Very nice location. Comfortable, clean and extremely nice service. Awesome breakfast.

Having to drag suitcases up and down many steps. There is no elevator and no personnel to help with luggage.

The apartments have a beautiful view and Ornella, the host, is lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast.

Standing shower was toooo tight. 2x2 sq. Ft..not an easy task for big person.I think that's the way they make here in this region..just as much you can pour water..

We had an appartment with lake view and two bedrooms. It was spacious and the view is amazing - exactly as in the pictures. Our car broke when we arrived and Ornella helped us and met the person who took the car. She gave us guidance on all the questions we had. She was amazing and very helpful. The property has a few apartments and the common facilities are nice. The bus stop to Como is right above. And it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the Bellagio center which was helpful for us as we didn’t have the car for our stay. We went to all the places by foot and with ferries. The kitchen in the apartment is big and spacious with all the utensils we needed.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the water temperature was changing while we took shower

The address didn’t show up on our GPS and also google maps doesn’t show the precise entrance/ driveway so we had a bit of difficulty finding the place but Arianna was kind to come get us from where we were stranded when we called her this property is actually located in San Giovanni very close to Bellagio

The view is amazing. The staff are very nice and helpful. The best thing is the rooms. They were beautiful with updated kitchens and lots of room. The photos don't do this place justice.

It's a bit far from the main part of Bellagio but you can make it work by taking the little train, which is $5 and fun.

We had a car and I feel this is nessary for this property as it is a little out of main Bellagio.

We loved our stay at La Piccola Bellagio. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The views from our personal balcony were breathtaking. The breakfast was very good and we would love to come back.

It was quite hot when we visited and there is no A/C or fans. I highly recommend have a car for this trip. The area is accessible by ferry (recommended) or bus, but you will walk a lot on narrow roads if you don’t have a car.

it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio and yet totally convenient to access. set on a lovely undulating terrain, the lake and mountains and churches are all within my window frame. colors of sunset was captivating too!

Quiet neiberhood, good connection by ferry

It's away from tourist overrun Bellagio and is so nice and quiet. The views from the balcony and rooms were stunning. Our host was super nice and helpful, she took us to a local dairy and supermarket when she found out we did not have a car. I would definitely stay here again.

The instructions to get from Bellagio to the apartment assumed we were in a car and made no sense as we are backpackers. The place can easily be reached by ferry to San Giovanni or by the tourist train, hiking there from Bellagio is not recommended. It is a bit misleading to say this property is in Bellagio, it is quite a way from Bellagio, once you get there it is heaven. If you are not travelling by car, tell the host and do your homework regarding how to get there.

The accommodation impressed with its spaciousness, nice interior details and view from the balcony! The accommodation manager is a unique person! Thank you very much for your kind reception and suggestions. If it is decided to return again - I will definitely choose this place!
