This was our 2nd stay at this property and it’s always very clean and comfortable. This is a yearly trip for us with our pups and it’s perfect for them as well. If there was a tv in the bedrooms, that would be even better. The location is pretty good, being walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We like that Traverse City is only 20 minutes and most of the wineries are real close. Glen Arbor is about 30 minutes. We would definitely stay there again next year. August in Michigan is the best #puremichigan

This is a great house, close to a public beach and an easy walk to town. The owner is excellent with communication and helping out with special requests. Second time we have stayed here.

This was a lovely home away from home. Convenient to beaches, parks, restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The grounds provided enough space for the dogs and the interior was roomy yet cozy. Overall great property!

This house was as good as advertised. It was super clean and spacious enough for us. Walkable to the small public beach or even downtown. The only thing that could’ve made it better was being located on the waterfront. It was great for us the learn more about Sutton’s Bay and possible future visits.

Located close to trailhead and town, this cottage was a good location for cycling, exploring local wineries and enjoying the beach and town of Sutton’s Bay.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing cottage! We loved everything about our vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need which is important to us since we like to cook at home and enjoy the backyard. We loved the short walks to the nearby beach and often ended our days there after exploring other activities. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and although it’s on a road there weren’t many cars around. We were very sad to leave. Thanks for a great stay and lots of fun memories!

Lori’s Sutton’s Bay home was amazing. Beautiful, fully-equipped, cozy and stunning. One of the most thoughtfully-appointed rentals in our long experience. Lacking for nothing. We hope to be back!

This is a wonderful property that is clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable with each bedroom having its own bath. Location is great with a small beach within walking distance and Sutton’s Bay close by. Make sure you visit Hop Lot Brewery which is also within walking distance. Will stay again on our return visit.

Lori’s place could not have been more perfect for our family. Her space was lovely, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Perfect for folks who want to bike, visit vineyards, and visit Suttons Bay and the many fantastic towns nearby. We’re already talking about next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Lori.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Sutton’s Bay area. The beauty of Lake Michigan is indescribable. There were many dining options, as well as breweries and cideries/wineries, each with friendly and attentive service providers. The cottage was perfect with the exception of needing a few additional mirrors, possibly a full length mirror, for guests in town for weddings.

We absolutely loved our time at this property. The location is just a short walk from the beach, as well as town and the home was very cleanly and met all of our needs. We definitely recommend!

Perfect for a busy family celebration up in northport

Great property and location! House was clean and spacious! Easy walk to beach, shops & restaurants.

My wife and I stayed in this property while our daughter and her family stayed in Lori's other property near by. We walked in the door to very clean and pleasant house. It is the perfect size for four people to share with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is equipped nicely and Lori had games to play for our grandkids. The upstairs loft is a nice get away and our grandkids enjoyed the foosball table. We had no problems while we were there. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved the cottage! Plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids, and our kids loved the attic hangout & the foosball table. Close to Hop Lot & downtown Sutton’s Bay, and a nice area for walking. The cottage was really clean & very well appointed (we even found marshmallow roasting sticks in one of the drawers). We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent 1st time experience using VRBO. House was spotless, and had everything we possibly could need. Just need to bring your clothes. Neighborhood was quiet but there was traffic noise from the backyard. It didn't bother us but might bother other people. Could not hear it at all from inside the house, just from the back yard.. Small beach just down the street and larger beach an easy 20 minute walk into downtown. Will stay here again.

My mother, daughter and I loved our stay. Quiet area close to the park and beach which was relaxing for the adults but perfect for my daughter to run between the beach and the play set. House has all the amenities needed for the stay.

The house was very clean and served myself and young family well. The beach is just a short walk away as was the town of Sutton’s bay. We felt like we were centrally located. As we spent time in traverse city and glen arbor. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice property and the location in Suttons is very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a grocer minutes away and the best breakfast/lunch food in Leelenau, The 45th Parallel Cafe, is a five minute walk away too. For bikers the Leelenau Trail trailhead to Traverse City is a block over. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely stay again! Thanks to the owner Lori for the last minute dog addition

This gem of a house was perfect for our long weekend, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our host was great when I had a couple of questions too, she was quick to respond and helpful.
