That it was clean, the neighbors where nice and that they had the consideration to turn on the mini splits so we arrived to a cool house.

The automatic gate Door Was not working with the remote provided.

The place was clean, quiet and we felt very safe. The place didn't have a coffee maker. So I brought one from the states and left it there.

The remote did NOT work to open the gate. So we had to manually unlock it and lock it with the key. . The pool was okay, however the chairs were broken and unusable. Otherwise we would have been in the pool way more!! The bathrooms didn't have toilet paper. And when some was brought , they really should have left one extra roll of, TP. We were never able to connect to wifi.

English tv, ac in the living room, nice pots and pans and dishware, soft towels, comfortable bed, soft towels

no actual glass pot for the coffee pot but I made it work.

I liked that it was really clean and the ac worked fine, community was great as well no problems at all.

I didn’t like that this property didn’t have wifi when it said it did also the tv didn’t not work the control remote was the problem didn’t work at all the buttons and also that the gate was manual we had to keep opening it and closing it each time we needed to head out

House was very clean. Good location

One bed was broken leaving one couple to sleep on the floor with the mattress.

I received a password to the lock box after I contacted the Host by email.

I would have liked the pool available to adults after 11pm.

Didn’t like feeling locked out in the middle of the night

Wonderful place to stay. In a gated community, clean, and so cute! AC worked great. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great! I met some of the neighbors that live there full time, & they were very friendly.

The shower in the "master" bedroom didn't drain at first, but my husband hit the drain with his foot & it drained after that. Also, we couldn't figure out how to turn the lights off in there.

Everything is fine. Gate, location ,value.

The air conditioner worked very well. The location for the beaches was great. The price for the place was amazing!

I didn't like that there where no TV's in the bedrooms. The pull out couch bed contained a huge stain.

We all really enjoyed the stay. It was vey cozy and comfortable. The location is amazing, it so close to everything no more that 5 min to the beach and the malecon with lots of great views, shops and restaurants.
