Good location at a quiet neighborhood, close to metro station and city center. Many supermarkets and coffeeshops nearby. Came by car and was worried about the parking, had many available slots for night parking on the street. Easy entrance with lockpads, beautiful apartment. No aircondition but had fans for every room.

No microwave so can't heat leftovers quickly. Other than that was very good!

We chose this apartment hotel because of competitive price for three of us compared to three hotel rooms. It worked out to be a great piece of luck - a really lovely apartment and a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood with good shops and places to eat. Extra handy too - 200m from metro line (M2) running between airport and downtown. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and very quiet. The easy availability of lockers for luggage at the nearly sister hotel was also very handy for early arrival and late departure.

A nice small apartment. It was comfortable to live with a child, since a travel crib was provided, and a kitchenette was handy.

A microwave would be helpful.

My Danish wife and I live abroad, and stay most of the time with her family outside Copenhagen when back in Denmark. To "escape" for a couple of days we regularly book an apartment in Copenhagen. From now on, we will always book with Nord Hotel Apartments. The apartment is fully equipped, great design, good price and amazing location. There is a tablet on the table which you can use for communication with staff, tourist information, special requests... The apartment even has its own NetFlix account you can use. In 3 metro stops you are in central Copenhagen, in 10 minutes walk at the beach.

The studio does get a bit warm without A/C and unfortunately, as it is on the ground floor directly next to the street, you can't leave the windows open constantly to cool (these do not tilt and can only be opened fully so you have to be there and awake to open them)

Clean, close to metro and a grocery store. Had everything I needed to be able to cook at home. Well appointed. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Staff very helpful.

The air cooler was not strong enough and it was difficult to sleep at night as it was warm. I was on the ground floor so did not feel secure to open my windows at night. Quite expensive given location. Safe location, just not a lot there, but easy access to town via metro.

my apartment was in the front part of the building, and the curtains were solid color only so I barely could open the curtains because people that walked by could see us from the street, also it was in the first floor so the entrance door to the apartment faced to the patio where other guests walk in and it was a big glass door so not so much privacy unless you want to keep the curtains closed all the time. Also be aware that there is not AC in the room. only a small electric fan.

Quiet location. Easy access to Metro and city. Apartment comfortable and airy. Staff were very helpful. Lockers for cases before/after booking .

The apartment was well equipped. But we would have liked written instructions for using the excellent appliances, especially as we were using someone else’s equipment.

Being English we are used to bigger and usually two pillows., so the one small one had to be used carefully. The plastic plants which did put some colour into the room seem to attack you as you went by them!

It's a nice, clean, well equipped apartment located at a residential area, clear instructions after you book with them, they also offer luggage storage service as the apartment is run by a hotel. There are parking lots near around but it depends on availability. I was quite satisfy during our stay especially for group traveling.

The apartment was well appointed for a family and in a good location. It had everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer! Meant going home with clean clothes. The apartment was really close to a good playground which was brilliant for the kids. Would recommend.

it’s not too big and not too small. It’s in a very convenient location, there is lidl a few minutes down the road and the metro is extremely close. It doesn’t take long to get into the city centre and it’s very peaceful!

only complaint - not enough pillows on the bed! 1 each isn’t enough.

The location is particularly good: 400m from a metro station. The accommodation is small, but for a stay of 6 days it is not bad.

There is little storage space for clothes.

The room was very clean. We loved the bathroom floor heating and the personal access to the room.

There was no electric plug on the bed desk (it was only at one side). Unfortunately they couldn’t provide double blanket as well.

Comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen (incl dishwasher) in a very quiet area. Towels, tea and coffee, shampoo and shower gel made available. Easy access, check in and check out. Metro station Lergravsparken just around the corner.

The lack of privacy, due to windows on 2 sides. Anyone passing buy looks straight into the apartment (see photos) Privacy screens or mat window stickering seems such an easy solution.
