The house was modern, clean and had everything you needed to make it an enjoyable staycation. Short 2 min drive to Dunsborough shops and handy location for exploring the south west. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is very comfortable and well laid out. Kitchen is a particular highlight - it’s so nice to have sharp knives and such good kitchen supplies cooking was a joy. Great proximity to town too. Only small suggestion would be to be a little more generous with dishwasher tablets and washing powder for longer stays. We had to ration to get through the week because wasn’t enough dishwasher tablets for one load per day.

We had a lovely stay at this 3 generous sized bedrooms property which came very well equipped. One of the best equipped kitchens we have come across. It ticked a lot of boxes and will gladly stay here again. We understand it is probably for a quick max turnaround and cleaning but check out at 10am is a bit early.

A great place to stay for three couples, 3 lovely big rooms all with super comfy beds and lovely sitting area. Just under 10min walk into town, perfect. Everything was fab, thanks Richard!

I live in Perth and love coming down south. My family flew over from the east coast and we stayed at Richards Villa just after Chrissy. My family and I were blown away with the property, the amazing views and the location. Definitely made our trip down south one to remember. Easily the best House I have stayed in the southwest in the last 40 plus years. Had everything anyone could ever want. I was on a work trip sadly, but if I can ever get in early enough during school holidays to book the family in, I will be doing so.

Exceeded our expectations. A girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and couldn’t fault the place. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

This is a great home to stay in - very, modern, neat and clean and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Dunsborough town center.

We came down for a family weekend. The house was just amazing, what a kitchen and view! Nice little touches around the house, with excellent beds and Sheridon linen. Love the electric blankets especially since it was rather chilly. We will be back, thanks Richard for everything.

Great accomodation with ocean views ... plus close to town and beaches

We spent a week in the Villa with our eight month old daughter and couldn't have asked for a better base to enjoy our first family holiday. The property is exceptional; the reverse-style living maximises the ocean views and the interior is furnished tastefully and to a very high standard ensuring you can enjoy all of the comforts of home. The property is fully equipped and the owner's attention to detail and thoughtful photography throughout helped facilitate an excellent trip. The sealed path leading from Cape Villas into Dunsborough is great and it was lovely to take an afternoon stroll into town. Moreover, the property's location makes exploration of surrounding beaches and national parks easy - there is so much to do and see just a short drive away. We look forward to returning to the area soon and will definitely be staying here again!

Beautifully presented new house over 3 levels with views over the trees & Dunsborough to the sea. Walking distance into town. Off Caves Road so easy access to other attractions. Living area on top floor maximises the view. Use of garage; perfect for car, rods, paddle boards & bikes. Very well equipped kitchen & full laundry. Comfortable beds & good bathrooms. Will be back.
