We all loved the Treetops. Beautiful home. Each couple got their own room and bath. We enjoyed that all of us could watch the closing Olympic ceremonies together in the lower level and sit outside together around the fire. It was great to sit around and talk and laugh.
Just a few notes for you. The sleep number bed in the top level seems to have a leek.
It would be great if there was kleenex in each bathroom.The bathroom door in the larger, top level somehow got locked and couldn’t be opened. Some minor tools would be helpful.

Our group, consisting of five adults and five children, enjoyed a four-night stay. Due to the rain, we spent more time indoors than planned. The house was well-equipped with small appliances, dishes, hand soap, a fire pit, and towels. It was mostly clean, though we noticed a few spider webs and popcorn and other snacks in the couch. The owner was easily reachable and responded promptly. Conveniently, several stores were a short drive away from the house, and the large windows offered great wildlife viewing opportunities.
Despite some discrepancies from the pictures and one incident where a member was bitten by a spider in bed, we would still recommend this house to others. However, it may not be as luxurious or spacious as depicted in the photos.

Tree Tops was excellent for our 6 adults and 3 children. The place was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The location was within 15 minutes of all of the key Asheville venues. As an added benefit, we saw deer, turkeys, fox and 2 bears very close to the property

It's a very nice VRBO and I would stay there again. I wouldn't exactly call it a "Memorable Setting". I thought it would be a little more remote and not located in a neighborhood with other houses close by. You do have some views of the mountains which are nice. The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient for all the activities we did. Communication with the property manager was easy and he was very responsive to texts.

House is a great space for 5 people wanting their own rooms. If 6, you’ll get a bunk room. It is in a residential neighborhood and a car ride into Ashville. Be aware there was no flexibility for early check in by one hour. Owner said it was due to a group before us, but when sitting in car waiting, no one went in and no one came out. BRING your own soap, shampoo and toilet paper - as there was very little or even none! (This was our biggest complaint among the group) Overall the space had a minor wear and tear , walls need painting, chips in china, mold smell in main floor bathroom. (If these things are important to you. ) Not sure why owner wanted us to sign a separate lease outside of VRBO, but we declined. A pleasant and adequate stay overall.

Great property for a large group. Jason was very quick to respond to my texts and phone calls, which I appreciated.
A few suggestions to make it even better than it was, a good interior cleaning. We had a fair amount of dust and cobwebs. The dining table is very tacky even after cleaning it with soap and water.

Loved this house. Very clean. Everyone had their own space but also plenty of places to congregate. Check in and check out processes were very easy. Host was always courteous and quick to respond. Kitchen had just about every utensil and appliance available. Everything worked. Ping pong table was a daily hit. TVs didn't seem to have many channels and they were only located in common rooms but we just used the streaming capabilites instead.

Chose this space for our 9th annual girls trip. It was perfect for our group! We loved the location, only 10 min from downtown and other areas we went. The house is so clean and comfortable. We loved all having our own space. Loved listening to the Katydids at night. Don’t hesitate to book Asheville Treetops!

My family stayed at the Tree Tops for a week while vacationing in the Asheville area. The location of the home was fantastic as it is a short drive to many local attractions and to downtown Asheville. We did feel that the listing photos made the spaces look larger that they actually are. The main level common area only seats five people and the chairs are not that comfortable. The furniture is the lower level is more accommodating and much more comfortable. If you have a mix of late sleepers and early risers you may find if very difficult to move quietly through the home as the wood floors on the main level were very “creaky”.

We mainly visited the area for hiking and exploration. Bedrooms were private and having personal bathrooms was a plus. Adult kids enjoyed ping pong in evenings and everyone said they slept well because beds were comfortable. Cleaning people enter the home right at 10 am on check out day. At 10:03 I was walking around asking that everyone do a once over to make sure nothing was left and make sure all pillows and chargers were remembered and was startled by a strange man—- he was already inside with cleaning supplies. That was very alarming— but we were all packed and loaded so wasn’t sure why he didn’t wait until we drove away. Any issues or questions were handled and responded to quickly by host. Nice area and we had a lot of fun in brewery district. Nice vibe for us and our young adult children.

Very smooth process for checking in and out. The cabin was perfect, plenty of room for our family of 8, could easily sleep 12 plus. Beautiful views and we got to see wild turkeys and deer on several occasions sitting in the living room. Would highly recommend if planning a trip to Asheville.

Our only dissatisfaction was the living room furniture. Not very comfortable and could only accommodate 5 people. We were seven and had to use the dining metal chairs. Could have been cozier and more comfortable with the beautiful fireplace.

This is a great little rental. There were eight of us all rooms are were quite comfortable and it was close to grocery stores and casual type restaurants and just 16 minutes to the city. It was fun to see lots of wildlife like deer, wild turkeys and birds while staying in our “tree house”
The house was easy to check into and the manager was very responsive and helpful.I highly recommend this beautiful home.

We had family from as far away as Kansas come to stay at Tree Tops. The house is very open and conducive to hanging out in the kitchen or around the fire. The hosts were easy to connect with when we had questions and it is obvious they take a great deal of time to ensure a fantastic stay. Their book with information about the house and where to find things as well as things to do and places to eat in town was invaluable.

We always go away for Christmas this was perfect for all of us. We had plenty of room, and plenty of privacy for our individual family members if needed. I requested a Christmas Tree and the host put one of for my family. We did not have any issues with the house at all. If you are looking for plenty of room and great views I would suggest trying the Tree Tops.

This house was perfect for the 9 of us. Location was great! 20 mins to the airport and 15 mins to the Biltmore, Grove Park Inn and shopping in Asheville. Jason was quick to respond to any questions I had. We saw turkeys and deer roaming on the property!

This home fit all of our needs; plenty of divided floor room space, kitchen and pantry, and it was not far from town. It was very peaceful. It might be time for an external wood power-wash and treatment for maintenance but that's just "us"---we will miss this peaceful paradise we used to support our daughter's local wedding!--Great memories all-around. 👍🌟

Excellent property with great access to the highway. You can literally be almost anywhere in Asheville in 10 minutes or so. House was very clean and there was plenty of room for my family. Sitting outside watching the deer and turkey each morning/afternoon was awesome.
