Well located , gorgeous views, great food, friendly staff , owners greeted people at dinner, very clean and wonderful spa! Easy parking!

The staff at The reception when we arrived was absolutely wonderfull. Thank you! The infinity pool. Our room with the balkony (311) The stunning mountain view.

The Wine waiter. He didnt gave us time to find a Wine before He was back asking us what we wanted to drink. And on The Third day I ordered a glass og sweet White Wine. He told me, that the only one he sold glasswise was a Trockenbeerenauslese, so I ordered a glass of trockenbeerenauslese because I like that very much. He came back with The glass and sat it on The table and left. I took The glass and walked to The terrasse. On The Way I met The waiter, and I asked him:”Is this really trockenbeerenauslese?”. He replied:” No, it is Eiswein. But that is also good”. So He sold me one Wine and served me a completely different one, without a Word. I never Saw The bottle or was told anything about The Wine, so I dont know what I was drinking. It was arrogant and rude, and The worst experience I have had with a waiter. All The other staff in The restaurant was nice and helpfull.

The rooms were big and luxurious, great views of mtns. Excellent breakfast options. The staff was very attentive.

Poor shuttle bus access to the main gondola.

Customer orientation, very attentive and friendly staff. Hotel owners being present in the evenings and helping out in the restaurant. The dinner was organized for us even though we arrived after dinner time was over. Hotel owners proposed special meals for the kids. Very nice!
