Very nice accommodation, quiet and great for spending the day in it. Very relaxing. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and markets, easy access to everything. All good.

The location is excellent, central and in a beautiful place. The flat was clean and modern. We hat contact via whatsapp all the time with the owner, who visited us at the beginning.

Apartment had everything you need for a holiday. The shower had plenty of hot water and the toilet flushed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is in the old town close to bus stops, shops and bars as well as tourist sites.

The appartment very central in a quite calm area in the historical centre. Nice modern renovated appartment. Very nice host. We were arriving a little bit later than planned the host were very flexible and meet us up a little bit later. Shopping areas close and a nice parc San Juan parc appreciated for children and adults nearby etc. Thank you Fernando! We also got good description about things to do, maps and how to find the appartment via pdf document before our arrival. Very nice decorated and good! :-)

Everything nice. Be just aware if you arriving with a car that you need to know where to parc as the police are very effective.

Such an amazing apartment, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. A great location with easy walking distance to the beautiful town centre, fantastic supermarket, local bars, parks and bus stop with connections to all of the Island's main resorts...the bus service is so cheap....one euro and sixty five cents to the airport! Fernando, the owner was amazing, we arrived a few hours early but when we called him he said he would be with us within a few minutes, which he was. Such a lovely guy, so helpful with suggesting things to do but very laid back and not at all over-friendly, he is amazing. Telde is such a good place to visit. It's very Spanish and all of the bars and restaurants we visited offered real local cuisine at incredibly low prices. So much better value than the south of the island. If you get the craving for an english breakfast or Sunday roast, you can always hop on the bus to the southern resorts of maspalomas/peuto Rico etc. We have visited Gran Canaria many times, this was our first stay in the North. I don't think we will ever stay in the south again! This apartment offers much more comfort at much better value than anywhere we have ever stayed in the south. I can't wait to return to this lovely apartment, already looking at flights for our next trip, only arrived home yesterday! What more can I say? Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. An ideal base for exploring the island. Although all the menus in the bars/restaurants are in Spanish only, and it was hard to find anyone who spoke English in the town, we got by really well on our basic Spanish. We actually liked this fact. Everyone we met during the trip were so friendly. Such a warm and friendly place. We would return tomorrow if we could. I almost forgot to mention, The welcome pack was amazing...

I really can't say a bad word about the apartment, its beautiful and so close to links to the rest of the island. The only thing we found strange is that there was no kettle. This wasn't a problem as we could heat water on the hob or use the microwave. I would probably pack a travel kettle on my next visit. This isn't a complaint but just an observation. The rest of the facilities more than made up for the lack of a kettle (the washing machine, toaster, nice T.V., quality furnishings, decent oven and hob etc)
