The location was good but you would want a car. The room was very small but well designed and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We had a view of the back of another unit. It was not the view that we expected and given the price for the size of the property (it is tiny) we had expected a view. Photos attached to show views from side and main window. I think we were unlucky as there were only a few properties that had this really bad outlook. We had to contact the property to get directions as these had not been provided. We were told we would not get these until the day of our arrival. It was as though they were a big secret. This meant that we only got them at the very last minute and in fact, after our checkin time and after chasing again by WhatsApp and we therefore needed data or Wi-Fi to pick them up. And the WhatsApp exchange was frankly rude and not at all welcoming. We had a problem with the electricity as it went off and the owner was very unfriendly and practically cut me off when I called. We did not really see any staff other than for this problem so cannot comment. Another guest accidentally shut themselves out of their room in the freezing temperatures and knocked on our door. I called the owner and again was met with rudeness. The fittings in the unit were cheap. The TV was about the cheapest brand you could get and we were unable to watch anything because you needed to download a specific app. The picture looked such poor quality. It wasn’t really worth watching anyway.

Location has very awesome view, Clean, Quiet, Very big, Cozy room (room has everything and Sauna), The ceiling and windown glass is very clean and transparent, Room also has good view, CP value is excellent. We like this room very much even though we didn't stay during Aurora season, but we still felt perfect to stay with it.

it will be better if we can know where our cabin is. Because of the darkness,it’s a little difficult to find the position of our cabin.

Well located, very nicely furnished with thoughtful touches, high tech little flat.

The staff were difficult to communicate. Despite us emailing many times well in advance, then calling, messaging and emailing for the last 2-3 days we only got through them the final hours- and they seemed to be mad at us for trying to reach them. They did reply the final hours and told us how to get there from the airport, tour companies, etc. It was a nice stay because of the property itself, but the staff need to be more responsive.

The view from the cabin was really nice and the scenery was great. It was a short walk to the observation tower. We were able to see the horizon when we arrived. It was also very close to the top of the cable car where we can use the sleds/ski to slide down for free!

The room was a little cramped.
