Everything was great, good experience, overall we were very happy with the hotel, the staff were very friendly, cleaning was excellent, always very clean, only lacked a shelf in the shower for shampoo and shower gel, but this is a small thing. But it would have been nice to be able to provide for this. The food is very good, the chef prepares breakfasts from the morning, everything is fresh and tasty, but there is nothing from fish products , for me this was a big disadvantage as this is what I always eat for breakfast.

Unfortunately there is a huge electric wire right in front of the hotel, it spoils the view from the room a bit, but it is certainly not the hotel's fault. The hotel gives a -30% discount on dinner as well as on hotel products(sunscreens,etc). It is written everywhere, we were also invited to the first dinner with the words that there is a good discount for hotel residents. But unfortunately when we checked out we realised that we did not get it, not for dinner, not for hotel products. This was strange.. but to charge us extra for little memoza drink, no one forgot. We thought it was included. (No one said anything at the breakfast) Since usually in 5* star hotels prosseco for breakfast is norm. But not here, it is also a small thing, but still worth noting. If you are a fan, like us, of a glass of Prosecco for breakfast, just to let u know, it is only for an additional cost. Despite all the little minuses, it did not negatively affect our holiday in any way, everything was fine. Thank you. It's just better to be aware of such little things for future visitors and maybe it will be fixed by the hotel to be even better.

elevated location with amazing views of the sea and other islands. fabulous sunsets. great food and exceptional service. beautiful spacious suite with wonderful terrace and hot tub.

although spectacular, the location is remote. you can’t walk out to the beach, restaurants etc but transport is provided

Here is a quick story from our honeymoon stay: You wake up looking at one of the best views in the blue & turquoise Aegean Sea. Head down to restaurant, walking along the beautifully designed modern Cycladic architecture of the hotel and the smell of lavender flowers. You enter the restaurant where the friendly staff kindly greet you and seat you at a table overlooking Psarou beach. You order from a well-curated menu and receive dishes that are practically in artwork in taste and design. Right next to the restaurant is the pool overlooking the amazing view, so you grab a light drink and enter the cooling waters and strike up a conversation with other cool guests. As you're getting out, the hotel concierge arrives with a kind smile to let you know that they're ready for your couples massage in your room and they've arranged everything for your afternoon horse ride on the beach. They've organized everything for you. Life is so good, you cannot believe it. - This was an actual day from our trip. The hotel itself is an extremely well crafted experience. Concierge team attends to your every need and arranges the best possible activities for you. They have curated lists of locations and vendors for every activity possible and will make sure that you get the best treatment when you get there. (Trust them for everything) Definitely recommend - this place is a category on its own and deserves a 10+ score really. Will come back whenever we can.
