our kids love the water park and pool in back! they was able to enjoy the water and the water slide! I loved the space and how clean everything was! my husband and I agreed that we will stay again when we return to Florida!!

The kitchen is very spacious and nice. Parking was great and right in front of the door. The view from the pool was amazing because it’s a like behind it. The checking process was very easy and host communicated fast before during and after our stay very nice as well.

Extra fees at clubhouse for various things including towels, putt putt, food, drinks, chairs, paddle boats, THE SIZE OF THE INTER-TUBES FOR LAZY RIVER WAS RIDICULOUS (NOBODY/ADULT AT THE CLUBHOUSE COULD FIT AND THAT MADE IT NOT ENJOYABLE, I WATCHED EVERY GUEST COMPLAIN).

The location was great. It was nice to have a private pool.
It wasn’t completely clean. The bath mats had hair on them and there was food crumbs in the couch area. I wasn’t a big fan of the kids bedroom being on the first floor. The worst part was we happened to check the windows our first night and all of the lower level windows were unlocked including the kids room. I didn’t sleep great worrying that the kids were going to be safe.

The property as listed AS NEW It certainly had been used The TVs did not work in the living room as well as the bedroom. The house was advertised for 10 people There was not enough to set for 8 as well as the silverware. The cooking utensils were nil. The oven was filthy and did not use The stove was a disaster as well as the dish washer and the washer and dryer They all needed repair. The kitchen sink had a leak and the water ran from the cupboardThe house was nice and clean on the whole but needs to be repaired to be rented as advertised

The private pool was amazing. Everything was clean and welcoming. The host immediately helped us when we arrived - checked in with us later. We would stay here again for sure!! Beautiful.
