and advertised. Lots of room, and everything you need including shower and beach towels! A huge bonus if you are flying in to town. Loved the proximity to John’s Pass for dinner and shopping. Would recommend, hope to stay again next year.

The unit is as described directly on the beach, across from John’s Pass and amazing views! The iTrip team was very quick to respond to all our inquires and requests for assistance via email and text. There was plenty of bathroom towels for the unit and the kitchenware provided was sufficient for our needs. A few items to consider with regards to improving the unit are providing enough beach towels for the number of beds advertised. Both the dishwasher and washing machine need deep cleaned. The bathroom garbage cans are too small and rusted as is the toilet paper holders. The refrigerator ice maker is broken, and coffee filters are not provided. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider renting again.

Great 3 bedroom condo for our family trip. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to accommodate the entire family. We stayed here to recoup and rest after 4 days at Disney.
Great views and location a Roos from John’s Pass. We were able to walk just across the street for anything we needed. It’s nice having the Path under the bridge to avoid the busy traffic at the pass.
You can’t beat the views and comfort this condo provides. Everything you need for a great family vacation.

My girlfriends and I recently had the most incredible beach weekend getaway, and it wouldn't have been the same without this fantastic 3-bedroom condo. First off, the location was a dream. The condo is right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. Everything is within walking distance!
The three spacious bedrooms provided ample room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The open-concept living and dining area was stylishly decorated and felt like a home away from home. We spent many hours on the beach, including watching the beautiful sunsets.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Although, we didn't cook. It was there if we wanted it. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

Awesome beachfront condo. Amazing view, great amenities, and spacious place to relax. Everything you need to cook a meal is at rhe condo, nice furniture in living room. Balcony had plenty of space for 4 adults to sit and relax while watching the sunset over the ocean! A few small updates needed, but nothing major that would ruin your stay!

The rental itself was nicely setup. Plenty and I mean plenty of space. For the most part the rental has been updated and is stocked with what is needed in the kitchen. Location is perfect across the street from Johns Pass. The beach and the pool were great and the sunsets were definitely memorable. Also parking with 2 designated spots was perfect with people visiting.

I read the prior reviews about hard mattresses, a strangely stocked kitchen and a dirty and stained couch as well as the management responses that they were resolved. They were not. We covered the couch with a blanket so we could use it but that couldn't help with 2 of the 4 beds. The master bed was so hard it literally didn't give when you sat on it. We slept on the couch; the one we had to cover with a blanket. The other concrete bed at least had some give. The kitchen has three soup pots but only one sauce pan and one large enough for pasta. There were no baking sheets so I make chicken nuggets in a cupcake tin. When will owners realize that every unit has the same view? What is in the unit matters and a bed is a huge issue. The kitchen meeting your needs is an issue. Those are the reasons for the 2 stars. Otherwise the view and location were excellent and as described. But sleep is important as is space. We had an entire room we didn't use as a result of the rock solid bed. I cannot recommend this unit because I lack confidence that anyone will resolve these issues and there are plenty of other units to choose from.

Only cons were not associated with condo itself. We were on the third floor (great view of beach), but the elevator is a bit slow. Also, the gate to beach banged when guest enter and exit, because they don't manual close. If you're in building with balcony overlooking pool, you get frustrated a bit with the noise. Perhaps adding a tension closure or some type of cushioned material would help.

We loved our stay , so convenient to shops and restaurants. Other people left reviews about it being dirty we did not find that to be the case at all. The floor is Sandy so bring a shoe like a slipper to wear but you’re at the beach so it’s to be expected. Thank you for opening in the home to us. We had a great time.

The place was really ideal location and views of ocean and sunsets were fantastic.
The place could use a really heavy duty cleaning especially in the corners of the rooms which had accumulated grime. Sofas were also sandy When walking barefoot your feet got dirty. The doors could use some WD40 as they were very squeaky opening and closing. Very limited utensils for cooking. Beds could use an upgrade as not very comfortable.

We spent five days/ four nights at this property. The house was well appointed for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Great location for skiing. Quiet at night. All the amenities needed to have a great vacation.

Upon entering we were disappointed in the overall condition and cleanliness of the unit. The couch was gross with visible stains and wear- we put towels down to sit on it. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable along with the pillows. There was someone’s underwear left in the closet. The kitchen was also lacking basic essentials like a pizza cutter or knives short enough to cut anything. The location was great, right across John’s Pass and the beach was great. Pool was okay but no hot tub.
