The location of this property cannot be beat. It's right across from Town Hall and and steps away form the wharf. The decor and furnishings make you feel like you're staying in a design expert's home. They owners are also incredibly responsive and the condo comes stocked with anything you might need to prepare a feast.

We have stayed at many locations over the last 10 years on Commercial street and this is the best one. The location can’t be beat and the place is huge!

Simply stunned and overall in love with what this property provided. less than a 7 minute walk from the ferry!!!! We came for Bear week and I must say it was the most incredible experience. I have gone to Bear week before but this year it was special all thanks to this amazing VRBO. Located steps away from Crown & Anchor it was the most amazing feeling being able to be part of the fun and excitement of the week but retreat for some peace and quiet when needed and not having to walk 20 minutes or deal with a bike rental. The back patio should be considered its own listing to be honest, given how big and beautiful it is. The immediate access to the beach was beyond amazing. Watching the tide change with a hot cup of tea in the morning will be a memory I cherish forever. Given the intense heat we have been having I was worried about the A/C, but i was humbled immediately given the home has A/C and each upstairs room has its own A/C unit. The instructions the owners gave were clear and so professional. Had zero issues getting into the property. The hosts provided towels, beach towels, shower amenities. They even had beach umbrellas available in the cleaning closet. The washer and dryer unit in the property was truly a blessing! The hosts of this property thought of everything! If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place! I will definitely be looking to book this property in the future! Thank you so much for making this the best week ever!!!

We loved our stay! Spacious living accommodations, the outdoor private deck was our favorite spot, and the location can’t be beat. Two full size bathrooms is a must for my group, which the house had. We really enjoyed the detail of the house and the warm personality came through through the decoration and personal touch. We’ll always cherish our time here and can’t wait to visit again.

This home is beautiful. It’s located in the center of all the action on Commercial Street. But once inside, you’re in an oasis of art and comfort. ‘Very tastefully appointed and comfortable’ would be how I’d sum up the vibe of this home.

We have been visiting Provincetown for 30+ years, and this is a great gem of an apartment right in the middle of town directly across from town hall. You literally cannot be more in the center of things. The condo is up a flight of stairs and is the top two floors of the building. The owners have recently redone the place and everything is new and easy to use. if you are looking to relax, there is a great private deck on the back looking directly out at the harbor. and the bay window at the front is excellent to just sit and people watch. if you like to cook, the kitchen is fully appointed with anything you could need. The place is well-appointed and taken care of with nice linens and very comfortable beds. When we come to Ptown, we usually walk or bike everyplace, so the location cannot be beat. We have stayed here twice already and would plan to come back next September.

The property is gorgeous. Truly perfection. My only qualm is that on weekends it is a noisy area late at night due to the restaurant across the street playing loud music and early in the morning due to trucks (trash/deliveries). Otherwise, it couldn't be better.

It is a truly great, gorgeous, property, perfect for sitting in the bay window up front and people watching, or having a meal out on the back deck overlooking the beach and ocean. It looks even better than the photos. We found it had everything we could need including beach umbrellas! Our rental bikes were easy to access as there's a bike rack in the side alley.

This place is perfect. Great location. Great outdoor space. Lovely decor. The hosts take it to the next level. So responsive and friendly. We felt truly taken care of. Would recommend.

This was our 7th year attending Family Week and this property was our all-time favorite. Location, beach, and comfort all are 5 Stars!

From the moment we walked in, we were taken by how large the place is - and how well decorated. And then you see straight through to the bay, which is after the large deck and the throngs of people playing volleyball on the beach. The unit is a French circus theme. You see the elephants from Moulin Rouge/Les Miserables(?) as well as many artsy clowns (not scary ones), bears and PTown related paintings. The bathrooms are spacious and modern with large showers. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Including two drawers of spices from around the world (definitely check it out before you shop). The beds were so comfortable and it was a hot week so great to have a wall-mounted AC unit in each room, in addition to central air on the first floor, for a very comfortable sleep. One thing to note is the front bedroom looks down on Commercial street and a very loud dance club, so people who don't like noise should be aware to take the back bedroom. I had the front and had no problem with the noise (I live in NYC) and would stay in that bedroom again. It's great for people watching. The charm and views are equal to the best places I've stayed in PTown. I would definitely stay again. Kudos to the owners!!!

Fabulous rental in the heart of P-town, we had an amazing vacation week thanks to choosing this property.

This was an amazing find. The owners were easily contacted about any question we had. The space is gorgeous with some super fun decor! Deck is amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only complaint we had (and it’s not even that big of a deal) was there was no propane in the grill tank or the extra grill tank. We should have checked before preparing to grill. But again no biggie- we just baked the chicken! Thanks for th beautiful stay!! Amy

We loved this rental. Lots of space, beautifully decorated with an amazingly well stocked kitchen as far as tools and cookware. Right in the center of town and with the best front window for people watching. The back patio space is exclusive use but the overall patio is shared with another unit. This being successful depends on both your group and the people in the other units. We luckily had the owners of the other units nextdoor so it was fine for us. Would absolutely stay again.

One word.... Spectacular! Can't say enough about the visit. The location is brilliant and the condo was amazing. Will return for sure!!!

You can't get a more central location than this spot across from the Town Hall. When visiting town that's all about walking everywhere, that is key. Of its many assets, the second is definitely the huge deck overlooking the water, and the third is the beach access. The downstairs living area is incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is the best-equipped of any of our P'town rentals over the last fifteen years. My only quibble is that I wish that there were screens in the windows, so that on non-hot days, one could open the windows to feel the ocean breeze. But, definitely one of the top places that we have rented in P'town.

La Nounoursière is a great place to stay in Ptown! The location is right in the middle of town (< 5min from the ferry; no need for a cab). The main level is very spacious and great for cooking, dining, and general lounging (and working if you must). Lots of people watching on Commercial from the living room windows and views of the harbor from the big back deck. As described, everything has been remodeled and is in great working condition. We used the Sonos speaker system quite a bit! Highly recommended!

If you want to stay right in the center of everything this is it. Wonderful deck looking out to the Bay and beach. Brand new and super clean. Just what we were looking for.

We’ve been renting houses in Provincetown during the summer for over a decade and loved finding this recently renovated space. The bedrooms are bright and lovely and the beds were very comfortable! The furnishings downstairs are unique and provide several cozy spaces for everyone to relax when your not out and about. Our favorite spot was the daybed in the front window. If you love to cook, then you’ll have a blast in the fully stocked kitchen which overlooks Provincetown Harbor.

I was lucky enough to be one of the first guests to stay in this newly renovated home & it did not disappoint!! The finishes were amazing & there were so many thoughtful details throughout. Kitchen-top notch!! SO much room to cook, entertain or just relax & take in the views. High end appliances & finishes were great! Dining room with room to host an impressive dinner party if you choose. Living room is spacious and looks out onto Commercial St-great place to perch and watch the action below. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms that are light & airy with comfy beds and plenty of storage. Both bathrooms have been fully updated with great tile & little extras like heated towel racks!! Linens & towels provided were great quality as well. Deck was HUGE and had lots of furniture to relax and dine with views of the beach & water. Owners were so easy to work with & very accommodating!! Only items I would note is that there is no on site parking-easy parking options just down the street though at the pier lot & can be a bit loud in the early morning for those light sleepers with sounds of deliveries since you are right on the main street. One of the best homes I've had the pleasure to stay in & would happily stay again.

This is our second time staying here and hope to make it a yearly tradition. Couldn't ask for a better location, steps from the sand and from commercial street. The place is super cute now, can't wait to see what it looks like after the renovations this winter! Also waking up to a view of the harbor and coffee and drinks on the deck can't be beat at this place.

This property is in the heart of it all! It is spacious, has beautiful views, and is in the midst of everything. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are modern, yet the property has that New England charm with beautiful flooring and original moldings. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't believe our luck with such a great property. Definitely will be back!!

We owned property in Ptown for about 25 years, sold a few years ago, and we come back every year now in September for a week or more vacation. We came across Olivier's place on VRBO, corresponded with him for about a day and booked. When we travel, we are looking for a fully appointed, high-end place in the center of things, and this property is all of that. For those familiar with Provincetown, this condo is directly across from town hall, above a long-term retail shop. The front entrance is easily accessed right off Commercial Street. The unit itself has been redone with higher-end appliances and finishes, while keeping some of the old Ptown charm, like the wooden floors and those Ptown stairs :) The kitchen was fully appointed, for those who like to do some real cooking and was not missing anything; it even had a real set of knives and pots and pans. Furniture was a mix of modern and vintage but was also very comfortable and functional. The unit has a great deck on the back with dedicated space and comfortable furnishings, with expansive water views of the Bay that one can watch for hours. and it comes with great sunrises. There is a big bay window on Commercial Street which would be great for people-watching; recommendation to Olivier to move the piano to a new home that is right now in the bay window. The 2 beds and baths were not very big, but who sleeps in Ptown? The beds were comfortable with relatively new mattresses. So we had a wonderful stay overall, which is why we gave the strong rating. the check-in was the only glitch we had, where we had a little delay there. But Olivier got that fixed and bought us a very nice dinner. Olivier was a great host, we loved the unit, and we can't wait until we can go back again.

This property is indicative of PTown charm. 19 th century details with modern furnishings and art make it aesthetically sensational! Owners were very easy to contact and seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. If I had one very small negative it would be the very steep stairway but look at it this way; you’re getting in extra cardio. LOVED IT!!

Great location in the heart of everything made our stay wonderful! Orange secret door with French mailbox next to “Life at the Beach” makes for perfect mystery. Street to Beach layout was incredibly large and comfortable. Bedrooms are minimal for such a nice property though and there are lots of steps but the decor is very cool and all technology is up to date. Back deck is awesome for views and access to sandy beach! Kite flying was great out back door by giant blue Adirondack chair. We had the best time ever in PTown!

We very much enjoyed our time at this well appointed home. The view from the kitchen and deck are very special and the property is surprisingly quiet despite its central location. A good vantage point from which to explore Provincetown and Cape Cod.

Wonderful downtown location! Very clean with lots of gathering space downstairs. Kitchen was well-appointed with good seating at breakfast bar. Two bedrooms are rather small, but beds are very comfortable. Back deck is large and overlooks the bay. We would love to stay there again. Owners were easy to work with.

Beautiful 19th century building, smack dab in the middle of town, modern amenities, well appointed and decorated. The deck alone is worth the price - views and beach access make this rental special.

Extremely happy with location and the property. Right in the heart of P’town within walking distance to everything! We had our two small children with us and they also had a blast!! Street noise didn’t bother us in the least. Not even at bedtime. Super easy access to beach. Stairs up to the bedroom are pretty steep, so be mindful of this if you have small mobile children or bad knees. Excellent communication with the property owners. Highly recommend!!
