The location looks very modern. Spacious Room

We cannot recommend staying here and here is why: 1) Check-In is from 3pm onwards; We have received a text message at 2:30pm that we are a late check-in and received instructions where to find our room card 2) The room weren't 100% cleaned when we arrived; especially the kitchen 3) Snacks in the kitchen had a best before date 3 months in the past 3) No room service, but they will turn off your A/C and just leave the room 4) A/C is leaking 4) Extra water costs $5 for a small bottle 5) No parking places when you arrive after 5pm as they have a bar and restaurant on the property and these guests are using the few existing parking spots 6) When the restaurant is open, you cannot sleep as the kitchen hood is so noisy. We had to go down at 1am in the night to ask the owner of the restaurant to shut it off. Fun fact; the restaurant closes at 9pm. AND the best part is, we just payed $750 a night. And guess what, yeah right, the owner of the hotel is not responding to our request for a partial refund. It seems no one working at the hotel is allowed to help you. The owner is not living in the island and always on vacation. Text messages are getting ignored. It seems it is just an investor, looking for the a quick profit and doesn't care about good service AND booking.com is also NO help. Moving forward, we'll no longer book with booking.com. We are waiting for resolution for this case since end of December 2022. Unfortunately, 3 months later still no reply and this is why we have to leave this review.

the location, location and location!!! the room has an amazing vibe. great Bluetooth speaker. furniture was amazing bed comfy!!!

The room was clean and decorated beautifully! The view from our balcony was unbeatable. We slept with the balcony doors open every night and just listened to the sound of the waves. We will 1000% be back!

The location was within walking distance of Cane Bay beach. The facility was clean and the deco was super modern!

The style/decor and views in the room. The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. The receptionist was very accommodating.

I wish there were more food options on the menu for AMA or at least something different at the bar.

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach and a few bars. Perfect for us. Very laid back location for those who just want to sit in the sand with a drink in hand. The restaurant downstairs was incredible, the view from our balcony was picture perfect, the room is stocked with coffee, mugs, plates, and bowls. There were even brownies waiting for us when we arrived. And the housekeeping staff was great.

Literally only complaint is that there is no shower door. It’s just a half-wall glass panel and the little doorway is open to the rest of the bathroom which in theory looks very cool and modern but in reality just isn’t practical. Floor and bath mat were soaked every time I got out of the shower. But that’s literally the only bad thing I have to say and it was such a minor thing. I really have no complaints otherwise. Our stay was amazing.

Such a peaceful gem. The design was modern and had everything that we needed. The sounds of the waves was our favorite. We loved our stay here! Make a reservation for the restaurant on site, delicious!

We couldn't find coffee filters for the coffee machine, other than that we had everything that we needed!

The view and comfort was impeccable. The staff, Brian, was very welcoming and even explaining to me about key and reservations before my arrival. There was a beautiful on site restaurant that I would recommend everyone to check out. Nice bohemian vibes at the room, definitely 10/10!

The place was great, and the staff was Amazingly helpful and kind. Offered to take us to the grocery store upon checkin and provided some "personal items" that I needed unexpectedly. JUST AWESOME! Accuracy - The room we had unfortunately had a big concrete covering off of our balcony which blocked the view of the water a good bit, which for me is a SUPER BIG DEAL and Primary Priority for our trip, so that was a little disappointing. But the view was still nice, just not as nice as the pic showed, and I probably would not have booked had it been shown on the pics as is. But I enjoyed the amazing view and my stay nonetheless! :) However, if this is a concern dor you, you may want to request explicitly one of the rooms that does NOT have the concrete covering. One block of units did not have it the covering. Location- the views and location on the water were AMAZING! One caveat, however, if you are not driving, grocery is a bit away, not walking distance, So grocery shop to cook and gather "adult beverages", etc accordingly. LOVED THE PLACE! Would stay again for sure! (With a car and a unit without the concrete covering off the balcony) :-)

Every room has a balcony with ocean view. You literally can’t get any closer to the water without getting wet! The rooms are modern and romantic. And there’s a fabulous dinner restaurant on site!
