Situé à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la baie de West Grand Traverse, "The Suite Up North" se situe au cœur de Traverse City, à proximité de tout. Ce quartier résidentiel calme est parfait si vous recherchez une retraite tranquille mais souhaitez être en ville. 3 chambres et 1 1/2 salles de bains sur deux niveaux. 6 personnes.

Marchez jusqu'au centre-ville, au festival national des cerises, au festival du film de Traverse City et aux plages de la baie ouest de Grand Traverse. Le parc F & M se trouve juste de l’autre côté de la rue et possède une superbe aire de jeux et une patinoire en hiver. Cette ville est un délice pour les gourmands avec tant de restaurants à choisir!

I absolutely love this place. I was able to have a nice vacation during the cherry festival with my daughter, daughter in law, and two little grand daughters. Everything is within walking distance. There is a playground across the street with kids’ activities. You can see the water, hear the music from the concerts, see the air show, and see the fireworks all from the balcony. Clean. Was able to cook all meals and all be together instead of trying to figure out motel rooms. It was our second year doing this. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

This was the perfect stay for my daughter’s Traverse City wedding. The place and location were perfect. I would stay there again on my next trip to TC.

6 adults stayed here for a girls weekend and the condo was just as great as advertised. Close enough to walk to Front St. shopping and dining. Layout is perfect and we were very comfortable. Only thing missing is chairs on the deck to enjoy being outdoors and take in the partial bay view. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for everything we wanted to do in downtown TC. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate to accommodate all three couples in our group which was great. We were allowed early check in as well.

This property is right off Front Street. It was an easy walk or short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was in great shape. Perfect for our needs.

We spend a week in Traverse City every summer. This was our first time staying in this unit and we were very happy with our experience. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. The bedrooms and kitchen were all thoughtfully furnished and the smart tv was a nice added bonus. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach multiple times throughout the week. My kids enjoyed the park across the street, as well. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future!

Accommodations for 6 were great- but a 6th seat in the living room would have been good-location was great close to everything in TC. Would be good to have check out@11…since we needed to empty the dishwasher/ stock …made for a hand wash in the AM. All loved it and would come again.

This is more of an FYI for the owner, not meant to be a complaint. When we first arrived, we instantly noticed a horrible smell as soon as we opened the door. We could tell it was gas. After going to investigate, we noticed one of the knobs on the gas stove was left on. It seemed that maybe someone noticed the smell prior because the bathroom door next to kitchen was open with fan left on. It took several hours for the gas smell to go away. Also, the condo door was not locked when we arrived. Again, not a negative review for the condo or our stay, but thought someone should know.

We came into town for a wedding, the place was perfect. It was my husband and I, his brother and wife, and my father in law. Beds were comfy and had enough furniture for the five of us to sit. Hoping to come back in the summer!!

The location is perfect. Just steps to downtown with many outstanding restaurants and lots of interesting shops. The water view is also a plus from both balconies.
There are a few concerns with this property which can’t be overlooked.
There was a lack of basic kitchen essentials from dish towels to eating utensils and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc). Also, there were not enough towels, washcloths, bath mats for the two bathrooms. No soaps, lotions or shampoo.
The front door was a hazard as the closer is improperly installed which causes it to slam shut and not completely open. This made it difficult to go in and out especially with luggage.
Finally, the furniture and carpets need to be deep cleaned as they were very dirty. The coffee and dining tables both had significant chips and dings.

Our family of 6 adults (3 couples) visited Traverse City for the weekend. With 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and two full bathrooms this condo was very comfortable. We made use of the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. The living room was large enough for all of us to sit and socialize. The location was great. It is easy walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and microbrews. It is a 10 minute drive from Mission Penninsula and wineries. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at these condos before, and they’re all pretty similar. What I loved about this one was 3 bedrooms. We celebrated our anniversary with our adult children and everyone had their own space. Location is prime if you want to walk to dinners, bars and even the West Bay. If you have kids, there’s a nice park right across the street. The place was clean and well equipped.

Nice condo and perfect location
After being there for a day we noticed that the floors hadn't been swept or cleaned. (I did it). The bathtub drain was draining very slowly- we cleaned out the disgusting drain of hair, etc. The downstairs shower is very slippery and needs non-slip strips or something.
Dusting hadn't been done on any of the lamps. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all cooking needs. The refrigerator water/ice didn't work but there were ice trays and filtered water in the refrigerator. Bath mats would have been nice. We wish it had a garage to store 5 bikes.

Location is great!
We lived the access to Front street and the Cherry Festival. The condo had everything we needed including blankets for the chilly Michigan weather, extra towels and patio chairs.
We were not aware of the steep steps to climb to het into the unit. Luckily we are in great shape so this didn't matter too much. Unfortunately there is no railing as you go out of the unit and my 80 year old mom fell. She was fine as she just missed the bottom step but unfortunately fell face down, her wrist was swollen but not broken and the only issue she was worried about were her favorite pair of shoes glasses that were broken. We were grateful and honestly this was not her first fall.
We had delightful neighbors and enjoyed the week!
