The place is close the coast with nice view to the beach and ocean (just respect the fact its 80m above the sea level ... normal situation for Madeira :). We received exact instructions how to got the place and open the apartment. There is enough place to park car in front of the building. Who don't rent a car can arrive by bus which stops right in front of the house. The apartment is clear, with big living room, 3 smaller bedrooms, 2 baths and big terrace. for all time we need not to use A/C, the weather was comfortable for us.

There are only 3 restaurants and 1 shop close around. on the other side of the beach promenade there are next 2 or 3 with "hotel prices". If you have car or take a bus, you don't have this problem.

Amazing apartment! Me and my family and partner chose this property for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Fantastic view, everything we needed was there, even more than we expected. Of course, the host for a gold medal! :)

Very well located for family stay and various activities (diving, hiking, enjoying cuisine). Helpful to have a car, but public transport right in front of entrance. Shops nearby. Super friendly hosts, very responsive and good willing. Apartment had all what was needed for comfortable stay. Will be missing the view.

The host is great - really nice and has a lot of tipps where to go and to eat. The view of the apartment is also amazing, we had a lot of good evenings out there. Would definitely recommend! 😊

Nice view, good location (near a bus station, food markets and the beach). Spacious rooms , two bathrooms, large terace.

No vacum cleaner. Furniture in living room could be more comfortable (need renovation)
