Electricity was out and the battery was only providing electricity to the hotel, not the residence. We stayed out without water before check out.

Fantastic breakfast, spacious room, and balcony, The location of the hotel is very good, with a beach and supermarket nearby. The staff is attentive and professional. The reception is working very well, following the customer's needs. If you need anything, just look for Azagen and all your wishes would become true.

Wi-Fi for just a bit could have been stronger...other than this, no issues.

The room was very spacious, had 2 balconies and there are only 2 rooms per floor. We asked for upper floor rooms and they listened.

The accomodation is nothing like in the description, it is false advertising. It is not on the beach like on the map, it is also not 50m from the beach like in the description, you have to walk at least 400m to get to the beach. It has 1 mini pool and most of the things in the description - reception, breakfast, large pools,...are one their other location like 50m away. A lot of things in the room were not working, the balcony was full of bird feces, staff at reception was unfriendly. We were there 3 nights and had to change 3 rooms because of not working. We asked to leave after 1st night but they would charge fees because we booked 3. Would not recommend.

Staffs in restaurant are very nice. Food is good as well. Ambience was a bit average compared to the two previous times I stayed. I guess it could have been much better.

Location

My upgrade, I booked this hotel to not have a bath, I had to step into the bath to have a shower. The bath had no slip safety in there , we had no help upon arrival, we had to go up 2 flight of stairs to get to our room. Our room was very dark, light not very suitable. Am sure my original booking was for a room with a balcony. Because I booked a room with a double bed , we found out that the room double bed was on another 2 flights of stairs . We got given a duplex. We ended using the bed below by putting the bed together. Not what I expected.
