some diffuculty gwtting checked thru security. It took a phone call to the hhost and about 15 minutes to gain access

The complex was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great.
The villa itself was in need of maintenance. Peeling paint at baseboard level, exposed phone wires hanging out of the wall, unsightly grout around sinks. Ceiling above hot tub (which had no water in it) on patio looked about ready to fall in. it also would have been a nice addition to have instructions for the tv.

Location, quick access to beach, food, shopping; property amenities, security, vehicle carport directly in front of villa. And inside the villa, they’ve thought of everything you could want to cook a huge meal!

the view was nice, the beds were comfy and the pool was good.
the private hot tub was’unavailable’ but I was not notified ahead. this was one of the only reasons I rented there. also, no beach chairs, no pool towels, and the security was more watching our every move to make sure we weren’t breaking one of the many rules, than seeming interested in protecting us. and a separate pool for owners we could not go in or propane bbq we could not use! also the pool steps were slippery, I fell and so did a person right behind me. I thought the security was going in to write a report but he never came back.

Lovely property, beautiful views & great location! Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was wonderful. Highly recommend!
Empty hot tub was in the way on porch & need instructions to turn on TV.

Excellent Location ! View of the beach Resorts is awesome ! Villa is Gorgeous !
Dont like the Politics involved in the Owner / Visitor situation ! If I made the sacrifice to rent a Villa instead of a Regular Pinacate Condo ! I should get the perks of being on the other side not feel like security is always on my ass making sure i dont touch the owners side toys ! That is a very childish way of treating a visitor from another country leaving his own home ! Other than being treated like a criminal my stay was great and your villa always amazes me ! One issue master bath draining slow but thats easy fix ! I Thank You Sir for this wonderful opportunity you provided for my wife and I and we dont sweat the small things ! Your offering a good experience and you should take pride in that and i applaud a job well done good day !

The villa was totally furnished with amenities. We didn't need to bring anything. The owner was very gracious.
The master shower had a very slow drain.

The security. They were strict, therefore I felt very safe. I also liked the private beach.
The WiFi. It was working, however, we discovered that in our villa, the password did not belong to the network that it was showing. But the owner was very attentive and responded to our concern right away.

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything needed. Pool was great and close to a few restaurants and general store if you happened to forget something. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Taxi drivers were also great. Would definitely stay here again.
We ran out of toilet paper. Sliding glass door in living room didn't lock properly.

one roll toilet paper, one roll paper towels, needed to borrow from neighbors. Not any cleaning supplies (sponge, trash bags, dish soap, etc.) One little bar of soap for wash soap & showers
