Blue Wave est une maison de plage magnifiquement décorée située sur la plage Middle Beach à Surfside Beach, au Texas. Lorsque vous arrivez à la maison, vous remarquerez immédiatement qu'elle a été construite juste à côté d'une dune géante! Cela donne au pont un débrayage naturel sans avoir à descendre les escaliers. C'est une fonctionnalité amusante et unique que nous n'avons jamais vue auparavant, mais que nous en voulons plus. Offre également une rampe qui est accessible du rez-de-chaussée à la maison et une rampe de la maison à la plage. Une fois que vous avez atteint la fin de la promenade, il ne reste que quelques marches pour vous rendre sur le sable. Après une journée amusante sur la plage, vous trouverez une douche extérieure avec de l'eau chaude et froide ainsi qu'un petit vestiaire, alors laissez une serviette fraîche et des vêtements de rechange avant de partir.
Une fois à l'intérieur, vous pourrez immédiatement ressentir l'amour que les nouveaux propriétaires ont mis dans la maison. Nouveau revêtement de sol, literie, meubles, peinture et bien plus encore. La maison est chaleureuse, accueillante et propre. Au niveau principal, vous trouverez le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger, la salle de bains pour les invités et 2 chambres. A l'étage, vous trouverez le deuxième salon avec balcon, demi-bain, 3ème chambre avec balcon privé et suite parentale avec balcon privé, salle de bains privée, télévision et futon pour dormir supplémentaires. Offre 2 poufs qui se convertissent en lits pliants doubles.

My husband arranged this trip for our daughters’ families & us to share some time together at the beach. So fun! The house itself was very well laid out for our three families. Lots of room for the ten of us & having four bathrooms was definitely helpful. The main deck was awesome! Again, lots of room; we were able to set up a kiddie pool & still have a place for the adults to all spread out. It was nice there were latching gates to keep the children contained. The charcoal bbq worked well; we had some yummy meals! The kitchen had much more than we expected. All kinds of dishes, pot, baking pans, utensils. Oh, & the mini fridge for extra beverages was a nice addition. The washer & dryer was helpful & looked very new. Upon our arrival to check-in, we saw a couple trucks parked there & learned the dishwasher wasn’t working so the workmen were immediately on it. Very professional & helpful. They replaced the dishwasher the next day with very minimal disturbance to our day. Installation was completed in an hour or so while most of our family was playing on the beach. Some comments were made about the water. To me, it tasted like the water softener was doing its job overtime. Not really a bad taste to most in our group, just different than we are used to. There is a water dispenser & we were told we could get free water in jugs close by. We opted to buy bottled water & others drank the tap water as well. No problem for us. The outside shower was soooo helpful for everyone; the kids thought it was another adventure! Ample parking for our three vehicles was available. I liked that we were able to get answers quickly from the office if we had any questions(like about the dishwasher) The walkway from the house to the beach was perfect! We could set up at the beach & see the house from our post. So helpful with the kids. Walk to TWO restaurants on the beach from the house. A fun highlight the children loved was walking back from the Beachfront Restaurant at night & seeing the stars. My husband & I enjoyed the Seahorse Bar & Grill at the beginning of our stay & as a going away visit for us. This house, the Blue Wave, was an excellent choice for our families. ~~ Scott & Sandy P.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It was perfect for us! Super clean. Huge kitchen and bar. Well stocked. Beds were comfy. Great place! Would definitely recommend this house!

We are only a family of 4 (5 including our dog), but this house would easily accommodate about 3 families like ours. The location could not be better. You have ample parking space and catwalk access directly from the house deck to the beach. Additionally, with one small step up onto the public entrance for the catwalk, you also have a nice ramp-only route to the house main floor from the driveway. This was important to us as our dog is old and can’t do stairs anymore. With all the things we loved about the house, please suffice it to say you should just stop looking and book this property. It’s amazing and would be very difficult to beat. Now that you’ve already decided to book it, here are the minor complaints/improvements I would make… 1) The toilet paper holder in the main floor bath room is loose and doesn’t hold the roll. At least, not when a 6-year old girl tries to use it. 2) A couple of the carpet tack strips on the door thresholds (the main floor master, in particular) have nail heads sticking up a bit far and should be hammered in. They’re not sharp, but they are quite unpleasant to step on. 3) There are 2 main floor exit doors and 3 top floor patio doors. All have a deadbolt and a locking knob. I don’t think any of them have both in smooth, working order. Lots of sticking parts, misaligned deadbolt holes, etc. To be fair, at least one lock on each door works, so the house is secured, but a little WD-40 or some new knobs might go a long way. 4) The BluRay player on the main floor needs an HDMI cable and a working remote. The RCA cable hookup that’s on it doesn’t seem to work with the TV, but luckily, I travel with a spare HDMI so our kids were able to watch a movie. Without the remote working (we tried new batteries), controlling playback was a bit cumbersome. 5) The communicated checkout cleaning expectations seem excessive considering you pay a cleaning fee. 5) Update the listing and materials sent by the rental company to properly reflect the amenities actually at the property. These are all errors obscuring a better experience, so updating them should further solidify your decision to stay here… Here’s a list that comes to mind of example discrepancies: There IS a blender. The kitchen dishes are very well stocked. The tap water is an unsettling brown tint, but there’s a 5-gal water cooler stocked with filtered water. There are hair dryers. There are plenty of linens and towels provided went renting through VRBO.
