From check-in to departure, we enjoyed our stay. The blue door, the location (walking distance to the beach),the well appointed kitchen, the furnishings and deck, made for a relaxing and perfect visit to New Hampshire. The condo is located in Rye not far from Petey’s and Portsmouth. A special thank you to Hemmat, the property manager who was incredibly responsive to our needs.

Excellent property for a short or long stay. Communication with the owners was great and check in was seamless. The property was very clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were a nice size. We especially appreciated the bed in the master bedroom as it was super comfortable and we slept like babies. You can't beat the location a mere block and a half from Jenness beach. Also, very short drive to Portsmouth and all the other great Seacoast towns in Southern NH and over the bridge to Maine. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked another stay this winter. Highly recommend!

Location! Location! Location! Just a quick walk to beautiful Cable Beach access. Comfortable beach chairs provided by host. Fabulous accommodation. The house is well-designed and outfitted for long stays. I especially appreciated the cable tv. The host truly anticipates anything a guest could require. Five stars!

Blue Door is a fully equipped, modern home in a quiet, neighbourhood with mature trees, just steps from beautiful Jenness Beach. The sun deck is perfect for early morning coffee or tea, and late afternoon refreshments. Close to Rye Harbor, Portsmouth and Hampton. Easy check-in and check-out, you won’t want to leave!

The Blue Door townhouse in Rye was a wonderful place to stay. It was bigger than the photos implied - what a change! - and very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were nice and roomy. The patio and back yard were large and a nice extension of the house. A really nice section of Rye Beach was just steps away and we were close to other parts of the NH and ME coastlines. What a wonderful place in a great location. Hemmat could not have been a more responsive host! Highly recommend! 5 stars all around.

This is the highlight of our summer every year! The house is fantastic. Location, and amenities, are perfect and now a beautiful deck has been added! When we were not on the beach or out exploring, we enjoyed the deck for dinner or just hanging out. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Our family had another wonderful stay at the Blue Door. The property was meticulously maintained and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the open concept made it comfortable for everyone. The new beautiful back deck was a relaxing area to enjoy our morning coffee and meals. Really nice place with easy access to the ocean and beautiful views not far away. Very clean and welcoming. Add shows a deck and outdoor layout. Unfortunately, we were not notified that we would not have access to the deck, grill, or yard until two days prior to arrival. That was one of the reasons for choosing the property. The deck is being extended and the workers were there each day during my stay with the neighbors stopping by to regularly chat with them. Hopefully, the work will be completed for the renters.

This property is very well maintained. We found the home very clean and tidy. Interaction with the owner(s) was easy and communication very timely. We’ve been vacationing in this area for multiple years but have not rented here until this year. We thought this home was perfect! We will rent here again.

The Blue Door at Rye beach was perfect for our family. Very comfortable, quiet, and accessible to everything. It is a beautiful property, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great with a short walk to the beach. We liked the layout of the property with the bedroom upstairs, the spacious downstairs, and the outside deck. Blue Door at Rye Beach is a beautiful property, very comfortable, modern and an easy 2 minute walk to fabulous Jenness State Beach. It is in a very nice neighborhood and is a short drive to Portsmouth shops and restaurants. We would recommend Blue Door for a Seacoast vacation without hesitation!

Bring me back! This property is right across the street from the beach access. We enjoyed the high ceilings, the layout, and the clean smell as soon as we walked in. We spent days at the beach and nights grilling and chilling. I went for morning runs in the neighborhood, admiring the New England charm. My kids enjoyed the stay as well! When we needed a break from the beach, Portsmouth was a quick drive for shopping and seaport ambiance. 10/10.

This was an extremely wonderful property. Exactly as photographed and even more spacious than you would think! As advertised its literally a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach! This is a duplex with a very quiet long term tenant with two dogs that we never heard the whole time we were there. The neighbors next door, Trudy and Richard were complete gems to meet. They even brought us over more games to play! Onto the home itself......The master bed is so comfortable and Eastern King (which my husband and I prefer), The linens were very comfortable. Our two boys slept in the 2nd bedroom on the two twins and they had no trouble sleeping. To my absolute delight, the upstairs bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath tub which was wonderful to come home to after a hike. The downstairs just has a toilet but its really roomy and bright. Perfect to do your makeup down there. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to get around. The Refrigerator water and ice maker are not hooked up to water so we made our own ice with the ice cube trays provided. The tap water is delicious! The dining room table made for a wonderful place to have meals and play games and the bar was perfect for breakfast. The outside space was gorgeous. The table and chairs were comfy. You do share the backyard with the tenant next door but I didn't see him out there once in our 9 days there. There were no adirondack chairs when we were there. There is just the one tv downstairs which was fine for us but I just wanted to let you know. All is all a 5 out of 5 for everything!!!! New hampshire is magical and I can't wait to come back! Hemmat was fantastic to deal with. We only had one issue that was taken care of promptly. Thank you for everything Hemmat!!!!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we needed. Lovely beach walks in the morning. The only thing we didn’t realize was that it was a duplex but that didn’t matter for what we needed. Overall a very nice stay and we would stay there again.

The house was terrific, clean, well equipped and right down the street from Jenness Beach in Rye...easy walk. We stayed for 3 weeks. Very convenient...close to Portsmouth and Newington NH with plenty of shopping nearby including grocery stores.

We had yet another wonderful stay at this lovely home one block from Rye beach. Even in the quieter winter months this house is perfect. With its very high ceilings and open plan downstairs the main floor allows for a lovely time together. While the rooms upstairs allow for quiet and privacy. I grew up in the area and my partner and I rented the place to have a space to stay with family by the beach for Christmas. The house was very cozy and homey and had everything we needed. It’s a block to the beach for walks and a block from a small market w coffee and breakfast / lunch options. Such a relaxing home and visit.

I grew up in this area and know it well. This VRBO is very true to the listing and my husband and I stayed here while working remotely and visiting my elderly Mother nearby. The property has been updated in recent years - very tastefully in decor that aligns with the Rye area. While we were not often there during the day, it was worth the $ as a quiet getaway in a serene location, just steps from my most favorite part of Rye Beach. Will definitely be back!

The house was great. Convenient to everything. We went to Freeport, Portland and Portsmouth. Shopping and restaurants were great. The home was spotless and very comfortable. Would stay there again.

This was our first rental with VRBO and this property set the bar really high for future trips. Fantastic house in a great location. Easy access to the beach at the end of the street. Wonderful backyard. All of the appliances anyone would need. Great communication with the owner. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was very relaxing. Will definitely try to stay when we come to NH again next spring!

This property is very relaxing and a great location to go to different states if you choose too. Only 1 hr from Salem,MA and Portland,ME. 2 hrs to Vermont. Plus the beach is right there and there are sidewalks to walk. Great house.

We had such a lovely vacation with this house as our home base. It is SO close to the beach, and we very much enjoyed walking over there everyday. The home has everything you need, including beach chairs and beach towels. And perhaps most importantly, the house was very clean and we felt safe during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

What an amazing stay! Everything was perfect - the house was exactly as represented and the owner was quick in answering questions! I hope to be back next summer!
