Estupenda situación en la avenida marítima, muy buen servicio y muy tranquilo , me sorprendió lo bien insonorizada que estaban las ventanas y la tranquilidad que hay

Beliggenhed og meget autentisk. Lækker morgenmad. Fantastisk rart personale. 2. Gang jeg besøger hotellet. Elsker at man kan sidde ude i gågaden og spise morgenmad og se byen vågne.

WOW, This hotel was great! Location is perfect, quality of the room was FAB, Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and very clean. we will be back here.

Everything was good, the breakfast was exceptional, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mey and Belen, "arrive a stranger, leave a friend"
The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you need, including a kettle.
Perfect location on the sea front with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, the hotel itself has a well stocked shop for drinks, water, wine, beer, chocolate, etc at very reasonable prices.
The airport bus stop is right outside the hotel, bus number 500, it only takes 15 minutes and was 2.40 euros per person each way.
We will definitely return. Garry and Gina.

Hotel and its staff absolutely first class. Friendly service. Breakfast selection delicious.
Fantastic views. We had the Juliette balcony overlooking the sea. Called a balcony it actually wasn't what we expected as we expected a balcony with sunbeds! However we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Beds so very comfortable. 🥰
We didn't like the fact there is no where to sit or lay on the beach opposite the hotel. No shade from the sun except for a disabled covered area. We had planned a day lazing on the beach.. sad it didn't happened. We did wonder why the beach was so empty. 😏

This is a very well presented hotel in a great location with excellent facilities. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good. After touring La Palma for a week we returned to Santa Cruz and the hotel kindly let us store our luggage as we had an evening flight.

Very comfortable room with good sea views from large balcony. Nice bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Arrived early but we were able to check-in to our room at midday.
Bit of noise from street until late whilst we were staying there, but as it was the Carnival party weekend that was expected!

great location and balcony was nice
our room was on the 3rd floor. The lift was broken during our visit. In addition, the day before checkout we were told we could check out at 14:00. On the day of check out, we were told at 11:30 that we needed to be out at noon. Customer service could be improved.

Really good location - great for getting buses which is how we got around the whole island. It looked like the whole hotel had been refurbished recently and all to a good standard. We had one of the top floor rooms with a very large terrace overlooking the sea - very quiet with no noticeable traffic noise. Really nice bathroom. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport via the number 500 bus. Friendly staff.
The breakfast had most things that you would want but it was a pain asking for milk whenever needed. The bedroom was on the small side but quite adequate for us.

Gracious staff all around. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet and cappuccino or cortado made to order. Central location on the malecon, beach across the street.
Trade off for the central location is sounds of the street. Elderly regulars at the bistro below were passionate about things over their morning cortados....but hey, it's a cultural experience. I accept the tradeoff.

The hotel was walking distance to beach, stores & restaurants. It also offered an delicious breakfast & staff was delightful. Our room had a terraza & that was a plus.

We liked the open reception area, the friendliness of the staff, particularly Belen and Yumey, the breakfast, the location, the shower, the beds and the view to the beach.

Nice building right in the center of the town. Breakfast was good. And the staff was very nice. It's also quite close to the port public parking where you can park if needed.

.Location was perfect, views fantastic Central to everything and great public transport service with bus stop right outside.
Special thanks to Yumi the breakfast waitress..lovely lady and very professional and kind.
Bar/restaurant was only open for breakfast..a drink in the hotel after dinner would be nice.

This property is beautiful and right on the beach. We’ve stayed here before so knew it was lovely. Great restaurants on the doorstep and good for hiking, swimming, windsurfing and kitesurfing. San Cruz is a lovely town and near the airport. Great bus links to other parts of the island.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer!
I felt that our room on the top floor was a bit small for the money we paid. It had a great patio but was usually too windy to sit out. We had no desk or chairs in the room. Rooms on the second floor are better value for money.
