Bienvenue à San Clemente, le village espagnol près de la mer!
Cette propriété avec vue sur l'océan est à 4 min. marcher vers la jetée; plages et a 5 min. marcher jusqu'au charmant centre-ville. Vous trouverez des restaurants incroyables, des bars à vin et d'excellents magasins. Chaque dimanche, il y a un marché de producteurs. Le premier dimanche de chaque mois, propose une foire Art & Craft. Tout pour votre plaisir!
Nos plages sont réputées pour le surf, le bodyboard, le paddle board et la natation. Le sentier de la plage est excellent pour une belle course du matin.
L'espace
Récemment rénové 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, dispose de deux balcons spacieux. Une avec vue sur l'océan! Plan d'étage très spacieux et ouvert, avec de hauts plafonds. Cheminée confortable dans le salon. Confortable et tranquille Beaucoup de place pour les jeux de table et autres divertissements.
La chambre principale comprend:
Lit king-size, dressing, commode, coffre et téléviseur 32 pouces, salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche et balcon privé
Caractéristiques de la deuxième chambre:
Lit queen size, grand placard et une commode.
Caractéristiques de la troisième chambre:
Deux lits jumeaux, avec une table de chevet avec des tiroirs pour votre usage et un porte-bagages.
Les 2 chambres partagent une salle de bain complète pratique dans le couloir.

Our family ver much enjoyed our stay at the “Near the Beach” condo. The location was close enough to the beach that even our 4 year walked it without complaint. Thank you Lilly for your communication and waiting up for us when our flight was delayed. We’ll book again in the future.😊

My Husband and two teenage kids took our spring break vacation to San Clemente and absolutely fell in love! This condo was the perfect place for us to stay in between our many day trips to Disney, San Diego, La Jolly. The beach, all the shops, restaurants and the pier made our trip absolutely perfect. The condo was so beautiful, clean and spacious. Working with Lily was such a pleasure! Thank you!

This was by far our best rental in the coastal cities in 5 years. Everything about this property was exceptional- the hostess was so kind and available. The garage spaces were so nice to have- very clean and easy to access. The unit itself was so incredibly clean- all of the items in it were very nice- not the typical cheap rental stuff- nice dishes and silverware, quiet dishwasher- full size refrigerator and soft, sturdy towels. Very short walking distance to beach and shops- the free trolley is a huge bonus. There are two nice balconies- the back one is a little less desirable than the one off the bedroom, but still nice. We were here for our annual sisters’ trip, and we go to a different city each year- this is our favorite rental of all that we’ve tried. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

It's always important that a property is actually as advertised, and this home was clean, well equipped, close to the beach, and had additional features such as artwork that made it feel like home.
The host also added some thoughtful touches such as laundry supplies, and some snacks.

The property was perfect for all 6 of us. Great location to restaurants and the beach. The Condo was extremely clean and Lilly was quick to respond if I had a question. The evenings were cool so no need for air conditioning. All the windows have screens so we enjoyed the ocean breezes . Would definitely stay there again when visiting.

First off, the property manager is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. The location is fantastic... a six-minute walk to the beach? YES, PLEASE! All of the appliances were in perfect working order. Property was very clean and the layout of the rooms was great. Appreciated having garages to park in. No a/c but the fans installed in the rooms and the portable fans were more than able to keep us cool - there is a fantastically cool ocean breeze that comes in the west-facing screen door. Neighborhood felt safe. Neighbors were really nice. Would 100% stay here again!

We came out for a college friends wedding but kids were not allowed so my parents came with to stay with the kids. The space was perfect for all of us. It was very spacious and bigger than what you would think. We loved that the garage and full laundry was included. Usually advertising is off regarding distances but it was such a quick and beautiful walk to the beach. The place was perfect and we loved our quick vacation and definitely plan on using this location again to visit our friends in San Clemente.

We had the best time in Lily’s beautiful home! The space was immaculate and extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with basic spices, coffee and lots of fun glassware! The bathrooms even had high quality shampoo and conditioner along with nicely scented hand soaps! There is a ton of space and our group of 6 was able to play games around the dining table and comfortably watch movies on the sofa! The fireplace on our cold weekend was a total plus!! It is a short walk into town where there are fun shops and delicious restaurants! The sweetest touch was the cute tray in each bedroom with water and hand lotion to wrap up our day!! We would absolutely stay with Lily again!!

It was our families third time staying at Lily’s property and we had another great weekend! Always clean with everything you need we used the beach chairs and boogie boards she provides for a day at the beach which is a 10 minute walk! The location is ideal for restaurants as well and if you decide to cook the kitchen has everything you will need. Had a great time and will be staying here again.

Our family was in town for several wedding events which kept us busy, so we didn’t use the kitchen really or spend much time at the unit, except for sleeping. The condo was spacious and comfortable and certainty met our needs and expectations. The location was walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and our events, which was great. The host was friendly and helpful.

The property was even nicer than the pictures. Very nicely decorated. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of blankets, pillows etc. All bedding was very clean, along with the whole house. The house came equipped with everything we could need. A short walk to the pier, ocean, shops, restaurants, etc. Lily the host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent again next time we are out.

The unit was perfect for our family. It was just the right size and there was a garage for the car and the beach gear. We were able to leave the car on the garage for most of the trip because it was an easy walk to the beach and to town. I highly recommend this rental.

House was clean upon arrival! Got in early too. Found a really nice place just minutes to the beach in really great shape. Home had everything we needed. Nice and comfortable beds, a kitchen with new pots and pans, utensils, and some basic items in the cabinets. We had access to the garage but just parked in the street. Home had 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and 2 boogie boards. We all found the home very comfortable and enjoyed our week long vacation. San Clemente is a great place to spend time and is close to other world class beaches and activities. Thanks Lily

Very clean and comfortable.
Very clean and I'm picky when it comes to clean. Linens are very soft and beds are comfy but on the firm side. One of the few properties that includes 2 garages. Only negative is the view from the balcony includes a telephone pole with lots of wires. However, for the price you shouldn't expect a view. Would stay here again. Owner is very nice and responds quickly to messages.

Everything was great. Location was fantastic.
3 min walk to the beach short walk to downtown. House was very clean. We had some difficulty finding the place since we drove in at night. Lily met us and showed us the way. I didn’t not expect that from a host, we will definitely be returning.
