Super comfy cozy and clean! Summer stay, but would be perfect if you ski Sunday River in the winter! Close to nice restaurants and close to in town Bethel! There’s no “facilities” per say it’s more just a stay and find stuff to do outside the property!

I didn’t like their temperature controls, every time I tried to turn the heat down it wouldn’t actually set. So it was 75° the whole time and I had to pull a mini fan out of the closet. Maybe it was my misunderstanding how to use it but the temp seemed locked in at 75. I used both controls and remote.

I'm not see the owners, he send me on the message all what I need: number of house and enter code. All was prepare inside. Thank you owner

The air condition was little noise

We stayed in an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath and 1 bed room. It was very comfortable with all the kitchenware, and utensils to cook, and eat meals. The WiFi was fast, and worked well. Entry was by a coded lock, the comnination of which was sent by email which was very convenient. The location was very convenient with proximity to highways, and restaurants. Parking was free and abundant.

In warm weather, it was rather buggy due to a pond in back of the premises.

The unit was clean, had full kitchen and everything we needed for our family ski trip. it’s located 5 min from Sunday River slopes and had several restaurants in the vicinity. It had everything we needed.

I wish they had a hairdryer

Location was perfect for our meeting at Sugar Loaf. Very quiet, in a quiet location!! Space a layout nice.

No AC…

Clean, more modernized than expected. Fairly roomy. Great for us and the kids.

Pull out couch wasn't all that comfy, no AC.
