Comfortable home near center of Edgartown.
Cette maison confortable et charmant est situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville Edgartown avec de grands magasins, cinéma, port tranquille et restaurants fabuleux. A 5 minutes en voiture vous rendre à la plage tranquille État ou d'un lecteur de 10 minutes vous amènera à le grondement de l'océan à South Beach. Il est situé à proximité de toutes les routes principales de l'île, ce qui en fait un tour facile à l'un des autres villes et des attractions de l'Île. Il est juste sur la ligne de bus si vous voulez laisser votre voiture derrière pour la journée. Cette maison dispose de quatre chambres nettes chacune avec une bonne taille placard. La cuisine a été juste rénové avec une cuisinière à gaz, comptoir de granit et une péninsule de granit où un petit groupe peut se réunir pour manger. Il dispose également d'une bonne table de cuisine de taille et porte coulissante en verre sur le patio. Il ya beaucoup de lumière. L'épicerie locale est juste autour du coin. Le salon confortable dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et DVR pour regarder des films sur les jours de pluie. Il est un plan d'étage ouvert. Il ya de beaux planchers de bois franc. L'extérieur est un patio meublé avec barbecue au gaz, grande cour pour les jeux de pelouse et une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide. Air conditionné dans tout avec des commandes dans chaque chambre. Il y a un panier de basket pour la pratique à l'extérieur. Nous avons des billets de ferry disponibles pour les semaines commençant les 8, 15, 29 et 5 août.

22 Curtis Lane exceeded our expectations in every way!
Jane was fantastic responding to our various questions prior to our arrival, and the house came equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation in Edgartown. The open layout is ideal for families, and the location around the corner from the grocery store and short walk to downtown couldn't be better. We hope to come back to 22 Curtis Lane next year!

Jane is such a great host and was so accommodating with everything we asked… she even allowed us to check out a little late since she was on her way and wanted to meet us. She and her husband are lovely people, the house location is perfect!! We consider the house our home away from hoMe! Until next year!

Best MV Vacation to date!!
There aren’t t enough great things to say about the beautiful house or Jane, the host. She was very responsive and understanding when we needed and extra 30 minutes to check out. The house is so spacious and functional for our family of 6. It’s also a 5-10 minute walk to the. downtown action - restaurants, shops, ferry to Chappy and much more! It was overall one of the. Eat vacations we’ve ever had on the vineyard!! Highly Recommend…

Perfect Vacation Home
Our family of 4 (me, my husband & 18 & 16 year old sons) decided we needed a break from our 3+months Covid-19 routine. As Massachusetts residents we didn't want to leave the State, so we decided to take a vacation to Martha's Vineyard since none of us had ever been before. We found this adorable rental on VRBO that had everything we were looking for in a vacation home; comfortable bedrooms, a roomy living room, beautiful kitchen & patio with an outdoor shower ( a must for a beach home). We were able to walk or bike to town & the beach which was almost faster than driving at certain times of day. The house is on a really quiet street even though it is conveniently located near town & a main street with lots of traffic.
The owners were so welcoming, accommodating & easy to work with. They were quick to answer any questions. They have put a lot of love & care into this house & it shows. We really loved the paintings... they are REAL artwork..not the haphazard posters you find in many rentals.
Bottom line: this house was awesome & we would give it 10 stars if we could. THANK YOU, Jane!

Wonderful
This is our third time staying at this house and we absolutely love it. Everything is perfect, the location is wonderful, and communication is impeccable. There are two very comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. And two very comfortable bedrooms downstairs in the basement with a bathroom. Great house.

Wedding on the Vineyard
House was perfect for what we needed. Nice open floor plan and comfortably fit all 8. Only one drawback was having to provide your own bed linens and towels, bit of an inconvenience to have to make up and strip beds. Weather was beautiful so we we could walk pretty much everywhere. Very convenient location.

This is really a wonderful house. It’s extremely comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen to make a wonderful meal. The location can’t be beat. It’s a quick 5 to 10 minute walk into town, and you are right on the bike path which can get you anywhere. This is truly a wonderful house on the island.

Wonderful Property, owner very responsive!
We used this beautiful property for a family vacation. The home is bright and comfortable. Great place for kids, I came packing my own horde. The house was large enough to easily accommodate a big crowd, but intimate enough for just a couple. The cleanliness made my wife and I feel very comfortable. The house is located close enough to a main street to make quick trips to the market easy, but not so close as to disturb the local tranquility. The proximity to beaches (State Beach for the tots) made for very easy day trips out. We will be staying there again!

Wonderful Vacation Home!
This beautiful home is the perfect place for our family to gather! It is a short walk to downtown Edgartown where we enjoyed the art galleries, shops and restaurants. A quick bike ride takes you to quiet state beach and the jumping bridge. This lovely home has plenty of room and a beautiful new kitchen. We will definitely stay here again and very highly recommend it!

Best Ever!
We love this house! We have been going for 11 years and each year we enjoy it more. The owner, Jane, is very responsive to our questions. It is so comfortable to sit around on rainy days and play games with the family. Great kitchen for cooking and hanging around. We can walk to everything or ride our bikes or sometimes we even take the bus. The bus is right down the street and we can put our bikes on there and go to Oak Bluffs, or South Beach, or anywhere on the island. Wonderful home for a vacation!

Great House, Great Location
Loved our stay at the Vineyard. We had a family wedding in Edgartown and the house was walking distance from everything. The home comfortably housed our group of eight adults. I liked that there was plenty of common living space for everyone to socilaize. Being close to town, bike trails, beaches and fishing spots allowed us to able do our own things. One never felt stranded if they did not go where the cars were going. The house was clean and the owner responded immediately to a question about a possible malfunction of an appliance. As it turned out, there was no problem. We would gladly rent this house again.

Great house - bigger then she looks and cuter then she looks in these photos. Lovely part of town near the spin cycle and grocery store. Easy ride into town and access to beaches. Big lot with lots of yard for the kids to play catch etc. Thank you

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend!
My wife and I along with 2 other couples enjoyed a long weekend on the Vineyard. The accommodations in this lovely home were very satisfying and comfortable. The home was clean and welcoming.

What a wonderful place!
This is a great house and a perfect location. The house is so spacious and comfortable. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. The house is an easy walk to town, yet on a quiet residential street. Stop and Shop is just steps away which is really convenient. All four bedrooms are extremely comfortable; the kitchen is beautiful and new; and the yard is spacious both in front and back with a nice grill and patio. We felt at home the minute we walked in and for the whole week we were there. The house is also located right on the bike path which is convenient to get everywhere. Jane, the host, was very quick to respond via email and/or phone. The house is very spacious, with a huge laundry room fully stocked. The kitchen is also well-equipped to cook any meal. Jane also went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a small timing issue with our travels and Jane went completely out of her way to make it work well for us. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We walked downtown everyday to the shops and restaurants. It is close to the bike path so we would ride to State Beach, South Beach and Oak Bluffs. House was nice and clean with great kitchen, patio, private yard, a few tv's, wifi, air conditioning. It's very comfortable and homey. Owner was always available by text, phone or email if we had any questions or wanted suggestions.

Our family enjoyed this rental because it was clean, and walking distance to all the restaurants and activities in Edgartown. The big kitchen was key for an open layout of entertaining our family. The yard was spacious both front and back. The convenience of the grocery store, fish market, bike rental....made it easy to get our errands done faster and have more time to enjoy the island. I recommend this rental for anyone who wants a layed back island experience.

Great House...Unbelievable Kitchen
The house is set up where 1 family or couple can stay down stairs and another family can stay upstairs and have privacy. Great open kitchen and the back yard is spacious and private enough to have your own little picnic. Very close too shopping and eating. Most importantly Jane makes it very easy to work with her!!!

Just wonderful
My family loves staying in this perfect home away from home! This summer we spent our thirteenth year in this wonderful home in Edgartown. It is located a short walk from the center of town where we enjoy the art galleries, restaurants, and fishing off the dock. It is a minute away from Stop and Shop; a nice bike ride from Oak Bluffs. The house is open and airy with a bright and sunny updated kitchen. There are plenty of bedrooms and a nice yard for playing bocce and eating outdoors. The homeowners are great, return calls and emails promptly. Some of our favorite places are South Beach, Cottage City in Oak Bluffs, and sunsets in Menemsha. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. It is the perfect home to spend your summer vacation.

Great close to town location.
The house is in a great location and is walking distance to downtown Edgartown, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Although close to everything you need, the house is on a quiet side street. The house has been newly re-done and has a beautiful kitchen and was very comfortable. Plenty of space for family dinners and entertaining, both inside and outside on the patio. We would definitely plan another stay!
