Overall had a great stay! Jaya was very communicative and responsive before checkin and once during my stay when I had an issue accessing cable TV. Think they’d save some hassle and guest frustration if they provided more info in their guest folder by the TV. Only real negative to speak of that wasn’t mentioned in listing, was that this condo sits on top of some sort of lump that created a hum and vibration throughout the whole condo. It really only bothered me when I was sitting outside, but some might find it unsettling. It honestly might have helped me sleep as soundly as I did, yet that could have been the real comfy bed too.

We had 2 wonderful nights at the property. The balcony view is stunning, and the weather is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The unit is a hidden gem, easy to access and the manager's instructions were clear. The room itself is beautiful with a blue tone, open space, and a fully functional kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a door to the balcony and a comfortable bed. Our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The highlights were the balcony view and meeting friendly deers near the garage entrance. However, we would like to mention two minor issues: the bathroom needs more light and the sink handle is broken. Overall, we love this place and plan to return soon. Thank you for providing a cozy home-like experience.

It was absolutely perfect were early 40's and we absolutely loved it nice little bungalow style resort apartments with pristine views and a ton of wildlife the deer run all over this place and are use to human interactions they let you pet and feed them plenty of shopping and food near by also place was quiet and peaceful and everyone was super friendly my wife absolutely loved this place and still talks about it a year later might have to go back this year in anniversary is in 3 wks!

This condo was very clean. The bed is so incredibly comfortable, best away from home bed we have ever slept on. The whole complex has a Mediterranean feel. We had a relaxing time and look forward to returning.

It was a very cozy little apartment. Very beautiful old property on its own island surrounded by Lake Travis. It was very peaceful and the apartment itself has a balcony with the most beautiful view of the lake. Overall was a very nice and cozy stay, the owner was very kind and responsive, and we would definitely go back to stay.

This stay was horrible to be honest I have the proof of she make me wait 8hr because she make a mistake of sending the wrong information she was supposed refund me a day she didn’t there is roaches in the apartment her answer at 12 am was yeah I will try to get u a villa but I am at a friends celebration I was outside waiting till 12 am worst don’t waste ur time and money

Mornings and early evenings on this balcony are serene. The entire property is beautiful and when you walk the grounds it’s just so peaceful. I really loved this place and plan on coming back.

The place had some issues. Luke warm water for showers. Water never got hot enough for a nice shower. The shower did not drain well. On our last day we opened cabinet under bathroom sink to get toilet paper and it was completely soaked. The plumbing was leaking.

Needed a quiet get away to relax and recharge and this place definitely did that. Beautiful views and a very quiet peaceful stay.

This place is great. Has a very Spanish feel and beautiful lake views, as advertised. The property is in a quiet area and is a well kept VRBO. The bed sleeps well and there is a parking spot which is a little tight but fit our sedan. A couple notes for the owner/other renters: - the shower doesn’t drain real well and the plumbing is a bit loud - there aren’t any beach towels and the places we checked in town didn’t have any for sale, but we were there in October so maybe past season? - besides coffee, oil and S&P, there isn’t a lot of pantry or fridge - 45 minutes from Austin, 55 from the airport - the living room furniture is uncomfortable and dated. Thank you to the host/owners. We enjoyed our getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were amazed from the deer greeting us as we approached tthe entrance gate to enjoying the amenities at the condo complex. The condo itself was nice and cozy for some QT with my hubby.

My wife and I visited this location for three nights for our anniversary. Both of us really enjoyed our visit. Comfortable bed, great view from our balcony, nice pool area and if you want to see a bunch of deer wandering about, this is the place. Had to drive a bit to get to some of the places we visited during our stay, but no big inconvenience for us. Certainly we would stay there again.

The lakefront views are beautiful. The property and amenities are older which creates some challenges, but overall a nice place for an affordable getaway.

The property was just as advertised. Damage from the February freeze prevented use of the pools and hot tubs which was disappointing, but the property manager communicated that to us ahead of time, so that was fine. Overall, we're looking forward to booking a larger property next time so we can bring our family.

We really enjoyed our unit on the Island! We were supposed to stay in another unit but we were cancelled without reason the day before our arrival. We jumped on this last minute stay and the property manager, Jaya, was so responsive! She left no doubt that we would be taken care of very well! The place was right in front with a great view. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It's not a huge unit but we don't need a big place for just the two of us. BTW, the restaurant is open on weekends and was quite good. Look forward to going back in the near future!!

My partner and I were celebrated by our 33rd anniversary after quarantine since March. We were not disappointed. The hot tub was lovely.

We enjoyed a perfect get away .. property is secluded and right on the lake with beautiful views always. Deer walking around and eating corn from our hand was a treat
