We enjoyed the stay very much. Con is a great host and picked us up straight from the airport. He also drove us to the supermarket so that we were immediately stocked with food for the first days.
He also offered us various tours with him as a tour guide, which we could take as we wished. We decided on the Athens tour, which was really great and enriching for us. Con knows a lot about Greece with its culture and history and takes a lot of time for his guests. He showed us some really beautiful places that are rarely discovered by normal tourists.
The apartment is very clean and well maintained, and the private pool in the garden is also really great. Also worth mentioning is the air conditioning, which made the nights very comfortable. There is also a very well-kept kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a cozy living room.
Con speaks several languages fluently, so it was very pleasant for us as Germans to be able to talk to him without any language barriers.
He valued our privacy very much, but was always available if we had any questions.
The beach and sea were beautiful and within walking distance, as were supermarkets and restaurants.
The holiday in Lagonisi combines the best of two worlds, on the one hand the great beach holiday, on the other hand you can experience a lot of Greek culture, especially Athens and the Acropolis was a real highlight for us.
Thank you Con for this great holiday, we can recommend your apartment wholeheartedly!

The apartment was lovely and spacious and suited our family perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the pool and garden where there was always some shade. We were also grateful for the air con in the bedrooms as it was very hot for our stay. Con was an incredible host going above and beyond at every opportunity. Communication was amazing from the moment we booked and nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the metro and drove us to the apartment, spent time showing us the local area and beaches and even took us to the supermarket to stock up on food. Con also helped us find an apartment for a couple of days Stay in Athens and we really enjoyed his walking tour around the city. Thank you Con, you are one of a kind!

What can I say, this is one of the best stays I have had. Kon the owner and his family were wonderful and so helpful. He met us at the airport to ensure that there were no problems getting to the apartment.
He then had a load of trips and suggestions which he could either take us to (which I would recommend as his knowledge was immense on the area) He took us to an unknown tourist place in the middle of Athens which looked like you were on an island. The cost of these tours were such good value much cheaper than the tourist organised ones which rush you and have no real knowledge of the area, however if you wish to go it alone that's also fine.
He is great as he respects your privacy also and you can use his knowledge as much or as little as you wish thus providing a great balance for all.
If all you want to do is chill by the pool there is no issue or pressure to do anything. Absolutely perfect for all types of travellers. I'd definitely go back and would recommend this accommodation.

I cannot say enough about our trip.
From the booking process to our departure, our host Con made it seamless and stress free. From pick up at the airport, to taking us to the supermarket and acting as our tour guide on some of his stunning day tours. It truly was an amazing holiday!
The property itself was awesome, with a full
Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, good size bathroom. It has more than enough space, and a back yard to relax in at the end of our day, with a pool!! It is close to the supermarket, local bakery and only 7 minute walk to some of the most beautiful little beaches.
Con offers several choices for amazing 1/2 day and full day tours, at extremely reasonable prices which we took full advantage of!
In just 5 days in Athens we were able to do a full day walking tour, and 2 other tours which took us to some of the most beautiful sites , ruins and scenes in and around Athens.
This property and our host made our girls trip even better than I could have hoped for. You will not be disappointed!
I hope to plan my next trip with my family back to our new friends very soon !!

Kon was extremely accommodating, picked us up at the airport when we arrived and dropped us off at the cruise ship port when we left.
He offers several tours that he will take you on, we did three, on three different days. We enjoyed them very much, he shared a lot of information about Greece.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for!
The home was comfortable and clean in a quiet community but only a 5-minute walk to 3 lovely beaches.
Our stay at Con and Karins 2 bedroom ground floor apartment was very enjoyable. Each day we would start the day with coffee on the patio overlooking the pool and then later walk to the beach to relax or swim in the sea.
On several evenings, we would walk to the beach to watch the sunset.
Con picked us up at the Athens airport and drove us back to his place with a stop at a grocery store so that we could have what we needed for the week.
We did 2 tours that he put together to highlight several of the attractions in and around Athens. It was nice to learn about Athens from a local without having to be in a large group.
Con also suggested several areas to go and visit on our own and also places to eat and see. Everything that he showed us and also suggested turned out to be the highlight of our 2-week trip. Con took all of the stress out of being a tourist in a new country. The public transportation is easy to access right down the street from the apartment and will allow you to visit all over the Athens area.
I highly recommend a stay at the Athens Riviera Apt if you want a place out of the crowds and heat of Athens and have access to the beautiful Sea!

We had an amazing holiday at Con and Krin’s apartment on the Athens Riviera.
The house is exactly as described in the listing, with a super swimming pool and outdoor space and tables at both front and back of the property, meaning we could enjoy sun all day and a lovely and very clean indoor space
The property is 5 minutes walk to several beaches, and there is a really super bakery/patisserie and a supermarket close by too and lots of great seafood-based restaurants.
The best bit of the holiday though was the service, which was impeccable! Con contacted us beforehand to offer a pick up from the airport, and was very helpful on arrival showing us the local area, a stop at a supermarket to get provisions and a visit to a local restaurant. We all really enjoyed the two excursions - one to Athens centre, which Con made very family friendly for our two young girls, and a super trip at sunset to the Poseidon Temple. Con also helped us out hugely when our flight back was brought forward at the last minute, commandeering a car to get us to the airport on time. We couldn’t ask for a better host experience, thank you.

All my family had wonderful experiences. Property was great we enjoyed swimming pool and location was good close to nice beach and local restaurants , bar and shops. We took two tours organised by owner which we enjoyed and recommend to others. Owner was very helpful with all enquiries we had about travelling and best places to visit. Overall wonderful experience highly recommend.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was about an hour from Athens and very close to the beach. The neighborhood is clean, safe, easily accessible by public transport, not congested, and very well lit by street lights at night. The owner is very friendly, helpful and accessible. Bedrooms are nice size with big closets. Living room and dining area is spacious with big dinner table. Kitchen is also good size with plenty of cabinets and all appliances in good working condition and clean. Bathroom is clean and everything in it works.
A little distance from Athens and having to use bus and train is well worth the savings in rent costs. The owner is very willing to help with transportation in his car when requested.

We spent a wonderful week at Con's place in Aug 2022 with our 2 young children (5 and 7yrs old).
Overall, we felt this break was the perfect mix of city sightseeing and relaxing beach holiday.
We arrived late and were met with a warm welcome from Con at the airport to bring us to the accommodation which made our journey there stress free. They had provided a home cooked meal for us and the children for our convenience due to our late arrival which was both thoughtful and much appreciated!
The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the garden great for the children playing, the pool a welcome relief from the heat!
We chose 2 tours with Con. One into Athens before having a day exploring the city on our own. He was informative, made it fun for our boys and tailored it to our needs going over and above what we expected. The second was a trip to the Temple of Poseidon at sunset followed by an enjoyable meal in a local restaurant- a great way to spend the evening.
We spent afternoons and evenings at the local beach within easy walking distance. We all loved Bali beach, and played happily for hours in the beautiful, blue, shallow waters before enjoying a meal at the beach bar. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
There is also a lovely cafe/ coffee shop/ bakery at the end of the road which is not to be missed.
We really appreciated the efforts made by Con and Karin to help us make the most of our stay- recommendations for places to visit, advice on public transport, the kind offer of lifts where needed. For a week, we did not feel we needed a car ourselves but for longer stays this may be useful.
We would highly recommend a stay here, and have taken away many happy memories from our week in Greece!
Many thanks to Con and Karin for their hospitality during our time in their place.

Great stay!
The property was exactly as advertised and the host Con was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport and took us back. he took us for 2 great tours to see the various sites. was on hand for any request we had and even picked us up one night when taxis were no where to be found! Bali beach was beautiful and the bakery at the end of the street had a view of the sea and the best burgers ever! All in all a great stay! Thanks Con - you made it!

THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF A RELAXED BEACH HOLIDAY AND CITY TRIP TO “HISTORIC” ATHENS
The apartment was spacious and very comfortable.
It is homely decorated, very clean and well equipped with all necessities.
As privacy is ensured, eating outside in the garden beside the private pool was an amazing experience for us, coming from cold and wet Germany.
Nearby the apartment, on the main street, are a supermarket, a pharmacy and a lot of various delicious restaurants.
A bakery, a seaside cafeteria and a mini market are also close by, at just a 5 min walk.
A bus stop is nearby as well, so it is possible to reach Athens center by public transport, which is very cheap and good. The bus takes you to the metro, on a drive along the beautiful coastal road. The whole trip from the apartment to the Acropolis (bus + metro), takes a little over an hour.
The people in Greece showed us a lot of kindness and welcomed us warmly. Despite English not being an official language in Greece, the majority of people know English very well, so it was easy to communicate with them.
Three beaches are close by and easy to reach from the apartment by walking for some minutes. They aren’t too crowded and offer an amazing view of the sea. In general, the scenery of the area was very pretty, which made us want to explore it more with each passing day.
Con is a very nice and friendly host, who was eager to help us out with many things, such as driving us to the supermarket to stock up items we needed. He also picked us up from the airport, drove us to the apartment and at arrival there, he showed us around the scenic, lively but not too touristic area, where the apartment is located. Furthermore, he provided us with a lot of information, also answering all our questions and gave us many local tips and suggestions for trips around the beautiful Athenian Riviera and in Athens. Since he speaks multiple languages there are no issues whatsoever concerning communication. He made sure that we enjoyed Greece to the fullest and that we were having a good time. He also was flexible despite having his schedule.
In addition, he offers sightseeing tours around the area and in Athens, where he operates as a driver and a photographer as well. With his great knowledge about Greece's history, he is an amazing guide too.
On the last day, he drove us to the airport too to ensure a safe trip back home.
We highly recommend spending your holidays at this property and will be coming back there in the near future!!

Fantastic stopover for Athens and Ancient Greece
We booked the top “penthouse” and the other apartment for our July stay. Firstly I must say it is the owner Con who makes this holiday. Con picked us up from Athens airport and drove us to the apartments which were exceptionally clean and tidy. The pool is brilliant and we were within walking distance of beaches and all other amenities. Now back to Con, he took us on 2 paid excursions acting as driver, photographer and with his extensive knowledge of Athens and Ancient Greece was a brilliant guide. As we wanted to use public transport to visit central Athens he assisted us on the best way of doing this, the tickets to get and the best attractions to see. It proved to be a really cheap and fantastic day. Con also took us, as a free excursion, to visit Poseidon’s temple at sunset which is awe inspiring. He really made us feel part of his family. A nice touch from Con was that he presented our family a canvas picture from one of our experiences. On our last day he made sure we were all ok and took us to the airport. If you want a Greece adventure this is the place to go it really is brilliant. Thank you Con and family.

Unexpected turn that ended well!
Having read the previous reviews I can only echo the sentiments expressed already. My wife and I stayed in the upper apartment and found it just suited perfectly for the two of us. The view from there is gorgeous, especially the sunsets! The nearby Lagonissi commercial district affords plenty of options for all your immediate needs and the location itself allows easy access to interesting spots in all directions. The little towns dotting the coastline boast a variety of restaurants and unique little cafes. My impression of Athens; the people are engaging, the food is delicious, the scenery and weather are beautiful and the historic spots are awe inspiring.
My most sincere recommendation, however, is reserved for our host, Con. Our vacation took an unexpectedly sideways turn when my wife’s existing condition deteriorated and she had to be admitted to the hospital (two different times!). Con was there, available with help and advice whenever and wherever it was needed. This was a big relief, having to deal with an unfamiliar language and, even more importantly, an unfamiliar health care system.
Needless to say this situation had quite an impact on our schedule, but Con was very flexible and we were able to visit most of the sights in our original plan. I highly recommend taking tours with Con. He is very knowledgeable and you’ll have a great conversation all the way!
I can’t end without giving some advice on the Health Care situation. There are two systems; one public and one private. You get adequate but impersonal care in the overwhelmed public system. The private system is well staffed, well equipped and thorough. Make sure you have insurance and go private!
……And enjoy the Athena Riviera!!

Why Here? I will tell you...
A little about the property before, I tell you why here….
The property itself is nice and provides several options depending on your needs. There are three apartments you can choose from. This is perfect for large family or groups that want to be together but have some separation. The property has a great front court area that is tiled and a wonderful contained back garden with pool and a grass area, great for children that want to run around.
The location of the property is wonderful; you are walking distance to a beach, restaurant and bakery. My family rented a car, which did prove to be nice to have. It allowed us to explore the area more and stock up on items one of several markets. We also reserved a car seat which too was nice to have. You will learn quickly that Greek drivers tend to move quickly.
So why should you rent here?
In all likelihood if you have been searching for somewhere to stay in this area, you have probably seen properties that offer a bit more in terms of being upscale in terms of décor, layout, etc. You have probably seen properties that offer everything above I mentioned as well. What you get with this property goes well beyond the great accommodations, great value and great location.
What you won’t get with other properties is Con, the host. This man is wonderful. Simply put, what he did for us was well above our expectations. Our trip to Greece was not just a vacation for my family. We came over to Greece in attempt to grow our family with IVF/Egg Donor. Because the process would take up to 10 days, we decided to bring our little two year old daughter and my wife’s mother to help when we had to be at the clinic. Con made the stressful side of our trip much easier. He took us to and from the clinic, twice. He checked in on us all the time, offering words of encouragement that you knew were sincere. Con will go out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. He will meet you at the airport, show you around the area and will sit with you to explain how to get to and from the city. Con goes above and beyond with no expectations. He does this simply because he truly wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your time there.
No matter the outcome for my family, we will look back at our trip to Greece with very fond memories, many as a result of our host. He made the stressful side of our trip easy. Simply put, you can stay anywhere, but you likely won’t get someone like Con.

Highly Recommended
Having just returned from a 10 day holiday at this villa, I can fully endorse what other reviewers have already written.
We had the ground and top floors which, in addition to 2 well stocked kitchens, living rooms and 3 bedrooms, gave us 2 lovely large balconies and access to a good sized garden and pool. It's an easy walk to the beach, local bakery and restaurant etc and the Lagonissi main street is only a 3 minute drive / 20minute walk.
As we had a car rental, getting around the wider area was incredibly easy. Constantine (the owner) provided us with all the information we could possibly need and his tips and suggestions for day trips / visits gave us plenty to see and do. But, with a place to stay as good as this, we were also very happy to spend several days simply relaxing at the villa.
Add in the friendly locals, good food & wine and the fantastic places to visit, and you have the perfect location.
Highly recommended.

Athens Riviera, the best kept Greek secret
I'd never heard of the Athens Riviera until I came across it while searching for a new destination to visit. We booked this apartment for May & have just returned from a 9 day visit. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished & the views of the sea & countryside were spectacular.
It is only a short walk to the beach, several restaurants, the bakery & a small shop, it is also close to the bus stop.
The Athens Riviera is very scenic dotted with lovely resorts & beaches & it is not over run with tourists. It also has the added benefit of being close to Athens. A return trip to Athens by bus/metro cost this couple of pensioners only 2.40 euro.
Now a word about our host Constantin, from the time he picked us up at the airport, on arrival until he dropped us off at our departure he was extremely courteous & friendly at all times. During our stay he took us on an orientation tour of the locality, brought us to the supermarket to stock up & also on a visit to the spectacular Cape Sounion. His advice for our visits to Athens was excellent & it ensured that we visited most of the important sights, his tip to visit the roof garden of the Athens Gate hotel was inspired - spectacular.
We also joined him for his tour to ancient Corinth, Loutraki & the surrounding area & we spent a great day in his company discussing a wide range of interesting topics.
To finish I have to say that nothing was too much for Con he was the perfect host & both my wife & I would highly recommend this holiday venue.

beautiful well located villa
Our stay in Attica was a special family holiday and we wanted everything to be perfect. All 3 floors of the villa are finished to a very high standard, but still welcoming and homely. Lagonissi itself is well located just to the south of Athens, with easy access to both there and all of the regions other gems. The village itself has everything you need from friendly shop and bakery nearby to the lovely restaurants and beaches. It cant get any better than that... but it can. Constantin our host was brilliant, he went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had a perfect stay. He is so enthusiastic about ensuring you have a great holiday providing all the help and information you required. A super guy with a fantastic villa for rent whether you take the whole villa or just one of the floors. Fantastic holiday - thanks Constantin

We were and extended family from different parts of the world, some from Israel and some from the UK. We loved the villa, the location (a real 7 minute walk to the beach, not counting the time it took picking ripe figs en route!) and the swimming pool which was shaded in the afternoon hours (the front of the house was in the shade in the morning, at breakfast time) The villa was immaculately clean, masses of towels and the owner could not have been kinder or more helpful. We ate well and cheaply at the close by restaurant and used our one car for trips to the supermarket, Our grandchildren were young and not up for sightseeing but some of the fathers went off to Athens by bus and metro and managed it well. My husband and I "escaped" for an afternoon and evening on our own with the car and enjoyed the area immensely. For people who want to sightsee a car is helpful. It is important to know that the area is very hot in August and the villa is partially air conditioned only. The nearby beach offered free sun beds, shade, coffee, icecream and snacks and the locals were extremely friendly. I didn't want to go home!

Serenity, views and accessibility
A wonderful and well-equipped apartment in a quiet village with a friendly and amenable host. We were very well briefed on the village, and were given an orientation tour of the immediate area. Public transport was easy to negotiate and kind to the wallet. The local bus travels along a very scenic coastal road before you change to the subway for a fast and efficient trip into Athens - about an hour's travel. An easy walk to several beaches, and handy to an excellent takeaway/cafe, a bakery and a mini-mart. And make sure you take up the host's offer (for a reasonable fee) of a tour of the Attica Peninsula to Vravrona and Cape Sounion - we had those ancient sites almost to ourselves! A great place to relax after the rigours of touring!

Great place
We needed a two be apartment close to Athens which could also accommodate a 6m Motorhome. What we got was a lovely two bed apartment with all the facilities you could ask for. The owner was incredibly accommodating and very helpful. It is well placed for Athens visits, although you will need a car, and there are plenty of local amenities. Perfect.

Great villa
We stayed here whilst taking part in the Athens Marathon a group of 8 middle aged friends taking time out, the villa is very nicely decorated and finished with space for us to co exist without tripping over each other, decent size bedrooms and living space, full kitchen, lovely garden and balconies with bonus of swimming pool complete a great place to stay. The property is 10 mins walk to the beaches and some great beach front bars and restaurants. central Athens is 45 minutes by public transport making a beach and culture holiday an easy option. The owner Constantin is fantastic nothing was too much trouble he was happy to do the airport transfers, take us to the marathon start at 5.30am on a Sunday morning and a tour of the area including Posidens temple. In conclusion a great place to stay with a fantastic host and we look forward to returning.

Brilliant holiday in Greece
I stayed at this villa with my daughter in August, invited by a dear friend.
This property really is very nice, spacious and quiet and in a great location.
The view from the Penthouse is amazing and the photo's on the Owner Direct site do not do it justice.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and clean.
The two main sun terraces at the side and at the front are very large, sun all day, lovely views and great to use.
A lovely sandy beach is at just a 5 minutes walk and going to Athens is quick and easy with the E22 Express bus, which within 30 minutes takes you straight to the new subway station.
The owner Constantin was such a wonderful host and so helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
He certainly goes the extra mile to ensure a brilliant stay.
I would certainly return to stay again !!

Highly recommended !!
Our family stayed in this excellent location in August, because we wanted to visit to Athens, but also be near the beach in a quiet rural setting.
My wife and I stayed in the Penthouse apartment in the second floor of the Villa, which really is chic and beautifully furnished and has an amazing sea view.
We especially enjoyed sitting on the front balcony in the evenings, watching the sun set slowly into the sea and just taking in the view.
The villa's pool and spacious garden are very private and secluded, "an oasis of rest" I would say.
A beautiful sandy beach in a picturesque bay at close walking distance from the villa, was however competing with the pool for our favors !
We rented a car and really took our time to explore the whole Attica area and the Athenian Riviera and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the scenery. We also visited Athens several time and were impressed by the many amazing historical site's, it's unique tourist district "the Plaka", but also by the city's relaxed and friendly atmosphere and it's modern and very efficient subway metro system, which takes you everywhere in no time.
Finally we would like to thank our host Constantin, for his valuable suggestions in helping us organize our holiday months before, for picking us up from Piraeus harbor (coming by ferry from Naxos island) and in general for being there for us whenever we needed anything.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and already told all my family and friends about the great holiday we had in this property !!!

Nice Vacation in Greece
We had a great time in the Penthouse apartment of the Villa. It is spacious enough for 4, has great sea view, well equipped and within short walking distance to the beach. The host is nice and picks you up from the airport which is a wonderful thing, since you do not have to worry about finding where you are going. The closest beach which is a 5 minute walk is fantastic. A car would be recommended, but not absolutely necessary. We also highly recommend going on the tours offered by the host for an affordable price! (Corinth & Cape Sounio)

FIRST TIME IN GREECE, WE WILL BE BACK
We stayed in the villa with friends in July, because we all intended to visit Athens, but also wanted to have a beach summer holiday.
"What a good choice it turned out to be"!!
This really is a great property close to the sea, but still in the Athens area. It was clean, well maintained and with a private secluded swimming pool and garden, where you can really feel like you are completely on your own. In fact, we loved the garden, the pool and the beach so much, that we got a bit lazy and stayed there for days on end, enjoying the sun, just relaxing and having our breakfast and dinner outside. In the end we only went three times (for half days) to Athens center, which was not enough to see everything and we are seriously thinking of coming back again next year.
In general this is a lovely area to stay in, with great sandy beaches; not over touristic, but with all facilities one needs for a perfect holiday.
We really thought that such nice beaches were only to be found on the Greek islands, but here they were... just outside Athens center !
You feel absolutely secure (even at night) and can have nice walks in the countryside. Everyone, from the shop owners to the local people, are very friendly and helpful.
The owner Constantin was the perfect host, always available, but never imposing. He showed us around the area and also gave us a lot of information about things to do and to see in the area and in Athens. He even gave us a present at departure and insisted on driving us to the airport !
We followed Con's advice to rent a car for a few days at our arrival. With five persons (me, my husband and our 3 grown up children plus luggage) we would have needed two taxi's to go to the apartment and as Con wrote, with about the same money we could rent a car for 3 days, so we did. Having the rental car, we made good use of it exploring the area, visiting amongst others the beautiful Cape Sounion, with the temple of Poseidon and enjoying the magical sunset there.
For the next days we used the express bus E22 to go to Athens, which takes you straight to the close by metro, from where you quickly can go to Athens Center and the Acropolis.
A word of advice to anyone wanting to visit Athens longer than just a few days: stay just outside the city in the suburbs like we did, that way you will have the advantages of staying in a lovely seaside resort and also have the ability to easily go to Athens center with the metro.
