Marco the manager drove us up the hill in the snow, a completely unique experience!the owner Was very nice too And food Was good.

The room Was cold and the heating Was not working at all and it was snowing outside. There Was no door in the Bathroom and also need renovation. The curtain was not enough to Cover the window.Dinner Was 25€ per Person ,I think it's little expensive too.

The host is very friendly and nice. The water in the bathroom was very warm and pleasant for showers.

Needs a shuttle to arrive

Marco, the main manager, was absolutely fantastic. He was remarkably helpful at any moment, and always seemed like he was enjoying himself by making guests feel welcome and accommodating their needs. Because the hotel is actually high into the mountains and not easily accessible without 4-wheel drive, he met us and shuttled us up in his vehicle from the Immenstadt Friedhof (public graveyard), then brought us back down as well at the end of our stay. The other staff, generally in charge of cooking and serving, deserve praise as well because they too were extremely friendly and practical. The breakfast had a variety of food and suited many tastes. The menu available for ordering lunch and/or dinner contained year-round items as well as seasonal food (e.g., we really enjoyed the Bärlachsuppe, or "Bear's Garlic Soup" which is seasonal). With its isolation in the mountains, the area around the hotel is extremely quiet, and excellent for a walk, hike, or bike in spring-autumn. It is excellent for adults, but even fun for kids because there are nearly no cars passing through and kids can be as loud as they want outside. Our room was very spacious, and the classic wooden furniture and bedding was nice. The mattresses were comfortable and bedding was clean.

Our toilet and shower was a little outdated, and it lacked an exhaust fan for the toilet or steam from a shower. There is password-less WiFi available, but not only should WiFi only be used in a password-secured manner, the uplink out of the WiFi to the general Internet was not reliable enough for us. Since phone signals are weak at best in the mountains, one should prepare to go without their device (unplug and enjoy the nature and hospitality!).

The staff is very friendly & helpful. The view of Hotel is amazing. We played the Sledding & snow front of hotel. My 3 years old kid enjoyed it very much.

The location was fabulous, in the middle of the mountains. Marco was very friendly and was always around asking if we needed anything. The rooms were simple, spacious and comfortable and the food was delicious

This Berghotel has my Best recommendation because the Ownes provides the Guests with real support of their needs as well as the other personnel serves the best hospitality to the Guests. A fresh air resulting from high altitude and waterfalls of the Alpian River Island additional attraction during a night. PLEASE TRY TO VISION SUCH PLACE AND YOUR OPINIOM SHOULD BE SIMILAR. IT IS GREAT PLACE FOR MOUNTAIN BIKERS AND PEOPLES PREFER SILENCE.

breakfast was healthy and varied, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and accomodating, they were always happy to drive us to Immentstadt (the way to the hotel is not negotiable for guests cars). The house has lots of charm, like the hosts, the surroundings are beautiful. The atmosphere was heart warming, and created an immediate bond between the guests. My 88 year old mother was so delighted with her stay that she didn't want to depart. (Travellers were my mother, my sister and myself, we are all Germans).

There is a television in the common living, but none in the guest rooms - I felt this was in keeping with a rural experience and not really a disadvantage. Internet access in the evenings was at times a little shaky. Again - not necessary a disadvantage.

just stayed for one night, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, very kind owner, late check-in (~23:00) was no problem

Perfect place to relax and chill. Awesome ambiance to unwind and feel the nature. Marco and his team were so great in ensuring the safety and comfort of his guests. Would surely go back there for another memorable stay. 👍👍👍
