Unit was exactly as advertised. Owner was very flexible with a late check out time on our last day.

The property is large, clean and well stocked with necessary supplies, and the owner/manager Jackie quicky responded to questions and issues that came up during our stay. Lots of shops and restaurants in Canmore, and it is only a 25 minutes to Sunshine and 45 minutes to Lake Louise by highway so travel to those mountains is pretty easy. Our group enjoyed our stay.

The location is close to town - walking distance, close to some walking and running paths! The layout of the condo is perfect for large groups, plenty of privacy and lots of bathrooms. Heated garage is a big plus as we were tuning skis in the garage. The owner was responsive to our needs and requests for information. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes and a big dining table. The property was decorated well. We enjoyed the heated floors. Overall this was a comfortable stay with nice Mountain View’s.

Great place for 4 couples. 4 Large bedrooms and bathroom in each room. Large kitchen and dining table for 8. Walking distance to downtown and 15 min to Banff. We had a wonderful stay!

We had the most amazong stay here and Jackie was an absolute professional with the check in and date adjustments. She was amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

As advertised, no surprises! If I had a critique it would be lack of enough kitchen utensils.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 and the amenities were great! The views were stunning and the house was withing walking distance of Canmore (which is a beautiful city). It was a great place for our family vacation and the Rockies are amazing!

We were here for my sons wedding - a lot of family from around the US. The condo was in a great location with easy access to sights and the church, restaurants, etc. we had pizza from rocket twice! Jackie was great to work with responsive to any needs, although the house was well appointed with everything we needed. I will point out that there are a lot of stairs. My 83 yo mom did fine though! It wouldn’t be ideal if you needed a main floor bedroom or living space.

Plenty of room for Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa and two kids. We’ll stocked. Convenient location. Multi-level was fine for us.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this property. Everything was modern, clean and spacious. Location easy off the highway and close to downtown Canmore and Safeway for groceries. The only thing to note is that this is a multi level home with many stairs. This may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise everything was perfect for our group of 8.

Had a great experience, Jackie has great communication and the place is perfect for a large group. The fridge handle popped off as soon as we got to the home and Jackie had someone come by and fix it later that night. Would recommend!

We rented this condo for the weekend to celebrate my daughters up coming wedding. We had 9 girls and the condo provided lots of room for everyone. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with two sinks and the living space was very roomy. However, this condo is in desperate need of TLC. All the walls have damage or are in need of cleaning. Some of the furniture is damaged (ripped), there was a cracked window and broken screen in the top floor bedroom, wonky door in one of the showers and door handle on fridge was broken. The towels provided were small and cheap and bedding didn’t fit the bed size. You can tell that when this condo was built it was a beauty and if it was kept up it would be considered a luxury condo but sadly not any longer. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality items and had everything you would need. Air conditioning was also appreciated on a hot weekend in Canmore.

Main bedroom on suite. Loose toilet seat. Kept coming loose. No tools to fix. Should be tightened

Great location and property

Beautiful and clean home. Our group enjoyed our stay at Jackie's home. We highly recommend this place for anyone heading to the mountains for the week.

First time I have ever been disappointed with a VRBO. I have to give props for the location as well as for having a 4 room/4 bath home with places for 8 of us to spread out, and we were allowed to drop items early in the garage, however, there were enough ‘not so great’ items that I would look elsewhere if staying in Canmore again. A bed leg was broken and when we called Jackie, his carpenter took the other legs off as the fix- slept on a mattress on the floor. We each had one bath towel, one washcloth and hand towel for 10 days. And these were cheap, mismatching towels. Stains on duvet covers. Had to call to get extra pillow cases as there were lots of extra pillows- no cases. As far as the kitchen- don’t plan on cooking much. 2 kitchen towels and dish cloths only. No hot mitts, pots were a garage sale collection without lids, no crockpot and when I called was told he did not prepare one- same with a large stockpot. One measuring cup and one 1/4 measuring teaspoon. Just random items thrown together as kitchen supplies. All that and a pull out cabinet for garbage that is broken and falls off the track on your foot every time you open it. Parking was misleading. You can get one truck in the driveway. If you have large cars, you’ll park on the street fighting to find a place each night. There were holes in our bedroom wall and one in the other master bathroom. Place needs a LOT of TLC.

Property was great for our party of 4 couples and 2 children. Lots of room, close to amenities. Owner was very accommodating.

The Unit is nicely decorated although some areas need repairs including left sink in master, garbage bin in kitchen and hood fan/ lights over kitchen stove. The kitchen has a range of pots and pans, dishes and glasses which is great for a group of 8 but is light on dish towels and there are no oven gloves.

For our daughters wedding weekend this was the PERFECT venue. The bridesmaids were able to have hair and makeup done while snacking on breakfast. More than enough space for the entire bridal party after the wedding. Rave reviews from everyone who stopped in to visit as well! Great customer service. Very easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to book again!

The property completely suited our family needs. It provided us with an opportunity to spend time together in one location. The large common areas were especially appropriate for visiting and sharing our time together. Great bedroom and bathroom areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Pool access was confusing. Children went to pool just down from our rental and were told Mercer 10 was not included for to use it but attendant gave them a pass to use anyway.

This place is WOW! Very clean, super easy check-in and check out process and the owner is so accommodating and easily accessible through text.

This property and host were amazing. Very accommodating and the unit had everything we needed for our trip. Canmore was lovely and the drive into Banff was easy. Unit was clean and the host was available whenever we needed her. We had a couple of nights where neighbors were partying, but that is not the host's fault in any way. Some people are just inconsiderate. I will stay here again if we ever have another opportunity to travel to the area. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip!

We loved this home during our trip at Banff. The rooms and washrooms are clean and the decors are warm and welcoming without being overwhelming. Jackie was also very responsive to messages and we definitely had a nice time staying at this home.

Perfect place for a larger group! Everyone loved the feel of the place, rooms are a good size and all the bathrooms are amazing! Responded quickly, and easily accommodated to an earlier check in!

We arrived to a very clean home. The finishes are of high quality and beds were very comfortable. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the grocery store, and less to some restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was excellent and there were no issues. We would definitely stay again!

There are a lot of stairs, keep that in mind for your age group. Jackie was quick to bring over some needed supplies. There are some maintenance issues that could use attention. Pull out trash door does not worked properly and the liners do not fit the trash cans. But I would rent again.

Easy check-in, quiet location, convenient access to town and highway. Plenty of room for little ones to play freely.

Check in and checkout was an easy process and the house had everything we needed.
