The property and host were great. The location was perfect for a weekend getaway. It's a short walk to downtown Brickell, a short drive to Coconut Grove (less than 10 minutes) and a couple minutes to I 95 so South Beach and other attractions are easily accessible.

5-star, professional, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, well thought-out. We cannot say enough good things about this property, which is furnished like a 5-star hotel complete with blackout curtains and high quality furnishings. Every piece of furniture seemed curated and specially selected and every single piece is high quality. Ex. the patio chairs are Kartell's Victoria Ghost Chairs, the master BR nightstands are designer works of art, even the stools in the kitchen island are designer whose quality can be felt in their sturdy weight.
The property is very clean, the entire time we were there (3+ weeks) we did not see a single ant or pests of any kind. The caretaker is on-property daily and meticulously cleans all the common areas. We understand that the caretaker couple are longtime employees of the owners, which goes to show that all the parties involved are trustworthy professionals.
We like our stay so much that we are planning to stay again for our next visit. Angeles is a very responsive owner who catered to all our needs including garage door openers for our 2nd car etc. etc. Gabriel and Imara the onsite caretakers are gracious and reliable. I highly recommend this property.

We were impressed with the property. The location was within 20 to 25 minutes of all the locations we visited over our four night stay. The neighborhood was outstanding. We took morning walks each day and was able to find reasonably priced high quality restaurants close-by.

What can I say about this property? MAGNIFICENT. I loved everything about it. If it was up to me, I would have stayed longer. The hospitality was great. I love friendly people so much. Price unbeatable. Rooms were gorgeous. Just a splendid time. We had some issues with the tv speaker but outside of that, it was amazing and I would be honored to come back.

This modern and very nice property was located in a safe and cool community with close access to the highway for traveling to shops, restaurants and beaches. It had all of the amenities we needed for a family of five. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent, extremely sleek townhome
First and foremost a huge thank you to Angeles and her team -- she is extremely responsive and a huge pleasure to communicate with.
As far as the property itself, what a way to be in the heart of downtown Miami with minutes access (assuming you have a car or Uber) from the attractions, restaurants and night life of Brickell and Wynwood. All while having the super-sleek amenities of a modern, very well taken care of 3-story townhome. My party of 3 are all working professionals, and had ample space and privacy to work-from-home as needed, rest comfortably, and prepare home-cooked meals and watch a movie or 2 on the odd lazy/rainy day in.
All-in-all, highly recommended and it would be a pleasure to rent from Angeles and her team again on a future return to Miami.

The place was great and as advertised...
No issues at all with the house. We’ve stayed their twice now and have greatly enjoyed it. The place is clean, modern, and convenient to Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and downtown Miami.
