Super view and a great location close to town. Many of us found the furniture to be very uncomfortable. The king sized bed was so comfy, but the twin beds were extremely firm

This location is beautiful, you can sit in the window and look at the ocean. It is walking distance from everything. Set up is nice. I would highly recommend it.

The house was not very clean, but I could have overlooked that. What was unforeseeable was I bought $75.00 worth of oysters to grill because the listing showed it had a BBQ. But the wind was so strong each afternoon that the BBQ would not stay lite so we could not use it. Also, the blinds in the front windows are white so even when you shut them to help with the afternoon sun, it amplifies the sun coming in. Also, the cars going by is so loud inside the house, even at night, it just never stopped. Lastly the separate area downstairs makes it to where a family feels separated. I have rented many houses on the coast, and I have to say this stay will make me to my due diligence in the future.

Loved our stay at this fun little house! Glorious views of waves and whales, hot tub for a relaxing destressor after a long drive, and the perfect family living spaces! Thank you for letting us add my mom and brother, and the puppy loved the nearby grass, walks, and secret beach. Would rent again!

We spent the weekend here with our daughter’s family it was well stocked and very clean.
The extra room is in a downstairs location that you have to go outside to enter. So we had to put our grandson on the couch. But it worked out ok.

Exceeded our expectations! Very clean. Well appointed. Comfy beds and bedding. Kitchen well stocked, Outstanding view of ocean. Could see the "Spouting Horn" from south window. Short walk to Depoe Bay Center. Only drawback: No access to first floor from upper living area. Difficult going downstairs in dark, cold, rain. Didn't ruin our stay, would highly recommend. We will return!

The house was a great size for 7 adult ladies, plenty of sleeping area and bathrooms. The view and location was excellent. Having a washing machine and dryer available was great for wet suits from the hot tub and to wash towels. Having a few more towels would have been nice and the upstairs living area lacked sufficient seating. The kitchen has an awesome stove and is very well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed. It is on the small side for family cooking but we worked it out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

We had a fabulous time! The house was a perfect location, we could see whales right from the front porch. Beautiful coast line to see walking on the sidewalk to the smallest harbor in the world. Short drive to beautiful beaches and lighthouses. Nice hike along the rocks , even saw some seals. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with pots, Pans, dishes, etc. the hot tub was so enjoyable in the evenings after a day of adventures. We are looking forward to going again

Not deep cleaned, ant problem, upstairs is not accessible from downstairs bedroom and 1/2 bath, pictures did not portray property accurately, furniture uncomfortable and old, outdoor furniture and decks are weathered and ugly, stairs were steep, driveway very steep, view and location are SPECTACULAR! Home left ALOT to be desired!!! So disappointed for the exorbitant price!!!!

The view is amazing! And during the day the view is incredible from the hot tub as well. The most difficult part of the home is the two floors being separated through the outside only, but otherwise its a really nice place and was clean and didn't smell of any pets. We had a great time as a family.

Downstairs does have separate access, which could problematic if traveling with younger kids as you have to exit home to move between floors and the property is on the hwy. Overall, very nice property with beautiful views and well stocked kitchen and toiletries. We definitely hope to return next year.

House was just ok. Fridge was broken upon arrival and they had a mini fridge set up in the living room for our 5 days stay. I had to call and pretty much demand they get us a fridge that evening. It was 4pm. House is very small. We had 4 people upstairs (bc kids wouldn’t sleep downstairs) and it was super tight. You have to go outside to get down stairs. And it smelled like urinal cakes down there. My 6ft tall husband was ducking as he walked downstairs. Beds were not comfortable. Bring anything you might need as the home pretty much had plates and silverware. Restaurants actosss the street is amazing though

Its really difficult to get in and out of the driveway. The main bedroom had a stong urine odor and the second bedroom had a broken door knob and a stained mattress. The bath tub wouldn't hold water. The hot tub was nice and the view is amazing. There were also plenty of dishes. We could have used a couple more towels.

The property is nicely located and the whale watching view was great. The place itself is in need of TLC. Had trouble getting into the lock box, the grill wouldn't light, there was a wet pee spot on the downstairs couch that they tried unsuccessfully to clean and had to call maintenance twice. The response was good and helpful. There were also ants both upstairs and down coming in the front door. The spray oil can was empty. It did meet our needs for sleeping accomodations. The hot tub and fireplace were nice.

The house was really clean with a great view. It is right off the main road through town and traffic starts running early. Several steep steps to get up to the house, so my mom only went in and out once a day. The downstairs bedroom is only accessible by going outside and down the stairs. We still enjoyed our stay, but would have picked something else if we had known these things.

The house has a great view looking over boiler Bay. The house is accommodating for our two families with enough space and comfortable beds. The kitchen had no plastic cups or bowls for kid friendly usage. It would have been nice to know that the water was not drinkable, even with the extra filter spouts, the water was salty and terrible. Definitely a useful piece of information to tell people so they can bring water. Hot tub was nice but also salty water and was stuck in Sleep mode the first night. Would be nice if we came to a hot tub and not a cold tub we had to figure out how to work. House could use a deep clean, as there were dusty rooms and dirty walls. We brought a baby so cleanliness is important. Overall we would rent it again for the private driveway the kids could ride scooters on and lots of space for big families. Just bring your own bottled water!

Nice place great location saw the down stairs had own entrance didn't realize it ONLY has it own entrance. You can not get from one floor to the other with our going outside so that was a bit chilly but doable. Would have been a concern if we had the kids with us.
