Excellent, but pricey
Room was very basic. Could have used bar soap in bathroom and nicer carpet.

A lovely hotel near the Lollapalooza trail that brings you to the Jordan 8 lift. The staff was incredible! We loved that the staff handled our skis to/from the storage. It is a temporary service due to renovations, but it was one of the best experiences. We had a room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were also a hit. We'll definitely return.
- Our room was on the first floor, and we heard some monotonous noise of some equipment from below. It didn't bother us much since we were exhausted after skiing every day. But next time, I will get a higher floor.
- Please mandate EV drivers to vacate the charging spot once they have finished charging. It was impossible to charge our EV because one Model 3 occupied the spot for 2 days. I asked the staff to contact them, but the Model 3 owners ignored the request.
- Please consider installing many more chargers in the future (this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel).

December isn’t good time for repair property.

The hotel is located in a beautiful position, with great views of the mountains .
The coffee sold at the cafeteria is very expensive and tastes water down.

Didn’t know about meal plan or the option to add a meal plan on.

Loved the early checkin and ability to ski right out of the resort. Friendly, helpful staff and great food/beer selection in the Sliders restaurant (not to mention the views!)

Breakfast is only included if you book directly with them. Otherwise it was $28 per person for a buffet breakfast.
The restaurant was closed during our entire stay. This was not told to us in advance. Since this is over 7 miles from the nearest other eating establishment, it was a deal breaker. Also the discount for having season ski passes was not honored. The rooms are extremely small. To use the table you must fold the bed up into the wall.

location
The billing messed up as I was double charged for my stay.

location by the slopes
no dinner, no bar, interactions were unengaged despite low occupancy

The pool opening at 10am My kids were up at 6am and had to wait until 10 before we could go to the pool

Good location. Close to the golf course.
Would have like the restaurant open for dinner, yet appreciate the challenges faced. Parking tight.

We paid extra for a very inadequate breakfast. Hours were very limited.
Room was very small. We paid for a suite but got only a small room with refrigerator and stove in the same small area.

Breakfast was excellent but a little expensive, Location was excellent. Nice scenery. Heated pool and Jacuzzi were great!
Hallways could have been lighter and more modern.

-Accomodations were old.
-View was of a dumpster.
-Only one place too eat dinner which wasn't very good and expensive.
-Very under staffed. Would not clean another room to accommodate us and place was deserted.
-Building definitely aging
-Very isolated for a resort.
-Desk manager took a stance that "we can't do anything for you".

Very comfortable and clean
Beds have something attached with the frame which I never saw anywhere. My toddler got injured twice. Other than this everything was great.

Location and breakfast staff. Pool size, hottub.
Lack of food/drink available, not a resort when you have to go into town to get something to drink or eat.
Feels like maintenance/upkeep of property has fallen off.

The location was beautiful. It sits at the very top of the mountain, so the views are amazing, and there is lots of wildlife to gander at. But (and this hotel is full of buts), skiers can’t easily access the mountain from here. (We visited in summer, so can’t attest personally… but can easily extrapolate).
The amenities shown/advertised/hard-sold via email and text and on booking.com are all virtually nonexistent. Restaurant? Closed for private function. Cafe? Open limited hours. Those vouchers they handed you at check in, with no explanation? Just for show (don’t try and use them for breakfast or anything). They have invested heavily in email services and/or a social media marketing department, when they’d be better served spending cash repairing the tattered carpeting or driving the popped nails on the decking.
Advice: stop on the way in-in town- for food…. It is a long way back down the mountain when you realize there’s nothing in house, after your travels.

The mattress was uncomfortable so we did not sleep well.

Alex - front desk. Issues discussed with manager at the time.
Also they have a terrific deck overlooking the slopes. Sun sets around 6:30 -7 pm. They stop serving drinks/food at 4 pm. Too bad!
