Notre contemporain a beaucoup de fenêtres avec vue sur le lac expansive. Le plan d'étage et les plafonds cathédrale donnent à cette maison une sensation aérée et ouverte avec beaucoup de place pour mettre vos pieds en l'air. Il y a du bois de feu pour les nuits douillettes près du feu. Nous avons un téléviseur HD 3D de 55 pouces avec internet et Netflix. Ou vous pouvez regarder un DVD de notre collection. Nous fournissons même 8 paires de lunettes 3D! La chambre en bas est parfaite pour les enfants à jouer Xbox, regarder la télévision, ou jouer à des jeux de société. Le sous-sol a une table de ping-pong et une table de hockey sur air.
Regardez des couchers de soleil spectaculaires depuis un banc de rocker sur notre quai privé, ou profitez d'un verre de vin sur le pont arrière. This property was great for family with young children and a dog. Just found the community a little sketchy. Alot of abandon properties, and other properties that were not well cared for. Amenities were somewhat outdated and showed wear. Never found all the parts for fish finder. But we had fun and and relaxed

Great place to stay. Everything as described. Our grandchildren loved the watercraft and water toys. When our friends came up we caught lots of fish. Kitchen counters could use an upgrade.

It was perfect for our group. We travelled with two kids (8 & 12) and their grandmother. The lake was very accessible, the 12 year old loved the boats, and the owners were responsive.

This lake house was hands down THE best property I've ever vacationed at in the Poconos. I've been renting homes in the Poconos for the past 20 years and have never stayed in the same one twice; however, this will be the first home we will be returing to again. Nick and Jill were amazing hosts, VERY attentive, thoughtful, and accomodating. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with anything we needed.
The basement has lots of fun things to do-the kids loved it. My teenage daughters spent lots of time sitting on the dock, fishing, and chilling in the hammock. Fishing was hit or miss, but that's why they call it fishing, not catching. The floating dock was great to fish from and the beach access was perfect for the kayaks. Speaking of water vessels, the rowboat with the motor (we didn't use, but loved having the option), the multiple kayaks available (we brough our own), and the peddle boat were all fantastic amenities of the house.
Most appreciated were the pet accomodations: the deck on the back of the house had a sliding gate that safely contained our 2-1/2 year old Great Dane puppy who would sit on the deck for hours watching the many deer that visited the property.
We will certainly be back again next year, if not sooner!!

This was such a relaxing weekend away from the city…it rained the whole weekend but we still enjoyed every minute of it together in this house there was games, movies & the fireplace was a plus, the coziness of it was everything my daughter wanted for her birthday. My kids are already asking to go back for the summer.

The view of the lake is beautiful, the house is cute and has everything you need. The game room downstairs is a blast. Beds are very firm and not comfortable.

We had a great week at this lake house! Nick and Jill were so accommodating. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 with tons of space to relax. We loved the kayaking and paddle boating. We saw tons of wildlife including 3 fawns that walked through the yard. There is a large pool a 5 minute walk away which is great for kids. We spent every evening sitting down on the dock and enjoying the sunsets. A great place for a summer getaway!

When we first walked in, we felt the home feel. Very cozy!! The house was very clean and well stocked. Having 2 teens with us, there was penty for them to do. They took the kayaks out and explored the pond. My son actually got me in a kayak for the first time!!! Ping pong and shuffleboard tournaments happened regularly. We took our golden and shepherd. The golden spent time chase sticks into the lake and swimming while our shepherd only went in up to her feel...she is a diva lol After their romps in the water, they lounged on the deck to dry off whilexi read!! Overall a very relaxing mini vacay!! Would highly recommend Nick and Jill's lakehouse!

My brother and I stayed at the house for a couple of nights to celebrate my brother’s birthday and to do some fishing. The stay was great- we had beautiful weather and even caught some nice sized fish. The house was very clean and well stocked, and perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the trolling motor and battery! We only had a couple of questions for Nick and Jill, but they got back to us very quickly with their responses. And the views of the lake were beautiful from the deck. Thanks. Steve

Great place to get away with family. The cherry on top was the boats (including the motor-powered quick addon propeller) and easy access to the dock and lake. Great view of the sunset from the private dock. Excellent communication from the owner. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed for just under a week. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It turned out to be too cold for some of the activities we had hoped to do, such as kayaking, but we thoroughly enjoyed a fairly lazy week relaxing in a beautiful location. There was one minor issue with a coffee maker, but we contacted the owners, more just to let them know that anything, and they had a replacement coffeemaker delivered to the house the next day.

Great property and excellent communication with owners, who thought of all the extras, including information about places in the area to eat, visit and much more. The virtual view of the house was very helpful. While we didn't get a chance to use the paddle boat or kayaks, it was nice they were available. Our only suggestion was to improve the 2 queen mattresses, which were extremely hard. Other than that, all was perfect!

Overall a fantastic stay as this home is in a secure gated area, on the lake, pet friendly, and comes with a variety of boats/kayaks. In addition, we loved the real wood fireplace and central location. Finally, we came during a perfect fall day to witness nature’s beauty of colorful leaves. I do recommend deep cleaning out doors to get rid of the broken items and old toys that may have been left behind. Also, need to put that own bedding and towels upfront as this wasn’t stated till after reservation. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I and our dog loved it there. The view from deck is amazing. Saw deer everyday and even though was raining there is plenty to do inside. The security to get in development is very well done and easy to do after checking in. Will definitely be back.

Our group of two couples really enjoyed our short stay here very much. It was very clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to take advantage of all of the things the property offers like all of the games in the basement, but we were able to kayak. The dock area that has 2 mini beaches which would be wonderful in warmer weather. We watched movies and played x-box on the very nicely sized TV. If you bring kids or dogs there is plenty of outdoor space lakefront. There were even really thoughtful touches like doggie poo bag dispensers on the stair rails both out front and back. We would absolutely recommend this rental and stay here again.

We knew this property when the house was built. My In-laws owned it
Its now a Rental. With the rules about the land must of changed We were looking to reinforce our memories of "The Brown House" . The house was impeccably decorated. we enjoyed our getaway using all the toys that came with the Rental.

Property was clean and you can not beat the privacy and location of being right on the lake. All outdoor equipment was provided (kayaks, paddle boat, tubes, life jackets.) Owners were great with communication, instructions and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended for a family gateway
Everything was just as pictured. Great house, right on the lake. The house was only a short walk from the community pool and playground. Our kids loved spending time by the lake and in the game room when it rained. Great place for some quality family time.

Night, we could not get it to come back on (but that can even happen at home) So we just fished - We will be back!!! Thanks Again!!!

Lovely snow and ski weekend getaway
Great location. Close to skiing and so many other activities. Pretty lake view. We enjoyed the fireplace and the kids loved the basement entertainment options. The beds are firm, so if that’s not your preference consider bringing a bed topper with you. The owners were very responsive to our needs. We are already thinking about a return trip next year. We imagine the summer and Fall would be equally delightful.

Peaceful, beautiful, awesome!
I was looking for a weekend getaway for myself and my family, and it had to be by a lake with some water amenities. This Lakehouse Chalet is perfect. Nick and Jill thought of everything that will give any guest an enjoyable, fun and relaxing home away from home getaway! Next time it will be for a much longer stay! Great find !

Perfect lake house getaway
The location is perfect! The lake with the beachlike entry, the kayaks, boats and floats available. The kids had hours of entertainment and the fish were biting like crazy with worms! The fire pit and and the supplied wood, hammock and swing all tons of fun. I can’t say enough about how clean the house was upon arrival. Everything was as listed and it was a perfect home for us. The location to the pool and playground was also great and a short walk up the road. It’s a quiet street with little traffic! It’s also close to many hiking trails we enjoyed…tobbyhanna state park, mt airy trail network and knauf preserve and many stores are only about 10 minutes away if you need to go grab something …Starbucks, Walmart, Lowe, shoprite, liquor store, weis, cvs and many restaurants as well. Location, accommodations and Jill & Nick all get 5 stars! We will likely be back again!

This house is everything it advertises and more! We had such a lovely time. The layout of the house is perfect, the lake views are gorgeous, and there were enough activities and amenities to please our teen AND our first grader. Looking forward to another visit next year!

Very nice, comfortable, cozy home on the lake. Loved all of the boats and kayaks. Really enjoyed getting up close to all of the deer roaming the neighborhood.

Perfect place for a quiet break from life
Enjoyed my time at the lake house. Weather cooperated for days out on the dock and the lake. Firepit, fireplace and the grill were used most days along with meals on the deck. Had to make one adjustment as a cardinal banged repeatedly into the one bedroom window each morning around 5:30am. Realized the mirror on the opposite wall was showing its' reflection. Other than that a restful retreat.

This is the best home ever. Quite honestly, this home has been my best experience yet! The location, cleanliness and attention to detail was above and beyond par! Purchased a lifejacket for our fur baby-we all loved going out on the beautiful lake! The responsiveness of Nick/Jill was awesome. To describe this experience 1) a pet-friendly home(the cleanest I have ever seen) 2) Very well equipped in kitchen, bathroom, outside etc. 3) Have you ever rented a home fully quipped with lightbulbs, batteries, extra poop bags, and absolutely the best instructions on how to operate everything in the home? So many little touches that made our stay so very enjoyable, and spoke volumes about the property owners. We cannot wait to return next year! Thank you so much!
